Cory Olson the havoc rule was that an Errata introduced in an expansion? I take it is in the ringside companion Vol.1? Which hopefully I will buy this next order. I say this as I only have the LOW starter that shipped with the white game instructions. Word by word for 11 Double Team Tag Moves is the same as the white game instructions that came with the Evolve starter. Just a heads up for the production team when they do the next LOW starter revision.
It kinda makes sense too for LOW only get the roll up versus say modern day (Indy). It slows them down to a more grounded methodical pace in their era.. maybe i am just overthinking it
I have to dig up my B&W handbooks but I believe we made it official in either Legends Partners or Legends X. I know we considered it around the time we made Brian Kendrick and Paul London for Partners, as we wanted to make them competitive in tag bouts against teams like the various Midnight Express combinations and even pull out wins against them sometimes, since they were long-time WWE Tag Team champions. But we didn't want to make them too tough as singles wrestlers.

If you don't roll up on Bobby Eaton's card, you are definitely giving him an unwarranted advantage.
Not rolling up means Bobby can hit his singles finisher by either rolling 5 or by rolling a 6 followed by a 5 roll. He has a 19.5 percent probability of doing one of those two things. The typical singles wrestler with one finisher has a 16.7 percent probability of hitting it. Not a huge advantage, but why give him an advantage at all?

Eaton would probably get a singles card and tag card if he had come later in the Legends line. Personally, I'd make his tag finisher a level 3 move and go from there. He had plenty of singles success in addition to legendary tag success.

He had plenty of singles success in addition to legendary tag success. While Eaton was a good singles wrestler/worker in real life and held regional singles titles, as well as the WCW TV title for a few weeks, I disagree that he would be in consideration for a separate singles card. Both his B&W and color cards were made to be strong tag team cards and competitive (but not dominant) singles cards. Keep in mind, his color card is quite a bit different (move- and structure-wise) from his original card but yet is still tag-focused and also a competitive singles card.

He had plenty of singles success in addition to legendary tag success. I could actually get behind this... What I absolutely HATE is the overwhelming (at least 50% most of the time and sometimes, even greater) possibility of rolling a - 2 offensive move when being forced to roll up after rolling a (tag) finisher... That has just never been ok with me.

As many people that have gotten multiple cards that I didn't think were needed, it wouldn't bother me if Eaton got a singles card.
