I just saw that LOW's Sgt. Slaughter will be at the annual Las Vegas Toy Show the first weekend in March.
I previously met Slaughter (along with Roddy Piper at Summerslam Axxess 2010) and he signed his picture in my WWE Encyclopedia but I think I will buy a ticket to this event and get my copy of Slaughter's LOW card autographed. I also have Slaughter's GI JOE Classified action figure so I might get that autographed too.

Today I got a free ticket to the Las Vegas Toy Show on Saturday as I found out they are giving free admission tickets to teachers.
At the Las Vegas Toy Show thus weekend, in addition to hopefully getting my Sgt. Slaughter LOW card autographed, I plan to check out things such as the Star Wars Legos and the wrestling action figures.
Edit: I am now going on Sunday instead (Sgt. Slaughter will be there both days this weekend.)

Lol although Slaughter did not actually mention that, he definitely seemed to recognize his LOW card so I am sure he remembered your card from the previous weekend At the Toy Show yesterday, Slaughter had some impressive merch such as his various GI JOE action figures (including his recently released GI JOE Classified action figure which I recently bought on EBay as part of my GI JOE Classified action figure collection) and he had a GI JOE Championship belt for photo ops. At Slaughter's table though, I just bought the autograph for my card as I am saving money for two trips this month (to New England this weekend during Spring Break and to Los Angeles at the end of the month for Mania Weekend) and I got free admission to the convention as a local teacher. In general at the Toy Show yesterday, I did look at various wrestling action figures (especially the Hasbro figures as I have the first 2 of the 3 Retro sets from Mattel Creations and I have also preordered the NWO Retro set that is available exclusively from Ringside Collections but won't be released until early May,) some GI JOE Classified action figures that I do not have (Slaughter has been my only recent GI JOE Classified action figure purchase,) and Star Wars Lego sets, but held off on buying things for now other than that autograph from Slaughter for my LOW card. |
