-    Billy Wicks defeated Justin Credible via Submission. Wicks forced Credible to submit to back to back Crossface Headlock holds at 12:37.

-    Exotic Adrian Street with Miss Linda defeated Chris Candido with Tammy Lynn Sytch via Pinfall. Street pinned Candido after his CRUCIFIX finisher as Linda tackled Sytch before she made a distraction save at 3:42.

-    John Tolos & Chris Tolos defeated Don Curtis & Hacksaw Jim Duggan via Count Out. Curtis was counted out of the ring after Chris Body Slammed Curtis on to the bare arena floor by the tv announcers table at 3:25.

-    Mr. Fuji defeated William Muldoon via Pinfall. Fiji pinned Muldoon after his BANZAI DROP finisher (A Second Rope Butt Drop To A Downed Muldoon In The Corner) at 9:36.

-    Thunderbolt Patterson & Les Thatcher came back from behind to defeat Playboy Buddy Rose & Sweet N Sour Larry Sweeney via Pinfall. After Thatcher clipped Sweeney - Patterson pinned Rose after his HEAD BUTT finisher at 21:32.

-    Mr. Perfect Curt Hennig defeated Rowdy Roddy Piper via Pinfall. After kicking out from back to back HENNIG PLEX finishers - A weakened Piper was pinned by Hennig after his The Axe maneuver (A Running Elbow Uppercut To The Head) at 18:59.

A brilliant performance by T-bolt and Thatcher earns them a shot at the tag belts -- Really like this pairing, btw... HOWEVER... Can they compete against the athletic intensity of the current champs? I've gotta feeling that Superfly & the Whole F'n Show might reign for quite some time.

Honestly, I was cheering for Piper to become number one contender... But, I'm interested to see how Hennig fares against Race... Their styles are quite similar and this upcoming title match could be decided by who makes the first mistake... Very exciting stuff, my friend... As we've come to expect from the MOB!

I am glad you're digging "The Falcon & The Winter Soldier" team up of T-Bolt & Thatcher. 

And I must say that they already seem to jive pretty well as a team. 

I really like Snuka & Van Dam with the tag straps, but T-Bolt & Thatcher are really growing on me. However it shakes out in this first tag title defense ever, let's hope they give us a good match.

I too was rooting for Piper, but Mr. Perfect has been on quite a tear so far, (watch me jinx him now lol).

I never had Hennig in the game until only recently, when I picked up the LOW Colorized Starter Set. So far he's been a machine. But can he fare against (as you mentioned), an even better version of himself.

This coming Friday's official match line up for our show in Houston should be up in a few.

I was very happy that The Exotic One was able to pull out the victory, but he's going to have his hands full on this upcoming Friday's card in Houston.

And who doesn't love a Fuji victory? Especially when he assalts someone lol.

This show will have a few "firsts" as part of the festivities.

The first being a one off match between two members of the GWA Board of Directors and the second being the first appearance in the GWA by a wrestler from another planet.

-    Don Curtis & Hacksaw Jim Duggan defeated John Tolos & Chris Tolos via Submission. Chris Tolos submitted to Curtis's SLEEPER finisher as Duggan knocked an advancing John Tolos out of the ring with his 2 x 4 to prevent him breaking up the fall at 6:29.

-    Solar Flair defeated James Jeffries via Submission. Jeffries submitted to back to back (+2) versions of Flair's FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK primary finisher at 12:25.

-    Thunderbolt Patterson & Les Thatcher defeated GWA World Tag Team Champions Jimmy Snuka & Rob Van Dam via Pinfall. As Thatcher trapped an on rushing Van Dam in his Front Facelock - a bloodied Patterson pinned Snuka after his HEAD BUTT finisher at 12:50.

I couldn't agree with you more on these points.

T-Bolt & Thatcher are definitely striking an inspirational / emotional chord with me and I am really hoping that they can keep defying the odds for a while.

I'd have to check me records but it looks like both they and GWA World(s) Heavyweight Champion Curt Hennig will be making their first title defenses during week 7's show in Los Angeles.

Once again - a thousand thank you's for being in the seats!

Starting with the event's that occurred twelve days prior to The GWA's first show in New York City and then it takes it from there...

For a change, I am taking a page out of brother Pariah's book with being at least a few weeks ahead of things.
