Bobo Brazil bested Steve Corino via disqualification when Corino was caught by referee Dick Woehrle using the time keeper's hammer on Brazil. Corino was actually looking good with two Old School Expulsions and using the hammer once, but he wasn't as careful the second time and Woehrle saw it and immediately called for the bell.
Bob Backlund defeated SD Jones when referee James Beard ruled that Jones could not continue after Backlund delivered the Atomic Drop on the floor and Jones crumpled into a heap. When they ruled that Jones was all right, Backlund raised Jones arm and complimented his toughness.

I'll do the math later but officially a 10-0 week for Backlund. However, he's got some Bad News for tomorrow.

Impact Players ruined the debut of America's Most Wanted when Myers hit a lariat out of the corner for an immediate pin on James Storm. Myers tried to whip Storm into the turnbuckle but Storm reversed. Myers bounced off the ropes and hit a quick lariat for the surprise pin. (Snake eyes attack)
A bloody Bob Backlund won by disqualification over Bad News Brown when Brown finally grew tired of being unable to pin Backlund and blasted him with a chair shot. This was a crazy match with neither guy wanting to stay down and once it spilled to the floor time and again the referee seemed unwilling to end it until Brown used the chair. Teddy Long says there will be a Street Fight between them on the next show. (Backlund 5 fatigue, bloody) (Brown 3 fatigue, disqualification)

Jim Brunzell pinned Angelo Mosca after the High Flying Dropkick. Brunzell countered Mosca in the corner and as Mosca staggered back, Brunzell hit a perfect dropkick for the three.
In a Street Fight, Bob Backlund delivered a pair of big underhook suplexes on the ringside floor to take the pin on Bad News Brown. Brown dominated early but he attempted a dive with Backlund on a table only for Backlund to move. From there, Backlund dominated until he scored the three count.
(Backlund 1 fatigue) (Brown 2 fatigue)
Sadly not as epic as I hoped
