I'm still playing through my CWF 2115 and as we all know, the roster is a bit thin when starting out but eventually grows with each new set. I don't want to run a condensed schedule just to rush to the next set (plus, I think it's fun to use some favorites) so am looking to add other cards into the mix (Kronos, FTR or even from other GWF sets) to pad the roster a bit. How do you guys explain this story-wise or if you don't, can you give me some suggestions? Just like how Kronos has the portal and Solaris, I'm looking for something similar but at the same time not changing it up too much where storylines from the future official sets won't make sense anymore.

My feds always go off script. But if you are looking to make it fit canon, I guess you could just add a few lesser used guys and have it they are just living in that universe, come from other feds and are there trying to make their mark. As more guys are added with new sets you can faze them out.

Depends on who you want to bring in and how far you want to push the story. A few ideas:
1. They are alternate versions of the wrestlers from the "Alpha" timeline who reside on Centra. Maybe undercard guys or older stars nearing retirement that aren't likely to be brought in for future sets.
2. They arrived at the same time as Oracle. There could be question on where they stand. Did they come with Oracle as part of his plan? Or were they trying to stop him?
3. They snuck aboard the Future Shock ship. Maybe they did it without Colby knowing and he's now angry with them. Maybe Colby has paid for their service. Maybe they wanted an adventure to a new timeline and enjoy the new world they are in. Or maybe they now want to find a way home.
The portals do open up so you can write them out eventually. Solaris could always pluck them out and send them back to their time as a way to "restore balance."

I am trying to remember, I will have to go back and read the book, but if Colby did not plan on landing on Centra at this time the extra people on their ship would also be a nice way to explain the problem with Colby's calculations. He did not know about the extra weight on the ship.

I’m no Centra expert, but Im pretty sure Mike put a temperamental portal there where anyone and everyone from all times and spaces can pop up.
So….pretty much just like Kronos.

In a perfect universe, you would eventually find out that the portal to Centra is actually a break in the portal to Kronos. You’d find out that Oracle has been helping Hades corrupt Kronos for his own selfish gains, different and separate from Hades own ulterior motives. Two uber heels using each other for their own greater gains. Hades would be revealed as the Higher Power, only to discover later that that Oracle was just massaging Hades ego referring to him with that false title. In the end Oracle himself was the Higher Power all along. His premonitions coming true only make him stronger, eventually culminating in a power struggle between himself and Hades when their two worlds inevitably collide. But not before Future Shock & Champions Oath are forced to combine efforts with Mayday to destroy them both and strike a chasm between the two super villains. Once victorious, the hero teams bask in the glory while the villains rip each other apart. I don’t think that’s the official plan, but that’s how I’d prob do it.

Sorry about that. Might be in the latest set or the one previous to it. I forget. Either way, Centra & Kronos are quite interchangeable, and I don’t think you’ll disrupt any major storylines combining the two.

I can almost consider this "half-canon" since it's coming from the Kronos master himself.

There was a time when Mike had a vision to write a major crossover between Centra & Kronos. We never got anything written down, but I thought about it a lot.
