Amazing Mann is one of the more underrated characters of all time. Him and Strutter made a great team, and I agree that he would make an excellent rival for Deva. Can definitely see him stealing Show Stopper away.

Yeah, when Mann left, Strutter seemed to just wander until Tricks sent him away.
I might use him in Kronos a bit. Put him, Mann and Steele Freak together.
