I like the original format. More entertaining to the most part then just having some random matches
Even the champ bs champ matches would be good
No title matches for at least one PPV A year not including a cashin

Never enjoyed the RAW vs SD stuff. Seemed so fake and manufactured, even for a scripted wrestling show.
And there were never any ramifications. Really pointless.

Classic format.
Though tournaments are fun maybe Merge King of the Ring into Survivor Series.

Although as an attendee I had fun at Survivor Series 2017 in Houston which used the RAW vs Smackdown format, I generally did not like the RAW vs Smackdown format as many wrestlers ofen change brands anyway over the years and there was no stipulation attached to make it interesting.
I generally prefer the traditional Survivor Series setup of all team elimination matches but even with those I would have added some type of stipulation.
In my COTG feds, I run annual Survvior Series type of shows which I call the Elimination Games which are all traditional Survivor Series team elimination matches. But I add the stipulation that the Survivors of each of the matches receive upcoming future title shots unless the champion they want to challenge also is a Survivor in his or her match and if so then they need to first defeat that champion in a non-title match to earn that title shot. It raises the stakes in the team elimination matches for both potential challenges and the champions and it has led to some wrestlers receiving title shots and even winning championships who might not have received a title shot otherwise.

I am usually a traditionalist and that is true here. Give me the traditional Survivor Series matches. They were full of current feuds but also helped set up future ones. Good stuff.
I have hardly followed WWE for years and that includes the SS. What they could do if they are going to go Raw vs Smackdown, assuming they do not already do this and from what I am reading they do not, is take a page out of the MLB All Star playbook and have the winner of the Raw vs Smackdown SS match earn the first pick when they do their draft. That way there is something to play for and make the match at least a tad bit more meaningful.

Although unlike Smackdown it is not considered to be one of the WWE's "Big 4" PPVs, I think Money in the Bank is far more important and interesting than most of the recent Survivor Series PPVs.
