Pat Patterson pinned SGT Slaughter after the Bombs Away. The fans booed Slaughter and cheered for Patterson. It looked bad when Patterson got caught off the turnbuckle for a near fall but Patterson took advantage outside the ring and hit Bombs Away to win.
The Moondogs bested Bruno's Buddies following a Moondog Splash on Zbyszko. The Moondogs busted open Larry who was quite angry at the actions of the Moondogs and wanted a future cage match against them.
Don "Magnificent" Muraco pinned Jimmy Snuka after the Hawaiian Hammer. They both had chances but in the end, Muraco's hand was raised.
Bob Backlund finished off Greg Valentine with the Rolling Backbridge.

Memphis Mauling
Lanny Poffo pinned Brickhouse Brown after a springboard senton. This went back and forth until Poffo slammed Brown down to the mat off the turnbuckle and hit the senton for the pin.
Austin Idol easily finished off Paul Ellering with the Las Vegas Leglock. Ellering got some good shots early but Idol eventually took control and forced the submission.
Bill Dundee edged Dutch Mantell via the flying fist drop. Mantell could have won via countout but chose to have the match to continue and Dundee came back and scored the win.
Fabulous Ones bested Thunder and Lightning after Lane pinned Bundy when the Fabs used a double hamstring pull. Bundy was stunned and in too much pain to kick out and Rude did not react in time nor did Jimmy Hart.

Connecticut Crush
Million Dollar Corporation bested The Nu Age Outlaws when IRS forced James to submit to The Penalty. This went back and forth but Bundy caught James with the Atlantic City Avalanche before IRS tagged in and clamped on The Penalty to win.
"Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase thumped Mark Henry with the Million Dollar Dream. DiBiase gave Henry no room to breathe before locking on the Dream causing Henry's arm to drop three times.
D'Lo Brown crushed Virgil with a Samoan Drop Flapjack. Brown quickly reversed Virgil and hit a pair of body slams and then the Flapjack to win.
Randy Savage put away Curt Hennig with the Flying Elbow Drop. Savage was just too strong in the end as Curt had no answers.

SGT Slaughter forced Larry Zbyszko to submit to the Cobra Clutch.
The Baron and The Crusher surprised The Vachons with a Brain Claw on Mad Dog.
Kenny Jay made a good run but Larry Hennig won with The Axe.
Nick Bockwinkel thumped Wahoo McDaniel and forcing him to submit to the Bockwinkel Sleeper. Heenan was not even needed as Nick just dominated the match before winning.

Lanny Poffo bested Rip Rogers via countout when Poffo hit a big dive to the floor knocking Rogers cold until the referee counted him out.
Bob Orton Jr. pinned Bob Roop after the Superplex while Boris Malenko held Roop's leg preventing a kickout.
Ox Baker put away Angelo Poffo with the Heart Punch.
Bill Dundee shocked Randy Savage with the Superstar Bomb. After the match, One Man Gang and Ox Baker attacked Dundee.

The Executioners bested Bruno's Buddies when Executioner #2 pinned Garea after a clothesline.
Ivan Koloff forced Maneul Soto (Kenny Jay card) to submit to the Bear Hug.

Magnum TA put down Austin Idol with the Belly to Belly Suplex.
Bob Armstrong pinned Nacho Barrera with the Georgia Jawjacker.
Nick Bockwinkel went dirty to best SGT Slaughter after choking him on the ropes then rolling him up and using the ropes for leverage to win. Bockwinkel went on a finisher flurry but Slaughter kept escaping so Nick went dirty and took the win with a foot on the ropes held by Heenan.
