Wahoo McDaniel squashed Cuban Assassin with a chop to the chest. Wahoo easily won in under a minute after countering an arm drag and hitting a chop.
One Man Gang bested Magnum TA by disqualification when TA stole Gang's chain and smashed him with it. Gang tried to bring his chain into the match only for Magnum to grab it and use it but the referee saw it and called for the bell.
Rick Rude dropped Eddie Graham with the Rude Awakening.
In a deeply disappointing match, The Briscos squashed The Fabulous Ones when Jack forced Lane to quickly submit to the Figure Four Leglock. As the Briscos had their arms raised, they were attacked by a mysterious hooded team who took them and the Fabs out before leaving.

Bob Backlund quickly forced Johnny Rodz to submit to a head scissors. Backlund reversed Rodz immediately and clamped on a head scissors forcing Rodz to tap.
Adrian Adonis forced Koko B. Ware to submit to Good Night Irene. Ware dominated early but Adonis grabbed control off the turnbuckle and clamped on Irene to take the submission.
Iron Sheik bested Hacksaw Jim Duggan via disqualification when Duggan smashed Sheik with the 2x4. After the match, The Bolsheviks attacked Duggan and left him laying.
Randy Savage bested Cowboy Bob Orton after a running knee to the back. This was all Savage and eventually put away Orton.
