A few things I would love to see:
A What if set. What if Comrade terror lost to tongsoon? What if Thantos didn’t break the code and became the biggest face? What if we had different winners in some of the War Games challenges.
Agreed on a new jumping in point! I switched almost all to Legends because I got so far behind on COTG.
Continue the color sets! I went back to COTG because of these and want to keep them going. (I don’t dare mix black and white with color;))
For collectibility and numbered/foil cards I always thought it would be cool to have a specific event based card for some of the superstars in Legends.
Example: A wrestle mania 4 Macho Man with his move set and art based on that night with a minor upgrade to the card or a RVD based on One Night Stand.
Love this game and love hearing everyone’s ideas!

Lots of cool ideas here. I especially like a "What If" set and Secret Origins is a concept that leans in that direction.

TOM , I have seen it mentioned here by at least one promoter, the idea of demoing the game at Gaming Stores in their areas to try to grow the game. Is this something that is OK to do, to draw more players to COTG and other gaming lines? I know where I live there is a Gaming store within 15 minutes of my house, and another further out that I love - and I Know the game would go over like gangbusters there. I just think this could get the games in more promoters hands and possibly, if they go over well, maybe even have product to sell if we are demoing, sometime down the line of course.

I'm a big thumbs up for continuing the colour sets for older game editions. I know it is a massive process and would take years and years but the entirety of the GWF in colour would be amazing.
Plus I would love to see some kind of mini booklet release that showcases the history of your fed Tom. I know I have banged the drum on this before. Used to love the old Tom's Time Warp occasional postings but much of your fed from the earlier years is shrouded in mystery. I know i'd buy it in a heartbeart

Just to throw my 2 cents in on PP. As someone that only plays Indies I feel it's a great thing for both giving us updates of wrestlers and lesser known wrestlers on the rise.

Yes, I think this is a great idea. Like you said, when people play the game they like it, they just need to be exposed to it. What I want to do this year is produce an updated flyer that loyal promoters can take with them to comic and game stores to give to potential new fans that explains about our line of games. Of course, they can always look online but I think it's nice for people to have something to take away if they don't purchase a starter set (or one isn't available at the time) following a demo.
I think we need to come up with a system to support promoters that are making an effort to demo the game in the area they live. Naturally promoters have their own game cards to demo but perhaps we can create a "demo pack" to share with promoters that promotes the games.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and always interested in hearing more.

I recently updated my fed stats (while playing 2139) so my belt histories are totally to to date along with records for belt holders and winners of Only the Best over the years.
Thanks for the reminder. I may produce my fed summary to offer at GalactiCon and online. I just need reminders because I am so busy. I am in the middle of working on the next GWF expansion as well as investigating some other FG partnerships, to say nothing of other creative projects that may or may not bear fruit.

I could take some to Millenium Games here in Rochester, it is the biggest game store in North America and I'm friends with the owner

Of course I welcome anyone doing this on their own but I also want to come up with a system that might help organize these activities, including like I said sending flyers or promo items to promoters that undertake these activities.
I love Rochester. Lived nearby in Jamestown and still have relatives there.

Is it time for the return of the Star Warrior promotion thing? Would be cool to have an official release flyer where maybe i could put my name at the bottom or something so if someone saw the flyer and used it to order something I could earn points toward a Tyranny card.
Might also be a way for promoters who missed out on a card by missing a con to get say five new people to buy a set it unlocks one past release they missed out on.
