A few legalization notes (and I like the wrestler especially the artwork)
Every wrestler should have two 1 moves (jobbers can have even more)
Move one of the chart moves to level 2 offense and (c) it. Only Thantos has ever had two on level 1 and that was in the early days before Tom settled on how he wanted to do characters.
With the level of the character it wouldn't hurt to give him another -3 move either on move 6 of level 1 or on level 3
move choice H should be above out of the ring
finisher does not need the dash
Defensive Reversals should be in all CAPS for ease of reading.
