This week at work I interviewed for the vacant Department Chair for Social Studies.
I interviewed against two other great educators and once I saw who I was interviewing against my only goal was not to embarrass myself and do the best I could in the interview process.
My interview went well and to my surprise I got the Social Studies Department Chair position!

I think you were the only one surprised. You are a dedicated educator with a great track record not to mention a gift of gab. It was in the bag. Congratulations. As wrestling fans like to chant, you deserve it.

Congrats Vegas that is awesome! I can tell by your posts how dedicated you are to your job, and I'll jump on the "you deserve it" bandwagon because you do. I would buy you a celebratory beer if I could but for now just accept my congratulations on your promotion. |
