Thanks for the comments Crimson and Daytondave. The Thesz vs. Condrey/Cornette deal was fun to roll out. Condrey almost pulled off a huge win. Stay tuned for more on the status of the Midnight Express. I liked that Hacksaw Jim Duggan won but I was surprised as his card has never done too well for me. The Brazil vs. Kowalski feud is just heating up and I have some big plans for that. I hope to have another card posted this week. Thanks for reading and commenting.

LOW American Wrestling Enterprise - Kiel Auditorium - St. Louis, MO (Card #776)
1) Angelo Poffo & Valiant Brothers defeated S.D. Jones, Les Thatcher, & Ricky Landell: The Heenan Family was out in full force for the opening match as Bobby “The Brain” Heenan led Angelo Poffo & Valiant Brothers (Jimmy “Boogie Woogie Man” Valiant & “Luscious” Johnny Valiant) into battle against the ASW trio of S.D. Jones, Les Thatcher, & Ricky Landell. There was some great action in this one including Jones scoring a near fall on Johnny with the Headbutt. Landell also scored a big near fall on Johnny with the Fisherman’s Buster. Heenan motivated his team to get back into it and it would be the “Boogie Woogie Man” putting this one away as he scored the submission on Jones using his trademark Sleeper Hold.
2) Chris Tolos vs. Brutus Beefcake was a Draw: A heated grudge match was up next as Chris Tolos, one-half of the Hamilton Wrecking Crew along with his brother John Tolos, took on First Family member Brutus Beefcake who was accompanied by manager Jimmy Hart. John Tolos has twice been injured by First Family member King Kong Bundy this year and Chris was out for a bit of revenge against the hated stable. Beefcake came in off a tough loss to Jim Powers on the last edition of ASW and was under great pressure from Hart to succeed here. This was a real tough battle with both men coming close to victory including Tolos hitting the Flying knee Drop and Beefcake striking with the studded armband smash for big near falls. It wound up going the distance ending in a time limit draw but the two will meet again on the next AWE card in Wichita, KS (Card #784) when John is cleared to return and the Tolos Brothers will take on Beefcake and Bundy in what should be another heated battle.
3) Dan Severn vs. Bill Dundee was a DDQ: Another grudge match saw Dan “The Beast” Severn and “Superstar” Bill Dundee attempting to settle their differences. Dundee cost Severn in a recent shot at the LOW World Heavyweight title creating this new rivalry. The two get into a shoving match during the ring introductions leading to Severn jumping Dundee and executing the German suplex. He followed with a second one for a near fall and then snatched Dundee in a heel hook. Dundee quickly bailed out of the ring but Severn followed and the two began trading blows. They ignored the instructions of the referee and kept fighting resulting in the double disqualification decision.
4) PWI Invitational Cup Tournament Qualifying Match: Johnny Valentine defeated Ray Stevens by DQ to advance: A third straight technical decision occurred and this time it was in a qualifying match for the PWI Invitational Cup Tournament as Johnny Valentine (NWC) took on Ray “The Crippler” Stevens (PCW). Valentine was without the services of his manager, Captain Lou Albano, for this important match. He controlled the early action until Stevens caught him with a counter cradle hold off of the ropes for a two count. Stevens took over on offense, including executing his Crippling Piledriver, until he came off of the middle rope (ch) only to be punched in the midsection by Valentine. That led to Valentine trapping Stevens in a Sleeper Hold but “The Crippler” got out by lunging towards the ropes causing both men to fall out of the ring. The battle continued on the outside and it was Stevens getting disqualified when he sent Valentine head first into the ring post. Stevens argued with the referee afterward but Valentine got his arm raised in victory and as he result he will join Antonino Rocca, Bob Roop, Antonio Inoki, Bryan Danielson, The Mountie, Austin Aries, and Hacksaw Jim Duggan in the first round taking place during WrestleCade VIII weekend.
5) LOW Junior Heavyweight title: Gorgeous George© defeated Mikey Whipwreck to retain the title: Mikey Whipwreck received a huge opportunity as he challenged Gorgeous George for the LOW Junior Heavyweight title. George used his vast ring experience and technical skill to control the pace including scoring a near fall with a rolling hiplock. Whipwreck weathered the storm and staged a great rally hitting the Frankenmikey to stun the flamboyant champion. After hitting a tornado DDT for a near fall he nailed George with the Whipper-Snapper prompting Cherie Dupre to get involved. She failed to distract the referee, however, and Whipwreck made the cover but George got his foot over the bottom rope at the count of two to save his title. A short time later it was Whipwreck going to the top rope but George recovered and picked him off with a bodyslam. It was a timely counter by George who then caught Whipwreck with a Small Package with Tights to score a snake eyes pin. The crowd jeered the decision as George was successful in his version two defense of the championship.
6) Midnight Rockers defeated Larry Zbyszko & John Pesek: The popular Midnight Rockers (Stan Lane & Marty Jannetty) gained a measure of revenge on their rivals Larry Zbyszko & John Pesek coming from behind to win this heated bout. Zbyszko and Pesek have more experience as a team and showed that by controlling most of the match. They got the heat on Lane for an extended stretch but he managed to survive both the Tiger Man Toehold by Pesek and the Piledriver by Zbyszko. Lane fired back with his trademark karate kicks and was able to make the hot tag. Jannetty then blitzed Pesek catching him with a quick armdrag followed by a Dropkick square on the jaw to score a snake eyes pin. If that weren’t enough the Rockers tossed Zbyszko over the top rope post-match and laid out Pesek with the Rocket Launcher. When Pesek recovered he angrily grabbed the mic and dared Jannetty to meet him one-on-one on the next AWE card in Wichita, KS (Card #784) which the Rocker answered with an affirmative yes.
7) PWI Invitational Cup Tournament Qualifying Match: Blackjack Mulligan defeated Claudio Castagnoli to advance: A highly anticipated qualifying match ended in fairly quick fashion as Blackjack Mulligan (SWA) took on Claudio Castagnoli (ROH). The powerful Castagnoli, who has had great success in several territories across LOW and is also a two-time LOW Tex-Arkana Television champion, jumped Mulligan during the introductions to get the upper hand. Mulligan quickly turned the tables, however, and delivered a bodyslam that sent the “Swiss Superman” bailing out of the ring. After a battle on the floor it was Mulligan trapping Castagnoli in his patented Claw Hold to get the victory via submission. The crowd erupted in cheers as Mulligan advanced to the tournament during WrestleCade VIII weekend where he will be facing Antonino Rocca (NWC) in the opening round.
8) LOW World Heavyweight title: The Sheik© defeated William Muldoon to retain the title: The main event saw “The Solid Man” William Muldoon challenge The Sheik for the LOW World Heavyweight title. Accompanied by his manager Abdullah Farouk, The Sheik was making his version one defense of the belt following his controversial win over Frank Gotch in New York, NY (Card #767). Muldoon is no stranger to the world title having held the belt three years ago (Card #454-480) and he was looking to strike gold again. The Sheik controlled the early portion of the match which included him jabbing a sharp object, looking to be a taped pencil, into the forehead of Muldoon. He also applied the Camel Clutch but Muldoon was able to escape. The technically sound Muldoon would fire back catching The Sheik with a nice backdrop off of the ropes before delivering the Body Lift and Throw for a two count. Farouk paced nervously at ringside until The Sheik countered a bodyslam attempt and would subsequently sent Muldoon crashing to the floor. The Sheik followed him out and wound up running Muldoon shoulder first into the ring post. That would set up the downfall for Muldoon as The Sheik later trapped him in the Sadistic Hammerlock and rode it to a submission victory allowing him to retain the title.

That's so cool to see Gorgeous George retaining, plus Blackjack over Claudio in the PWiT is good stuff. The Sheik continues to truly be the face of your LOW and that's got to be a great thing...

right now Danielson is my pick in the PWI Invitational Cup Tournament
I really like the Midnight Rockers combination of Marty Jannetty and Stan Lane- probably my favorite Jannetty tag team that I have seen so far in LOW feds
and I always think The Sheik is one of the most entertaining champions to have in LOW
as always, great stuff!

Thanks as always for the comments Crimson, Vegas, and Bookerbill. Next up is action from PCW with some history being made...
LOW Pacific Coast Wrestling - Sioux Falls Arena - Sioux Falls, SD (Card #777)
●Prior to the action getting underway, ring announcer Gary Michael Cappetta informed the crowd that PCW had reached an agreement with the NWC and had acquired the contract of the popular Pepper Gomez. The announcement drew cheers from the crowd and it was said that the Mexico City native will make his debut for PCW On the next card in Missoula, MT (Card #786).
1) Doug Gilbert defeated Savage-T: A fired up Doug Gilbert took on Savage-T of ASW in the opener hoping to pick up his first win in LOW Competition. Gilbert recently appeared on ASW dropping his match against “Wrestling Superstar” Virgil which really seemed to affect him. Savage-T, accompanied by his valet KJ Hill, made a good accounting of himself here but Gilbert took control and hit the Top Rope Shoulder Ram to score the pin. “Pretty Boy” Larry Sharpe of SSA, Inc. was watching the match from the back and he made his way to ringside afterward handing Gilbert a business card possibly looking to recruit him into the fold.
2) Naptown Dragons defeated Brian Kendrick & Dewey Robertson by DQ: The popular Brian Kendrick & Dewey Robertson joined forces to take on the rising ASW team of the Naptown Dragons (“Die Hard” Dustin Lee & Scotty Vortekz) in what was a great bout. Kendrick and Robertson both have extensive tag team experience in LOW but this was their first time teaming together. They combined early for a reverse STO and enzuigiri on Vortekz with Robertson then applying the Figure Four Leglock but Lee made the save. The Dragons then laid Robertson out with the Double Dragon but Kendrick made the save. Kendrick showed off his aerial ability late in the bout hitting a dive over the ropes onto Vortekz that nearly resulted in a count out decision. The finish came in controversial fashion as the Dragons executed Kiss of the Dragon, a Mafia Kick and neckbreaker variation, on Robertson for what looked to be a sure pin but Kendrick broke it up with a top rope dive on Lee. The illegal top rope pin save resulted in a disqualification call by the referee giving the Dragons a hard fought victory.
3) P.N. News defeated Fritz Von Goering: The rivalry between the “Rapmaster” P.N. News and German star Fritz Von Goering continued with this heated battle. Both men poured it on during this one looking to get the upper hand. Von Goering has thus far been one step ahead of News and he nearly won this one by submission with a reverse full nelson. News got to the ropes for a break and battled back using his 400-pound frame. He nailed Von Goering with standing sentons and the belly-to-belly suplex keeping him on the defensive. Von Goering would strike back locking on a cobra clutch before News laid him out with another belly-to-belly suplex and then came off of the top rope with the Broken Record to score the pin.
4) Don Leo Jonathan, Larry Hennig, & Bryan Danielson defeated Konnan, Playboy Buddy Rose, & Larry Sharpe: A heated six-man tag team bout saw the “Mormon Giant” Don Leo Jonathan, Larry “The Axe” Hennig, & “American Dragon” Bryan Danielson join forces to take on the SSA, Inc. team of Konnan, Playboy Buddy Rose, & “Pretty Boy” Larry Sharpe. Hennig has been out for revenge against his former stablemates for some time and he couldn’t have found better allies than Jonathan and Danielson. This one was action from bell-to-bell and featured Sharpe taking a great beating from the opposition but he was able to survive with some help from his men. Jonathan laid Sharpe out with the Mormon Swing for what looked to be a sure pin but Rose made the save. The SSA, Inc. team rallied with Konnan scoring a near fall on Hennig with a somersault lariat before laying him out with the 187. Hennig was able to bounce back and hit The Axe on Rose but Konnan made the save. The wild battle came to an end when Danielson, who looked great during his time in, caught Rose in the Guillotine Choke resulting in a submission victory for his team.
5) Roddy Piper defeated The Grappler: Another grudge match saw the popular “Rowdy” Roddy Piper take on The Grappler from Parts Unknown. In recent encounters it has been The Grappler getting the better of Piper using his controversial Loaded Boot to defeat him in both singles and tag team competition. Piper was out for revenge here and he got it but not after he took quite a beating from the masked man. The Grappler was on fire midway through this one and scored near falls on Piper with a leg drop and shoulder breaker. He made a mistake late in the bout taking it to the floor where Piper began to turn the tables. He blasted The Grappler with a chair shot to the back which was waved off by the referee as earlier the masked man used the same weapon and wasn’t disqualified. That blow weakened The Grappler and it was Piper scoring with a bulldog before he locked on his trademark Sleeper Hold. The Grappler tried to fight out of it but Piper cinched it on and put him under getting the victory via submission.
6) LOW Tex-Arkana Television title: Curt Hennig defeated Ed Lewis to win the title: History was made in Sioux Falls as Curt Hennig became the new LOW Tex-Arkana Television champion by defeating Ed “Strangler” Lewis for the title. The tough and durable Lewis had survived twelve title defenses, including a most recent one against former champion Ox Baker, and was gunning for the record of fourteen set by Eddie Kingston but he fell two short. Hennig was gunning for his first major singles championship in LOW and it showed as he matched Lewis hold for hold during the early going. He then took over and scored near falls with the rolling neck snap and running knee lift. He also locked on a sleeper hold but Lewis was able to get to the ropes for a break. Later in the bout it was Lewis nearly getting counted out after being hit with The Axe on the floor but Hennig tossed him back inside. The finish of a great bout saw Hennig coming off of the top rope with a Flying Bodypress to score the pin. The crowd erupted in cheers as Hennig won the title and he was joined in the victory celebration by his father, Larry “The Axe” Hennig, along with Roddy Piper, Bryan Danielson, and others. It was an emotional scene as Hennig realized his dream of winning a singles championship in LOW. He and Larry had a previous run as LOW World tag team champions (Card #157-177) so it has been a long time since the talented star from Robbinsdale, MN, tasted championship gold.
7) PWI Invitational Cup Tournament Qualifying Match: Ivan Koloff defeated Jimmy Snuka to advance: Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka (NWC) took on the “Russian Bear” Ivan Koloff (GWA) to see who would advance to the prestigious tournament. Snuka, a former LOW World Heavyweight and International Heavyweight champion, looked dominant early and was the favorite going in. He had Koloff on the defensive until a whip into the corner saw the “Russian Bear” bounce out with a counter running lariat. Koloff took over and locked on the powerful Russian Bearhug going for the submission. It took everything that Snuka had to escape from the punishing hold but the damage had been done. A short time later it was Koloff executing the Falling Face Slam from the top rope and covering Snuka to score the pin. A stunned crowd looked on as Koloff had his arm raised in victory. The win for Koloff means that he will face Bob Roop in the first round of the tournament taking place during WrestleCade VIII weekend.
8) LOW World tag team titles: Fabulous Kangaroos© defeated Red Bastien & Billy Red Lyons to retain the titles: A highly charged main event saw the Fabulous Kangaroos (Al Costello & Roy Heffernan, with manager Wild Red Berry) defend the LOW World tag team titles against the Sharpe Sports Agency, Inc. team of the “Flying Redheads” Red Bastien & Billy Red Lyons. “Pretty Boy” Larry Sharpe was in the corner for Bastien and Lyons to offset the presence of Berry. There was plenty of championship experience in this one as the Kangaroos are two-time world tag team champions, three of the four have held the LOW Junior Heavyweight title (Heffernan, Bastien, and Lyons), and Bastien held the tag titles with Dick Hutton (Card #61-71). The Kangaroos looked great early using quick tags and teamwork to control the action. They caught Lyons with the body block catapult and Costello scored a near fall on Bastien with the Greek Cross. The “Flying Redheads’ fought back with Lyons hitting the rapid fire dropkicks and Bastien scoring a near fall on Costello using a flying headscissors. It was not enough, though, as the finish saw Costello pick Lyons off of the top rope with a bodyslam and trap him in the Marble Bor Leglock to score a submission victory. Sharpe was loudly protesting the decision post-match but Lyons tapped out and the decision stood with the Kangaroos retaining the belts in their version three defense.

Thanks for the comments Crimson, it was definitely good to see Curt Hennig win the gold as I felt that Ed Lewis would have the edge going in. Next up the ladies of SHIMMER are in action...
SHIMMER - Women Athletes - The Eagles Club - Berwyn, IL (Card #778)
1) Athena defeated Courtney Rush: The opening match pitted two friends and tag team partners against each other as Athena took on Courtney Rush. Both women were looking to pick up a key victory and climb the rankings in SHIMMER. They had some great back and forth exchanges before Athena executed the O-Face for a big near fall. Rush survived the potent finisher and battled back with a variety of big moves including the T-Bone Suplex and top rope crossbody. It was looking good for Rush until Athena stunned her with the cartwheel double knee drop and followed up with a Sidewinder Slam to score the pin.
2) Allison Danger & Leva Bates defeated Veda Scott & Su Young: The popular team of Regeneration-X (Allison Danger & Leva Bates) took on the team of Veda Scott & Su Young, with the latter making her SHIMMER debut. It was not a memorable debut for Young, however, as she never legally got into the match. Regeneration-X clicked on all cylinders and, after hitting the Sonic Screwdriver for a big near fall, it was Danger planting Scott with the Shimmering Warlock to score the pin. Danger and Bates are known for their cosplay and though they came out in their regular gear they left wearing the glasses of the defeated Scott and Young adding insult to injury.
3) April Hunter & Simply Luscious defeated Tina Moretti & Sumie Sakai: More tag team action followed as Tina Moretti & Sumie Sakai took on April Hunter & Simply Luscious. Moretti has been having her problems with Luscious of late and she hoped to get the better of her in this match. Unfortunately for Moretti the duo of Hunter and Luscious have more experience as a team and it showed in this one. They dominated early getting the heat on Moretti until she was able to tag out. Sakai quickly scored a two count on Luscious with a hurricanrana before being trapped in the Hunter’s Hangman by “Big Red”. Hunter and Luscious then focused on the smaller Sakai and prevented Moretti from getting back in. Hunter wound up winning this one when she nailed Sakai with The Head Hunter, a somersault neckbreaker, to score the pin.
4) Penny Banner defeated Nicole Matthews: Two-time SHIMMER champion Penny Banner, a native of St. Louis, MO, took on former Canadian Ninjas member Nicole Matthews in singles action. Matthews has struggled since the breakup of the team and seemed a little overmatched against her veteran opponent here. Banner tied up Matthews with a Boston Crab going for the submission but it was broken in the ropes. She kept up a strong attack until Matthews hit a series of kicks to the chest and dropped Banner with a side backbreaker. The finish came a short time later as Banner recovered and caught Matthews with an Airplane Swing to score the pin.
5) Mildred Burke & Jazz defeated Sara Del Ray & Daizee Haze: This was a rematch from the last SHIMMER card where both teams fought to a double disqualification with Sara Del Ray & Daizee Haze taking on Mildred Burke & Jazz. This was intense from the opening bell with Del Ray and Burke going toe-to-toe with some stiff exchanges. That set the pace for the rest of the bout and it had the fans on the edge of their seats. Burke was the standout here and she would be the one to lead her team to victory as she caught Del Ray in the Alligator Clutch resulting in the submission via snake eyes. The victory wasn’t enough for Jazz who tossed Haze out of the ring post-match and continued with an attack on Del Ray. Burke got involved as well until SHIMMER officials ran in to break it up. As the two were leaving the ring Del Ray recovered and called Amber Gertner into the ring. She then threw down a challenge to Burke and Jazz to face her and Haze in a rematch on the next SHIMMER card in Berwyn, IL (Card #788) – a rematch inside of a Steel Cage! Burke and Jazz laughed it off but then Burke accepted the challenge on behalf of her team saying that they will put the former BDK members down for good.
6) Ida Mae Martinez defeated Portia Perez: Four-time SHIMMER champion Ida Mae Martinez returned to action with a vengeance taking on former Canadian Ninjas member Portia Perez. It was Perez that put Martinez out of action with a shoulder injury and subsequently boasted of her actions. Martinez made her pay for it by dominating this one including scoring near falls with the Dropkick and a flying bodypress off of the top rope. The spunky Perez later survived a Texas Cloverleaf and blasted Martinez with a Superkick for a big near fall. Martinez came back with some nice offense before blasting Perez with another Dropkick to score the pin. The crowd cheered the victory for Martinez while Perez pounded the mat in tantrum like fashion. Perez then grabbed Amber Gertner at ringside and blamed everyone involved in SHIMMER, including the fans, for her loss and the fact that the Canadian Ninjas are no more. The crowd booed loudly as Perez stomped around ringside before running to the back fighting back tears.
7) Sherri Martel defeated Madison Eagles by DQ: A big grudge match saw Australian star Madison Eagles, accompanied by Kellie Skater & Jessie McKay, taking on seven-time SHIMMER champion Sherri Martel who had Nora Greenwald & Joyce Grable in her corner. The two rivals fought tooth-and-nail from the opening bell trading vicious blows. Eagles gained the upper hand and executed a Spider German Suplex followed by Hell Bound but Greenwald interfered breaking up the pin. Skater then jumped Greenwald and the two fought to the back leaving McKay and Grable at ringside. Martel battled back and scored a near fall on Eagles with a pin using the ropes. She also nearly won it by count out when Grable held the leg of Eagles from the outside but McKay made the save there. McKay would get involved again as Martel had Eagles pinned and the referee called for the bell. Martel was awarded the victory via disqualification but she was left laying with a double-team attack by Eagles and McKay. Grable then pulled Martel out of the ring carrying her to the back. Amber Gertner, meanwhile, joined Eagles and McKay in the ring for a post-match interview. Eagles rallied the crowd around her and McKay who were then rejoined by Skater. It wound up with Eagles saying that there will be “no end” to this rivalry until Martel, Greenwald, and Grable are run out of SHIMMER with their tails tucked between their legs.
8) SHIMMER title – Four Way Elimination Match: Cheerleader Melissa© defeated Mercedes Martinez, Lufisto, and Saraya Knight to retain the title: Cheerleader Melissa defied the odds in her version one defense of the SHIMMER championship by beating former champion Mercedes Martinez, Lufisto, and Saraya Knight in a Four Way Elimination Match to retain the title. The confident champion actually issued the challenge for this match on the last SHIMMER card after the four had competed in an intense tag team bout. Early action in this one saw Lufisto and Knight engage in a brutal battle while Melissa went at it with Martinez. Knight would gain the upper hand and Lufisto wound up being the first woman eliminated when she submitted to the painful Bridled Rocking Horse. The action really picked up in intensity from there with Martinez, known as the “Latina Sensation”, dominating both women. Things were looking good for Martinez as she tossed both Knight and Melissa out of the ring at one point. Melissa, however, recovered quickly and stunned Martinez with a series of moves before hitting the Air Raid Crash to score the pin. Then it was down to two as Melissa squared off against the feared Knight out of Norwich, England. Knight tore into Melissa looking to put her away and become the new champion. She trapped her in the Bridled Rocking Horse but Melissa was able to get to the ropes for a break. Melissa struggled to get back into it but managed to nail Knight with the Kudoh Driver to score the pin. The crowd cheered the victory by the popular and beautiful Melissa who held up the championship as an angry Knight looked on.
●It was a missed opportunity for Saraya Knight, Mercedes Martinez, and Lufisto in the main event as they lost to SHIMMER champion Cheerleader Melissa in a Four Way Elimination Match for the championship. The three will have a chance for redemption, though, as after the card SHIMMER officials announced that they will meet in a Three Way Elimination Match on the next card in Berwyn, IL (Card #788) with the winner there going on to challenge Melissa for the title at WrestleCade VIII (Card #800 at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, GA). That will no doubt be a huge opportunity for all three and Knight spoke to local reporters afterward saying that she will be the one to get the title shot. She recalled her failed title challenge against Mildred Burke at WrestleCade VII (Card #700 in Queens, NY) and said that this time things will be different and she will win the title. Martinez refused to speak to the reporters but Lufisto was available for comment and the Canadian star said that she is looking forward to the challenge. As for Melissa she said that she will be going into serious training to prepare for her title defense at WrestleCade VIII.

Wow great stuff here and almost 5 years worth of material! I have never seen the commitment that you have illustrated here anywhere else and keep up the great work! So far I have only scanned the cards to see how my favourite, Nick Bockwinkel, has performed in your fed throughout the years.
Anyway, I am a LOW newbie and I am about to order the Intro set as well as a few expansion sets. I was wondering if you could tell my what charts, etc you use in coming up with your events? In addition to the ones that come with the game, what other injury, interference charts do you use?
Thanks and keep up the awesome work. I've got weeks worth if reading here!
