Thanks for the comments AJ, Pariah, Crimson, Troy, Bookerbill, Joebreakdown and Bri. Unfortunately my dice rolling has been very limited since I started my new job but it feels good when I can get a show done. I love all of the discussion about Styles-Andre II so here is how it went down:
I used the special referee rules from the Legends of Wrestling Ringside Companion and had Bobo Brazil favor AJ Styles for two reasons. The two had a battle of respect in Toronto and Andre ruined their previous title match at MSG by interfering. Even with that Andre got Styles up to four tokens and I thought he might regain the title. Fortunately for Styles, who only had Andre up to one token with the Calf Killer, there was a choice situation meaning I had to roll on the Special Referee Chart. The roll was a three and the result was Bobo decking Andre and Styles rolling him up for the fast count pin. The die roll was a four (doubles!) which is what AJ needed for the pin. The doubles result also set up the post-match craziness and what should be a fun tag match at MSG.
I have to say that I was shocked that AJ pinned Andre again. Andre has two pinfall losses in LOW and they are both to Styles. If this result did one thing it takes Andre out of the world title picture for the time being and even if he never gets a shot again he still would have held it at least one time which is pretty cool. Styles won't have it easy in his next title defense as he will face Antonino Rocca on an upcoming Golden Age Wrestling card which takes place prior to the MSG card.

You know, cruefan68, I bought the Andre card back it was first released and I've only used it in maybe three matches in the intervening years. None of them were in any feds I've run. I guess I was just afraid of Andre becoming an unbeatable champion or something. Seeing what's happened in LOW and some other peoples' games I'm actually considering maybe bringing the big man into my current fed. Still on the fence but I'm beginning to see how his presence could shake some stuff up.

Great to see a peek behind the curtain here! Andre certainly had it stacked against him, but he had his manager, right? No interference from Heenan? Personally, I am not a fan of Styles, but even I can recognise an achievement when I see it. It's going to be a tough ask against the experienced Rocca in the next match and I look forward to Heenan & Andre teaming up for a tag war!
For us, Andre has appeared only a few times and has actually been pretty hit n miss, posting clean losses to the likes of John Tolos, Greg Valentine and Harley Race, so I guess he isn't unbeatable!

That is a great question, Joe. I didn't roll for interference from Bobby Heenan for two reasons - Andre's pin was at a 2 (or up to 4 based on the chart roll) so it was still a low pin and also I figured that after belting Andre that Bobo was going to count that pin and not be distracted by Heenan trying to get involved. To put it simply Andre was the victim of lucky dice rolls for Styles.

For whatever reason Andre never lost for me until these last two matches with AJ Styles. He never had a snake eyes or roll of his pin or lower so he really had an incredible run in my fed. There were DQ losses, as well as tag losses, but he was never directly pinned or submitted in a match. The closest to beating him were Mil Mascaras, Frank Gotch and Johnny Valentine in my recollection. Bruiser Brody had a good performance against him at WrestleCade 11 but was not as close as those three to beating him. It will be interesting to see if Andre can put those Styles losses behind him and go on another dominant run.

Just a quick update: I have my next show from PCW rolled out I just have to finish writing it up. I hope to have it posted later today or tomorrow. As noted in other posts my dice rolling time has been limited so I mainly post my shows on the weekends now. Just wanted to let you guys know that I haven't abandoned my fed, just had to slow it down a little.

7) Don Muraco, Masked Superstar, The Warlord & Rhino (with Jimmy Hart) defeated Bob Armstrong, Brad Armstrong, Ox Baker & The Missing Link (The Warlord over Baker by submission – Full Nelson)
8) LOW International Heavyweight title – Coal Miner's Glove Match: The Sheik© defeated Dutch Savage to retain the title (Pinfall – Smash Opponent with Glove)
Match Highlights: At a time when the unthinkable seems to be happening in LOW more history was made in San Diego, but not the kind that fan favorite Dutch Savage was hoping for. In a hard-fought main event for the LOW International Heavyweight title, Savage hoped to wrest the gold away from The Sheik in his own specialty match – the Coal Miner's Glove Match. Manager Abdullah Farouk was barred from ringside forcing The Sheik to go it alone against Savage who was undefeated in Coal Miner's Glove matches. In the heat of a vicious battle both men were battling to climb the pole when the metal studded glove fell off into the ring. The Sheik managed to get to the weapon first and that led to two brutal fights over possession of the glove. The Sheik never relinquished control of it and managed to knock Savage out with the glove to score the pin. It was a successful version five defense of the title for The Sheik and a tough loss for Savage who lost his first Coal Miner's Glove match.
Playboy Buddy Rose & The Mountie, accompanied by SSA, Inc. leader Sherri Martel, once again caused controversy as they defeated Pepper Gomez & Chaz Taylor in a heated grudge match. Having already put Tugboat Taylor out with an injury, the two combined to injure his son Chaz in ruthless fashion. The match itself was a great battle which included Taylor surviving the Bombs Away from Rose and Rose later kicking out of the Mexican Cradle by Gomez. Rose eventually went to a foreign object, a pair of brass knuckles, to knock out Taylor and score the pin. The victory wasn’t enough, however, as he and The Mountie dispatched of Gomez and went to work on the young Taylor injuring his shoulder as Martel cheered them on. Gomez finally recovered and cleared the ring with a chair but the damage had been done.
“Bullet” Bob Armstrong returned from injury teaming with his son, Brad Armstrong, and two hired guns, Ox Baker and The Missing Link, to take on Jimmy Hart’s First Family team of “The Magnificent” Don Muraco, Masked Superstar, The Warlord and the “Man Beast” Rhino. The elder Armstrong had promised to bring in men he had no love lost for but knew that he needed them to even the odds. Baker and the Link did what they were asked to do and took the fight to Hart’s men but it wasn’t enough. The powerful Warlord eventually subdued Baker with the Full Nelson scoring a big win for the First Family. Hart was in celebratory mode backstage laughing about Armstrong “wasting his money” since Baker and Link are free agents so there is no chance they will be back. Instead, he jokingly suggested that Armstrong sign up Little Beaver and Sky Low Low since his first battle plan backfired…Fred Blassie returned to the ring for the first time since losing a Dog Collar Match to John Tolos back at WrestleCade 11 (Card #1100). Blassie was itching to get his hands on Tolos in a six-man tag match where he teamed with Jimmy Snuka & Tony Atlas against Tolos, Roddy Piper and Bob Orton. Unfortunately for the “King of Men” it was Tolos that had the last laugh avoiding a Superfly Leap by Snuka at one point before pinning Blassie to win the match.
The ongoing Real World Tag League tournament sponsored by Kings Road United saw matches in both the A Block and B Block. It was a battle of undefeated teams that saw Giant Baba & The Destroyer remain that way as they won a hard-fought bout over Mr. Fuji & Mr. Saito. Late in the match, Saito executed the Saito Suplex on The Destroyer but he kicked out just before the three count. Fuji then tossed a handful of salt into the eyes of the masked man and that was all she wrote. The referee called for the bell and disqualified Fuji and Saito allowing Baba and The Destroyer to take sole possession of first place. A six-way points tie for first place was created in the B Block as Power Surge defeated Da Hit Squad in a great bout. A stiff Curve Ball Punch thrown by William Forve knocked Monsta Mack for a loop resulting in the pin. Da Hit Squad jumped Power Surge afterward attempting to put Forve through a table but Paul Pope grabbed his hockey stick and cleaned house making the save.
Injury Report: * Chaz Taylor suffered a shoulder injury as the result of a post-match attack by Playboy Buddy Rose and The Mountie. He will be out of action for several weeks and joins his father Tugboat Taylor who was also put on the disabled list by SSA, Inc.
