After reading everybody's feds, and after seeing the excitement around this latest set, I've taken the plunge into Legends Of Wrestling. I ordered the intro set, and the latest two sets, Originals and Partners. I'm excited to my fed going, and anxiously awaiting my sets to arrive. I've been reading over several feds here whenever I get a chance, and really enjoy what I've been reading, and I plan to start commenting soon. In the meantime, I will introduce my fed. It will be called Pro Wrestling Superstars. I will have two tv shows a week, Monday Night Mayhem and Thursday Meltdown, and a pay per view every month. I'm going to start by having a World Heavyweight, World Tag Team, and North American Titles, and possibly a TV title. As I get more sets, I may add more titles, and probably even split into another fed. I have set up my first two cards, and here is the lineup:
Monday Night Mayhem
Jimmy Snuka vs Buddy Rogers-World Title Tournament Match Nick Bockwinkel vs Giant Baba-World Title Tournament Match Harley Race vs Ted DiBiase-World Title Tournament Match King Kong Bundy vs Bobo Brazil-World Title Tournament Match Road Warriors vs Valentines-World Tag Team Title Tournament Valiants vs Bolsheviks-World Tag Team Title Tournament Match Les Thatcher vs D'Lo Brown Nigel McGuiness vs Bryan Danielson
Thursday Meltdown
Magnum TA vs Iron Shiek-World Title Tournament Match Killer Kowalski vs One Man Gang-World Title Tournament Match Rob Van Dam vs Terry Gordy-World Title Tournament Match Frank Gotch vs The Sandman-World Title Tournament Match Gorgeous George/Buddy Rose vs London/Kendrick-World Tag Team Title Tournament Hart Foundation vs British Bulldogs-World Tag Team Title Tournament George Steele vs Hillbilly Jim Roadkill vs Ox Baker
My results won't be in great detail, because I don't have a lot of time for long write ups, but I'll try and comment on whats going on in my fed.
Well I hope my sets come today, so I can get going, and join in on the fun.

The PWS held it's first show this past weekend, and it was a huge event, as the PWS crowned three champions, in three tournaments, over two nights of action.
Instead of crowning the champions through the television shows, I just decided to have a big card to crown the champs.
Card #1-Champions Carnival Night 1 North American Title Tournament-First Round
George Steele beat Hillbilly Jim with the FLYING HAMMERLOCK Ox Baker beat Bob Roop with the shoulderbreaker
Les Thatcher beat D'Lo Brown with a flying cross body block -Match Note: In preparation for the start of the PWS, D'Lo Brown had been training with Les Thatcher. When D'Lo lost, Les went to shake Brown's hand, but Brown was visibly frustrated, and slapped Les' hand away, and headed to the back. Word is that they have since spoken, and everything is alright.
Bryan Danielson beat Nigel McGuiness with a sunset flip The Destroyer beat Al Snow by DQ, when Snow smashed The Destroyer with Head.
Masked Superstar II beat Roadkill with a falling elbow drop John Pesek beat Gorgeous George with a TIGER MAN TOEHOLD. Maurice Tillet beat Red Bastien with a backbreaker.
World Tag Team Title Tournament-First and Quarterfinal Rounds
Paul London and Brian Kendrick beat The Love Brothers by DQ. British Bulldogs beat The Eliminators after a DIVING HEADBUTT on Kronus
Hart Foundation beat London/Kendrick after a powerslam on London.
Road Warriors beat British Bulldogs with the DOOMSDAY DEVICE on Dynamite Kid.
Valentines beat Buddy Rose/Adrian Street with an ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER on Street. -Match Note: Rose and Street struggled to work together as a team. Rose became increasingly frustrated through the match, because of Street's flamboyant ways. Instead of tagging Rose in by hand, Street would kiss Rose on the cheek, and then smack Rose' butt when he got in the ring. After the match, Street grabbed Rose's arm, and tried to skip to the back with him, but rose shoved him off.
Valiants beat the Bolsheviks with a choke with the tag rope on Boris.
World Heavyweight Title Tournament
Jimmy Snuka beat Buddy Rogers with the SUPERFLY LEAP Nick Bockwinkel beat Giant Baba with the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK Ted DiBiase beat Harley Race with a vertical suplex Bobo Brazil beat King Kong Bundy with the COCO BUTT Killer Kowalski beat Terry Gordy with a giant Swing Rob Van Dam beat One Mang Gang with the FIVER STAR FROG SPLASH
Frank Gotch beat The Sandman with the GOTCH TOEHOLD. Match Note: Before the match, Gotch made it be known that The Sandman's antics were a disgrace to the wrestling ring, and Gotch promised to bend and twist The Sandman until he broke. The Sandman then proceeded to flip his cigarette in the face of Gotch! The Sandman held his own, briefly, but Gotch would soon school The Sandman in the mat game, and win the match.
Iron Shiek beat Magnum TA with a roll up, after a missed turnbuckle charge by Magnum.

Card #2-Champion's Carnival Night 2
Night 2 of the Champion's Carnival was an exciting, and historic night, as the first PWS Champions would be crowned tonight!
North American Title Tournament-Quarterfinals
Masked Superstar II beat George Steel with the BACKBREAKER.
Ox Baker beat Les Thatcher with the HEART PUNCH. Match Note: Fortunately for Les, he wasn't seriously hurt by the HEART PUNCH, but he was shaken up. D'Lo Brown came out to help Les to the back, and Brown gestured to Baker, that Brown wanted Ox in a match.
The Destroyer beat John Pesek with a sensational suplex Maurice Tillet made Bryan Danielson submit to a BEARHUG
North American Title Tournament-Semi Finals
The Destroyer beat Ox Baker with a single leg boston crab Masked Superstar II beat Maurice Tillet with a BACKBREAKER.
PWS North American Championship Masked Superstar II beat The Destroyer with a BACKBREAKER, to become the first PWS North American Champion! Match Note: It was a dominating tournament for Masked Superstar II. No one could match his size and power. That BACKBREAKER finisher proved to be devastating, as it put down three of his four opponents, en route to winning the North American Title.
World Tag Team Title Tournament-Semi Finals
Hart Foundation beat the Valiants, after a russian leg sweep on Johnny.
Road Warriors beat the Valentines by DQ. Match Notes: Tensions between the two teams escalated before the bell even rang, The Valentines came in, and started shoving around the Road Warriors, and taunting them, in an effort to show that they were just as tough as the Road Warriors, and that they weren't afraid of them. The Valentines briefly looked like they would pull out the win, when just minutes into the match, Greg Valentine put on the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK. But that didn't last long, and soon the Road Warriors were dominating. The Road Warriors looked to have the pinfall after the DOOMSDAY DEVICE on Greg, but Johnny came diving off the top rope, with an elbow to the head of Animal, and the ref called for the DQ. Johnny and Greg quickly rolled out of the ring, yelling at the Road Warriors. Expect these two teams to meet again down the line.
PWS World Tag Team Championship Hart Foundation beat the Road Warriors, after Jim Niedhart rolled up Animal, after Johnny Valentine interfered, and hit Animal with a chair. Hart Foundation become the first PWS World Tag Team Champions! Match Note: Two of the best teams going today, met to battle for the World Tag Team Championship, and what could have been a great match, was marred by the interference of Johnny Valentine. The Valentines definitely have some moxy, messing with the Road Warriors, but that could backfire on them. The Valentines and Road Warriors feud picks up some steam thanks to this match. And expect the Road Warriors and Hart Foundation to meet again for the tag team titles.
World Heavyweight Title Tournament-Quarterfinals
Jimmy Snuka beat the Iron Shiek by DQ. Match Note: Iron Shiek showed have devious he is, by trying to choke out Jimmy Snuka with a cable on the floor, leading to his DQ. After the DQ, Iron Shiek spit on the ref, and spit on Snuka! You can be sure the fiery Snuka won't stand for that!
Nick Bockwinkel made RVD submit to the abdominal stretch Ted DiBiase beat Bobo Brazil with the MILLION DOLLAR SLEEPER In a very good match, Killer Kowalski beat Frank Gotch with the CLAW HOLD.
World Heavyweight Title Tournament-Semi Finals
Killer Kowalski beat Jimmy Snuka with the CLAW HOLD Nick Bockwinkel beat Ted DiBiase with a FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK.
PWS World Heavyweight Championship Killer Kowalski beat Nick Bockwinkel with a stomach claw, to become the first PWS World Heavweight Champion! Match Note: Killer Kowalski looked like a killer through this tournament. With the exception of his match with Frank Gotch, Kowalski brutalized everyone he faced. Even Bockwinkel, who is one of the dirtiest wrestlers in the game, struggled to match Kowalski combination of size and power, along with his vicious streak. As the first PWS World Champion, Killer Kowalski will beat the face of the PWS, and who will be the one to step up first, and try and take his title?!

Card #3-PWS Mayhem
PWS hits your your screen live in primetime every monday with PWS MAYHEM! Tonight is loaded with great action, including our main event of Nick Bockwinkel vs Rob Van Dam, as well as the North American Champion, Masked Superstar II, will be in action. Plus tonight, we will find out who will be named the PWS Commissioner!
Buddy Rogers open the show, beating Terry Gordy, in an excellent match, with a roll up, after Gordy missed a running clothesline into the corner. Match Note: Before the match, Buddy Rogers got on the mic, and claimed it was a travesty that the "Nature Boy" was not in the PWS top ten! He said not only should he be in the top 10, but he should be in the main event, and fighting for titles, not opening up the show against some nobody. Terry Gordy didn't take to kindly to those words, and came out looking determined, and we got an excellent match. Gordy even survived the FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE, and was even able to use the ORIENTAL SPIKE and PILEDRIVER in the match. He gave Rogers a run for his money, but Rogers knows how to work a match, and when Gordy went charging at him in the turnbuckle for a big clothesline, Rogers quickly ducked out of the way, sending Gordy crashing hard into the corner. Rogers quickly rolled up Gordy, grabbed some tighters for leverage, and got the pinfall. Solid opener to the card.
John Pesek beat Iron Shiek in another very good match, with a lateral press keylock. Match Note: This was another excellent match. Great mat wrestling action. The tide turned in Pesek's favor, when Jimmy Snuka came out, and grabbed Iron Shiek's Iranian flag, and spit on the flag! This infuriated Iron Shiek, who spit on Snuka after losing to Snuka by DQ this past weekend. It was all the distraction Pesek needed to regain control of the match, and take the victory. Iron Shiek would later give an interview with Mean Gene Okerlund, promising that Snuka would have hell to pay!
Magnum TA beat Bobo Brazil with the BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX. Match Note: This excellent match, between two huge fan favorites, ended in controversy thanks to its referee, Bill Alfonso. At one point during the match, Bobo Brazil inadvertantly bumped Bill Alfonso, sending Alfonso through the ropes, and falling hard to the floor. Alfonso was ok, but looked to be a bit embarassed. Later in the match, Bobo had Magnum pinned after hte COCO BUTT, but Alfonso made an extremely slow count. Bobo became very angry, and backed Alfonso into a corner. In the mean time, Magnum recovered, and the match continued, and Magnum would come back, and hit the BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX, and Alfonso would make a quick count, and give Magnum the win. Neither Bobo nor Magnum was happy with the outcome, and got on the face of Alfonso, but Alfonso was quick to slither out of the ring. Magnum offered up a rematch to Bobo for next week.
Paul London and Brian Kendrick beat Buddy Rose and Adrian Street, after the oklahoma side roll by London on Rose. Match Note: Rose and Street once again had trouble working as a team. Everytime Rose went to tag in his partner, Street was busy posing, or kissing on Miss Linda, and wondering around ringside taunting fans. Rose was never able to tag out, and eventually wore down, and took the loss. After the match, Rose shoved his partner off the apron, sending Street tumbling into the guard rails. Miss Linda quickly ran to check on him, and began kissing him all over.
The Destroyer snuck by King Kong Bundy, after managing to pull him over in a sunset flip. Match Note: King Kong Bundy was completely dominating this match, simply overpowering The Destroyer. But Bundy made the mistake of ducking down, after sending The Destroyer into the ropes, and The Destroyer managed to surprise Bundy with a sunset flip, and got the win.
One Man Gang beat Ox Baker with an elbow drop. Match Note: This was an interesting battle, between two hated men. Ox Baker did a little damage, but One Man Gang controlled most of the match, and took the victory after dropping that big elbow.
Bob Roop beat George Steele with a piledriver. Match Note: This was a good win for Roop, since Steele is the 4th ranked contender for the North American Title. This may help Roop get into the North American Title rankings.
Giant Baba beat Ted DiBiase with the NECKBREAKER DROP Match Note: This was a big win for the popular star from Japan, as DiBiase is ranked third in the World Title rankings. This should go a long way for the star from Japan, to become a star in the states as well. He also scored some more points with the fans, when DiBiase tried to pay Baba to lay down, and give the Million Dollar Man the win. Baba took the money, and then threw it to the fans. Needless to say, DiBiase was not happy about, what he call a waste of money.
The Valentines beat The Eliminators, after an ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER on Kronus. Match Notes: After the match, The Road Warriors made their way down. The Valentines and Road Warriors had a couple confrontations this past weekend at the Champions Carnival. The Valentines stood in the ring, waving Hawk and Animal into the ring, but when the slid in the ring, the Valentines backed out, and headed back up the isle, with sly smiles on their faces.
Frank Gotch beat Al Snow with an Iowa Backdrop Match Note: Earlier in the night, Mean Gene did an interview with The Sandman, asking The Sandman about Gotch's comments at the Champions Carnival, about The Sandman being a disgrace to the wrestling ring. The Sandman says Gotch is from the old school, and The Sandman is from the new school. Sandman said the new school isn't just about who can outwrestle who, it's about who is the toughest, and no one is tougher than The Sandman. The Sandman says if Gotch wants to dispute that claim, then he can meet him next week, in a Hardcore Match! After Gotch beat Snow, Gotch got on the mic, and he said he heard The Sandman's words, and Gotch said a Hardcore Match is beneath him, but he will accept the challenge, because he will show The Sandman just who the toughest guy around is, and Gotch says he doesn't even need the weapons to do it.
The Road Warriors beat The Bolsheviks, after the DOOMSDAY DEVICE on Boris. Match Note: Nothing too exciting here. Bolsheviks had some ver brief offense, but the match was easily won by the Road Warriors. After the match, Hawk got on the mic, and warned the Valentines that they can keep running, but they won't be able to run forever! WHAT A RUSH!!!!!
Maurice Tillet beat Jimmy Snuka with a roll up. Match Note: Snuka's mistake of spitting on the Iron Shiek's flag earlier, would prove to be costly, as the Iron Shiek came out, and threw a fireball in Snuka's face, which led to him losing to Tillet, via a roll up. Snuka rolled around in pain for several minutes, and was helped to the back. Thankfully, at last word, Snuka was not seriously injured. No word on whether any fines or suspensions will be handed down to the Iron Shiek.
Non Title Match-North American Champion, Masked Superstar II, beat Roadkill with a double arm suplex. Match Note: Roadkill was simply outmatched by the North American Champion.
Main Event-Nick Bockwinkel beat Rob Van Dam by DQ, when Van Dam used the Van Daminator. Match Note: This was on its way to being an excellent match, before RVD got DQ'ed...Earlier in the night, Tricky Nick gave an interview with Mean Gene, where Nick said he keeps hearing how dominating PWS Champ, Killer Kowalski is. Nick said if it wasn't for the fact that he had already wrestled two other matches on the night, Nick said he would have come out as champ. Mean Gene reminds Nick that Kowalski also wrestled two matches. Nick tried to ignore the remark, but he was visibly irritated. Nick said he will be the first to challenge Kowalski for the title...Bockwinkel was seemingly out cold, thanks to RVD's Van Daminator. The PWS World Champ made his way out, and into the ring. Kowalski stood over Bockwinkel, and just shook his head, and then placed his foot on Nick's chest, and raised the belt high, as the show went off.
In other show notes...The legendary, Bill Watts, was announced as the first commissioner of the PWS. Bill said he won't be your normal Commissioner. He said he isn't about handing out fines and suspensions. He says he will if he has too, but he says he wants things settled in the ring, and settled by whatever means the wrestlers deem necessary. He said he did have one order of business, and that is to announce that the PWS will be coming to pay per view in 3 weeks, for a show entitle New Year's Revolution! He said to tune in next week, for the first matches to be announced!

Card #4-[a href="Monday Night Mayhem"]Monday Night Mayhem[/a] 1/11/10 Live from the Hartford Civic Center in Hartford, CT
Big show tonight, as Commissioner Bill Watts makes a couple big announcements about the PWS's upcoming pay per view, New Year's Revolution, plus PWS World Champ, Killer Kowalski, is in action!
Iron Shiek starts things off beating Nigel McGuiness, after a kick with a loaded boot. Match Note: Nigel McGuiness showed he was hanging with the former Olympic Champion, which frustrated the Iron Shiek. So when Iron Shiek got the opportunity, he nailed McGuiness with his loaded boot, and took the victory. After the match, Jimmy Snuka came charging out, and into the ring, tackling Iron Shiek, and firing away with fists to the face. Officials came out, and broke things up.
The Destroyer beat Bob Roop with the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK. Match Note: Not much to say about this match. The Destroyer won it quickly.
Valiants beat the Bolsheviks after a TOP ROPE ELBOW on Boris. Match Note: The Bolsheviks dominated most of the match, but it was a simple mistake by Boris, that led to the Valiants getting in some quick offense, which led to the TOP ROPE ELBOW, and gave Johnny and Jimmy the win. The Bolsheviks struggles continue, as they are winless so far in the PWS.
"Tiger Man" John Pesek beat the mighty King Kong Bundy, with the TIGER MAN TOEHOLD. Match Note: Pesek completely schooled the big man. Pesek continually kept Bundy off his feet, which didn't allow Bundy a chance to throw his weight and power around. Pesek made the big man tap for the victory.
Non Title Match-Masked Superstar II beat Maurice Tillet with the BACKBREAKER. Match Note: Controversy aboud in this match, thanks to its referee, Bill Alfonso. At one point, Superstar had Tillet pinned with the BACKBREAKER, but Alfonso made a slow count, allowing Tillet to kick out. Superstar became very angry, and got into a shouting match with Alfonso, which turned into a shoving match. Alfonso threatened to DQ Superstar, but before he could, Tillet recovered, and attacked Superstar from behind, continuing the match. Superstar would hit the BACKBREAKER again, and this time, Alfonso had no choice but to count the pin, giving the North American Champion the win. After the match, Superstar got in Alfonso's face, and had some strong words for him. Tillet got up, and attacked Superstar from behind, and sent Superstar to the floor. Tillet would manage to hit the big man with two big backbreakers on the floor, and slammed Superstar through the ringside table!! Superstar suffered a back injury from the match, and it has been said he could miss up to 6 weeks.
Gorgeous George beat Ox Baker with a rolling hiplock. Match Note: The Flamboyant one scored a big win over the #10 ranked contender in the World Title rankings.
Adrian Street/Buddy Rose beat the Love Brothers, after interference from Miss Linda, led to Street spraying perfume in Reginald's eyes, allowing Street to roll him up for the pin. Match Note: There has been some problems with the team of Street and Rose, and Mean Gene Okerlund asked Rose about that earlier in the night, in a backstage interview. Rose said he was tired of Street's antics, and tired of carrying the team. Rose told Street he better shape up, or they are done. Street must have listened, because Street had a good match, and Rose and Street won.
Jimmy Snuka beat D'Lo Brown with the SUPERFLY LEAP. Match Note: Snuka took a fireball to the face from Iron Shiek last week, but fortunately, he didn't suffer any serious injuries, and it showed, as he beat D'Lo Brown away in a quick match.
Ted DiBiase beat Harley Race with the backward elbow off the ropes. Match Note: Harley Race may not be in the top ten, but he is always a threat for any title. But DiBiase has looked good lately, and came away with the victory. With DiBiase being the #3 ranked wrestler in the rankings, this was an important win.
Buddy Rogers beat George Steele with a piledriver Match Note: Buddy Rogers continues to prove what he has been saying, that he should be a top ranked wrestler. Steele was no match for the nature boy.
Non Title Match-British Bulldogs beat the PWS World Tag Team Champions, Hart Foundation, after the DIVING HEADBUTT on Bret Hart. Match Note: This was the Hart Foundation's first match since beating the Road Warriors, in the finals of the World Tag Team Title tournament, to become World Tag Team Champions. And the British Bulldogs pulled off the upset. With the win, this should almost guarantee the British Bulldogs a shot at the titles.
Magnum TA beat Bobo Brazil with a BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX. Match Note: Their first match was marred by controversy, thanks to the referee, Bill Alfonso. After that match, Magnum offered up a rematch to Bobo for this week. This match had no controvery, and was a good one on one match, that either man could have won. Bobo hit the COCO BUTT multiple times, but it was Magnum's BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX that got the win. After the match, Magnum said this was a great fight, and since their first match ended controversally, Magnum said he throws that match out. He asks Bobo if he wants to do this one more time! Bobo agreed, and the match was later signed for New Year's Revolution!
Nick Bockwinkel beat Rob Van Dam with the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK Match Note: This was a rematch from last week's match, which RVD lost by DQ because of his Van Daminator. RVD wanted this rematch to prove he could hang with the upper echelon, like the #1 ranked World Title contender, Nick Bockwinkel. RVD had his moments, but Bockwinkel would get the win.
Hardcore Match-Frank Gotch beat The Sandman with the GOTCH TOEHOLD Match Note: Last week, The Sandman challenged Gotch to this Hardcore match, and Gotch accepted, but said he didn't need weapons to be The Sandman. And Gotch stuck by those words, and didn't use a single weapon, and made The Sandman submit to the GOTCH TOEHOLD.
Main Event-PWS World Champion, Killer Kowalski, easily beat Red Bastien with the CLAW HOLD. Match Note: Not much to say here, other than Kowalski came out, and dominated, and showed what made him the PWS World Champion.
Other Show Notes...Commissioner Bill Watts came out to start the show, and made some big announcements concerning the first PWS pay per view, New Year's Revolution. He announced that by virtue of being the #1 contender in the World Title rankings, Nick Bockwinkel will challenge Killer Kowalski for the PWS World Title at the pay per view. He talked about Iron Shiek's actions last week, throwing a fireball in the face of Jimmy Snuka. He said he will let these two men settle their differences at the pay per view, in a Firs Blood Match! He also announced that he wanted to see a good, old fashioned, tag team brawl, so he signed The Valentines to face the Road Warriors! The Road Warriors will finally get their hands on The Valentines...Later in the night, Buddy Rogers would approach Watts, and complain that he should be getting title shots. Watts told Rogers he may be a great wrestler, but he isn't in the top ten, and that title matches aren't just given, they are earned. Watts said if Rogers wants to earn an opportunity at a title shot, then he will put Rogers in a match at the pay per view against The Destroyer, who is the #4 ranked wrestler in the World Title rankings, and top ranked wrestler in the North American Title rankings!...Mean Gene Okerlund did an interview with Bill Alfonso, asking him about last weeks actions in the match between Bobo Brazil and Magnum TA. Alfonso was stunned at Okerlund's allegations, and claimed to have ref'ed the match fair and square. He did go on to claim that Bobo doesn't like Alfonso, and even implied racism on Brazil's part, and that Bobo knocked Alfonso to the floor on purpose! Everyone, including Okerlund was outraged by these comments. Bobo was fuming after he heard those comments, and went looking for Alfonso, but Bill had taken off right after refing hte match between Masked Superstar II and Maurice Tillet.
