How do you give someone a manager in the match simulator?

It cannot be done from the card editor yet, but in the PBP Menu when going directly to the PBP Sim, you can type thier name into the "Ringside Ally". Doesn't work exactly like a manager but that is one of those things that will improve as I optimize the code.
