issue 5.
There is an archive for LOW content in each issue inside the Misc. LOW section of these boards. I think it is missing the most recent issue though.

Was just about to make a post asking this. Glad I looked before I posted. Going to pick this up this week, I want the new stats for Hero.

1st when you log in you will have the COTG issue up. Go to the Legends of Wrestling logo.
Now you go to archives and it will give you a list of all of your Promoter issues. Click on online Promoter #1 because this was the 1st one Legends was numbered seperate.
You should now have a picture of Dr. Death on your screen. On the right side of the page it will say Chris Hero online SE card, click on it and you're all set.

I am having trouble with this too. I had bought 2 issues of the online Promoter a while back and when I went to go in and reread some stuff I couldn't get into them. Not sure what the solution is but I have let fed HG know.
