In only 4 days Ring of Glory will be coming to you live from the most famous arena in the world. That's right fans, "Prime Time Wrestling from Madison Square Garden" is this Monday night! And what an event it will be! As many of you know coming up on November 25th, Thanksgiving night, Ring of Glory will bring you its first solo pay per view, NIGHT OF THE LEGENDS. Coming up this week on "Prime Time" we have a contract signing between the World Heavyweight Champion, Nick Bockwinkel and the man who will be challenging him on that historic card, Antonino Rocca! And what's more this Monday night will feature the debut of the Ring of Glory Chairman of the Championship Trust, Dick Hutton; who will be overseeing the contract signing. Speaking of debuts; Roderick Strong will be making his highly anticipated one next week on "Prime Time." In Ring of Glory action, Terry "Bamm Bamm" Gordy will defend the United States Championship against The Magnificent Muraco. The Mountie, in his first defense, will put the Wrestling Revolution Championship on the line against newcomer, JD Michaels. 1/2 of the World Tag Team Champions, "Sweet" Stan Lane will go one-on-one with Road Warrior Hawk, in something of a preview of the World Tag Team Championship match between The Midnight Express and The Road Warriors at NIGHT OF THE LEGENDS. In other action, Magnum TA will battle The Sheik. The Fabulous Kangaroos meet the United States Tag Team Champions, Rob Van Dam & Sabu in a non-title affair. And in a rematch from last month the team of Hillbilly Jim & Cousin Luke will face The Naptown Dragons! In addition to these great matches, "The Legendary" Johnny Valentine will be Bill Apter's guest in "The Hot Seat." and "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers will meet Ring of Glory newcomer, The Golden Greek" Jim Londos in a posedown. Finally, we will bring you the latest on the status of "Dr. Death" Steve Williams who suffered 2nd degree burns in last month's fireball attack from the maniacal Sheik.

#4. Prime Time Wrestling from Madison Square Garden – (Oct. 11, 2010)
The show opened with the introduction of the new Ring of Glory Chairman of the Championship Trust, Dick Hutton. The chairman proclaimed that Ring of Glory would be driven by competition, and that “those who are not dedicated to this great sport will be shown the door. And everyone, everyone will earn their keep…” Before the opening match we go to the United States Champion, Terry “Bamm Bamm” Gordy. When backstage interviewer April Hunter stops him he tells her that he’s “come to see the chairman…” In a rematch from last month’s Prime Time Wrestling the team of Hillbilly Jim & Cousin Luke defeated The Naptown Dragons when “Die Hard” Dustin Lee didn’t quite live up to his nickname when he submitted to Jim’s Bearhug. During the match Jim & Luke continued to hear the fans’ boos despite their best “country bumpkin’” routine. The raucous New York City crowd would have none of it. Before they left the ring Hillbilly Jim & Cousin Luke showed their mutual displeasure through obscene hand gestures… It was announced that Ring of Glory’s new weekly television program Fusion would debut this Saturday at 6:05 on WWOR-TV… In a match for the Wrestling Revolution Championship, The Mountie, with help from his shock stick, made quick work of newcomer JD Michaels to retain the title. After the match The Mountie complained about the lack of competition for his Wrestling Revolution Championship. Be careful what you wish for because the Chairman was on the scene, Hutton came out and announced a 10-Man Open Challenge Match to determine a #1 Contender to the Wrestling Revolution Championship at NIGHT OF THE LEGENDS on Thanksgiving Night. The announcement enraged the “Cocky Quebecer” but before he could get his hands on Hutton, the chairman wrapped up the champ in an Abdominal Stretch. The Mountie was able to escape and as he left the ring he vowed to “take legal action.” At this Terry Gordy, obviously upset over the condition of his friend, “Dr. Death” Steve Williams, made his way to the ring and told Hutton, “I want the Sheik. I want that Middle Eastern bastard at NIGHT OF THE LEGENDS. So the whole world can see me whip his ass!” Hutton informed him that The Sheik has a match tonight against Magnum TA and that he should “take it up with him.” Gordy had just two words, “I will!”… The next match between Road Warrior Hawk and 1/2 of the World Tag Team Champions, “Sweet” Stan Lane ended in a double disqualification when both men’s tag team partners and managers got involved in the match. The Midnight Express is set to defend the World Tag Team Championships against The Road Warriors at NIGHT OF THE LEGENDS… Up next was “The Hot Seat with Bill Apter” his guest was “The Legendary” Johnny Valentine. Valentine informed Apter that he has World Heavyweight Champion, Nick Bockwinkel in his sites and that he will not rest until he is a “4-Time Champion.” However, his interview was cut short by the debut of Roderick Strong, who arrogantly made his way to the ring for his match. He told Valentine to “get out of my ring because The Messiah has arrived. And you’re just a footnote in the history books.” Valentine informed Strong that he is “a former 3-Time GWF Champion.” Strong: “Three times, huh? That sounds to me like a 3-time loser.” Valentine went after Strong but before he could get his hands on the brash youngster Dick Hutton came out and the Chairman told Valentine that he wasn’t to touch Strong. “Main Event Sports (dba Ring of Glory) has spent too much money to bring (Strong) in. If you want him in the ring you’re going to have to go through the proper channels.” Valentine looked on stunned until Strong grabbed a mic and said, “You may be ‘Legendary’ Johnny Valentine but I’m ‘Untouchable!’ You want me? Go through the proper channels!” Valentine was then led away from the ring by security… In his debut match, the newly christened, “The Untouchable” Roderick Strong defeated Special Delivery Jones by pinfall following a Gibson Driver…The Fabulous Kangaroos defeated the United States Tag Team Champions, Rob Van Dam & Sabu in a non-title match… Magnum TA defeated The Sheik by disqualification when the “Madman from Syria” was caught incorporating a fireball into his offense. After the match, Terry Gordy came to the ring and challenged The Sheik. Who, through his interpreter and manager, The Grand Wizard told Gordy that he would meet him on Thanksgiving night on the condition that Gordy would put the United States Championship on the line. Gordy agreed emphatically by nailing The Sheik with a powerbomb… The Special Posedown Challenge between “Nature Boy” Buddy Rogers and newcomer, “The Golden Greek” Jim Londos prove to be nothing but a set-up when Rogers attacked Londos from behind before the posedown even began…In the main event a match for the United States Championship, The Magnificent Muraco defeated champion Terry “Bamm Bamm” Gordy by disqualification when Muraco was attacked by “Superfly” Jimmy Snuka. Dick Hutton came out and announced that Muraco and Snuka would settle things at NIGHT OF THE LEGENDS. After the dust settled, Terry Gordy was attacked by the United States Tag Team Champions, Rob Van Dam & Sabu. The attack left broadcasters Jimmy Crimson & J.R. Buchanan wondering “why?”… The Chairman of the Championship Trust, Dick Hutton, dropped a bomb on the contract signing between the World Heavyweight Champion, Nick Bockwinkel and Antonino Rocca when he announced that next month on Prime Time Wrestling from Madison Square Garden, the last one before NIGHT OF THE LEGENDS, Bockwinkel and Rocca would be given the opportunity to pick each other’s opponents. This announcement brought a smile to each of the combatants’ faces. However, Hutton’s first night on the job wasn’t over; as Prime Time Wrestling was wrapping up, out of nowhere The Mountie appeared and dropped the Chairman using his shock stick. As Prime Time Wrestling was going off the air the Wrestling Revolution Champion looked into the camera and said, “The Mountie always gets his man!”
NIGHT OF LEGENDS Updated Card Nick Bockwinkel vs. Antonino Rocca (World Heavyweight Championship Match) The Midnight Express vs. The Road Warriors (World Tag Team Championship Match) Terry Gordy vs. The Sheik (United States Championship Match) “Superfly” Jimmy Snuka vs. The Magnificent Muraco 10 Man Open Match to determine a #1 Contender to the Wrestling Revolution Championship

Greetings Fellow Promoters,
Long time no results. I see my last results were posted nearly 2 months ago. Anyway, I've decided to bring the Global Wrestling Federation and Ring of Glory into one big LOW promotion. The GWF for the most part will now be referred to as RING OF GLORY: Prime and Ring of Glory wil be known as RING OF GLORY: Honor Guard. Anyway I hope to have my first postings up today. I'm really sending this out so the thread will be easier to find when I come back!

"Saturday Night Showdown" - ADDENDUM
Unfortunately I ran out of time on the local library computer before I finished the results the way I wanted to, so here goes...
With Special Guest Referee, Austin Aries looking on Jushin "Thunder" Liger defended the Global Cruiserweight Championship against Tiger Mask less than 24 hours before these three men were scheduled to meet in a Triple Threat Match for the championship at HOLIDAY HAVOC. Aries stunned the crowd when, stepping out of his role as referee, he hooked Tiger Mask in the "Last Chancery" forcing him to tap out. Aries then awarded himself the Cruiserweight Championship. When Aries was confronted by Powerhouse General Manager, Jimmy Hart. Aries defended his actions by telling him to "Look at the contract. It states, Sunday December 19th. Look at a watch, it's the 19th. The contract says nothing about the time of day just the date. So, I'll consider you the first to congratulate the winner and your new Global Cruiserweight Champion, "A-Double" Austin Aries!"...
In the main event between Curt Hennig & Larry "the Ax" Hennig and Wolf & RING OF GLORY Champion, Harley Race. Curt went it alone, refusing to tag in his father. After scoring the pinfall victory over Race, Curt gave his father the brush-off and left the ring. Wolf and Race then preceded to beat up "The Ax" less than 24 hours before he was set to meet Race in a Steel Cage Match for the RING OF GLORY Championship. Curt never looked back...
So that's the way it went down Late Night Saturday Night!
I'll be back tomorrow with the results from HOLIDAY HAVOC!
Until then keep it rollin' Promoters!
