Who decided it was better to use actual photos of wrestlers instead of the artwork created? I would rather see the artwork than the photos. Most of the photos suck anyways and the artwork done for the wrestlers are terrific and add to the game. Just my opinion but I think it should go back to using artwork.

I find it interesting that this aspect og Legends Online was sold to us as positive. I agree completely with OP. The pictures, with their odd cropping in some cases, are flat awful.

I just wish there was the option of Photo or Artwork. I personally prefer artwork but I have heard some who prefer the photos.

I agree artwork has a lot more to offer than a photo.
I also believe if a photo is used it has to be taken or sold to COTG otherwise if a photo was taken by a photographer say for the WWF/WWE than they own the rights to that photo and could sue if used for the game without their permission.
Plus when the artist creates the wrestler he or she has the ability to turn back the clock, or create that wrestler in any pose they want whereas trying to get the photo that you want may be a lot harder to come by.
