Monday August 29th, 2011 Live From: Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania 1st Hour: Monday Nitro opened with a shot of the entire n.W.o. standing in the ring. Brett Johnson grabbed raised the mic and began by saying that last night the n.W.o. added yet another championship and increased their power. He then formally welcomed the reigning United States Champion his protégé “Impact” Eddie Osbourne into the fold. Brett then continued by saying that at Fall Brawl he will bring the World Heavyweight Championship to the n.W.o. which will give the n.W.o. all the power. He then said that once WCW’s “Rassler’s” don’t have any championship to compete for the n.W.o. takeover will be a short mission then. Brett then called over Mike Fortune, as Mike walked closer to him he first congratulated Mike on winning the Elevation 12 tournament, before promising Mike that once he wins the Title at Fall Brawl he will still honour the championship match that Mike earned at Halloween Havok by winning Elevation 12.
WCW Commissioner Charlie Cox then came out to the entrance ramp and first congratulated the n.W.o. on winning their matches, except for the Tag Team Championship match that was thrown out. With that being said Charlie Cox then said that tonight the Kings of Wrestling would once again defend the WCW Tag Team Championships this time against the British Bulldogs, and that match would be the opening contest of Nitro. He then followed up by saying since neither the Cruiserweight and Television championship weren’t defended last night those championships would also be defended here tonight, as Buff Bagwell will defend the Television Championship against “Vigilante” Charles Seguin. He then closed out by saying that Cruiserweight Champion Roderick Strong would defend against “American Dragon” Bryan Danielson. Cox then turned and left saying the n.W.o. should vacate the ring as the Tag Team Championship match will be starting after the commercial break.(c) v Kings of Wrestling (Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli) (c) defeated the British Bulldogs (Davey Boy Smith & Dynamite Kid) when Claudio Castagnoli nailed Dynamite Kid with a second Ricola Bomb at the 7:42 mark of the match. The Bulldogs started strong and nearly won the match in the opening couple of minutes when Davey Boy Smith nailed Hero with a Running Powerslam. The momentum switched in the Kings favour when Dynamite tossed Hero out of the ring and was blasted with a steel chair as he followed him out. Charlie Cox was shown in his office as he was leaning back in his chair he announced that since both Justin Credible & the United States Champion Eddie Osbourne have had issues with Kevin Sullivan and the Dungeon of Doom he figures that the best way to deal with the situation is to team Credible and Osbourne up to take on the team of Geza Kalman Jr. & Kevin Sullivan, and if Osbourne & Credible can’t get along tonight then next week the two of them would be facing each other inside a barbed wire steel cage for the United States Championship. v w/ Nigel McGuinness w/ “Elegant” Eddie Fyne defeated “Danger Boy” Derek Wylde via disqualification when Wylde was disqualified for nailing McGuinness with a running chair dropkick at the 12:03 mark of the match. For the first time of the evening the Monday Nitro announce team was shown at ringside. Schiavone & Madden welcomed Shane McMahon back to the booth, after missing last night’s PPV. Shane thanked them, but said that he wasn’t scheduled to call the event, as WCW tries to bring a fresh perspective to all of its PPV’s. He then said that he caught all the action and couldn’t believe how much power the n.W.o. walked out of Road Wild with. Schiavone and Madden agreed, as all three men said that WCW World Heavyweight Champion Nick Bockwinkel is set to have a tough couple of months if he manages to get past the leader of the n.W.o. next month at Fall Brawl. They then sent to the ring for the next match, which DDP requested last week, as he takes on the n.W.o.’s Konnan. v Diamond Dallas Page defeated Konnan via pinfall after connecting with the Diamond Cutter at the 4:02 mark of the match. DDP then quickly exited through the crowd before the n.W.o. could storm the ring. WCW Commissioner Charlie Cox was shown leaving his office when he was confronted by a distraught “Overnight Male” Andrew Radke. Radke first questioned Charlie’s decision to give a kidnapper a title shot as he had awarded Charles Seguin a shot at the Television Championship. Cox responded by saying there was zero proof that Seguin had anything to do with the abduction of Phantasy, but if Radke could find concrete proof before Seguin’s match in the main event then he would award Radke the match instead. Radke looked at Cox, then shook his head before walking off saying that tonight Phantasy will come home and Seguin will get exactly what’s coming to him.(c) v “American Dragon” Bryan Danielson defeated Roderick Strong (c) via disqualification when n.W.o. members the Kings of Wrestling as well as Curt Hennig stormed the ring and brutally assaulted Danielson as he had Strong locked in the Labell Lock at the 15:04 mark of the match. The assault was so brutal Danielson had to be taken from the ring on a stretcher. 2nd Hour: The second hour of Monday Nitro opened with “Vigilante” Charles Seguin sitting in his locker room, as he looked up at the camera he said that while he had his issues with “Overnight Male” Andrew Radke they are all in the past. He then said that while it looks like he has moved on, Radke obviously hasn’t and that is true shame, because some men just can’t cope when a significant other leaves them. Seguin then closed out by saying he speculates that Phantasy is playing some sick game, just as when she debuted and formed Ladies Choice. Seguin then promised that if Radke interfered in his match tonight Seguin would make him pay one way or another. He got up and walked away from the camera. v Jazz defeated “Girl Dynamite” Jennifer Blake via submission after locking her in the STF at the 5:42 mark of the match. The early stages saw several quick reversals, but a quick breather on the outside proved to be all Jazz needed to make the final comeback for the win. Once again the Monday Nitro announce team was shown at ringside. The three men informed fans that last night, following the assault by n.W.o. member Mike Fortune Bill Apter had taken the night off so he could get examined by doctors to make sure that there was no lingering damage following the attack. They then sent to the ring for the next match on Nitro would a tag team match, pitting House of Humperdink members, the Masked Superstars again the Dream Team with “Luscious” Johnny V in their corner. w/ v w/ Masked Superstars (I &II) w/ Sir Oliver Humperdink defeated the Dream Team (Greg Valentine & Brutus Beefcake) w/ Johnny V via pinfall at the 14:45 mark of the match when Masked Superstar II nailed Valentine with a Backbreaker. The Masked Superstars completely dominated the match never once allowing Brutus Beefcake into the match. The shot opened to an empty hallway as the camera panned out it showed n.W.o. member, and United States Champion approaching from one direction, while his upcoming tag team partner Justin Credible was shown walking up the opposite way. The two men met and Osbourne warned Credible not to try anything funny or else he would pay in ways he couldn’t even imagine. Credible looked at Osbourne and turned to walk away, but Osbourne grabbed him and turned him around, saying that tonight it’s all about once and for all eliminating Sullivan and the remnants of the Dungeon of Doom, if Credible couldn’t handle that then he shouldn’t even bother going out to the ring. Osbourne then walked past Credible down the hall as Credible was shown tightening his grip on his trusted Singapore Cane. & v & Geza Kalman Jr. & Kevin Sullivan defeated Justin Credible & Eddie Osbourne via pinfall at the 0:45 mark of the match, thanks to Justin Credible viciously attacking Osbourne with the Singapore Cane as the match was started. Following the assault Credible quickly left the ring through the crowd as Sullivan & Kalman watched on stunned, before Sullivan recovered from his shock and pinned Osbourne. The remaining three members of H2K were shown backstage. The three men discussed the loss they suffered last night at Road Wild, before agreeing that while it was a setback for both H2K and WCW as a whole it was time for H2K to regroup and get back to the business of winning matches and adding gold to their resumes. Sinclair said that while becoming a 20 time Cruiserweight Champion would be a great accomplishment it was time that he set his sights on stopping Brett Johnson from getting the World Championship. He then said that Stubbing and Colley-Lussier should work their @$$#$$ off and bring the Tag Team Championships back to WCW. The two men agreed, as the three men went to walk down the hall they were jumped by several members of the n.W.o. including Mike Fortune, Buff Bagwell, Konnan, Curt Hennig & the Kings of Wrestling. The attack was short but intense as it left all three members laid out on the ground as security showed up to break up the attack. MAIN EVENT:(c) v “Vigilante” Charles Seguin defeated Buff Bagwell (c) via disqualification when “Overnight Male” Andrew Radke stormed the ring and blasted Sequin several times with a steel chair leaving him a bloody mess as Buff Bagwell stood there stunned. The Hart Foundation started off strong, but several quick tags by the Sheepherders completely shifted the momentum in the favour of the Sheepherders for the remainder of the match. n.W.o. members Curt Hennig and man who has named himself the leader of the n.W.o. “Crimson Dragon” Brett Johnson were shown walking backstage. The two men were discussing Curt’s upcoming match against DDP. Johnson told Curt to go out there and do what Konnan couldn’t get done last week and beat DDP. When Curt asked for help, Johnson replied by saying that so far Curt has done almost nothing to earn his spot in the n.W.o. and tonight would be another test of both is loyalty and desire. Johnson then turned and walked in the opposite direction as Curt was left to head the ring on his own. v Diamond Dallas Page defeated Curt Hennig via pinfall after connecting with a shocking Diamond Cutter following interference by the n.W.o. that appeared to have turned the momentum back into Curt Hennig’s favour, following the finish DDP quickly exited the ring and left through the crowd. The woman who jumped Sara Del Ray following her victory at Road Wild, “The Sass Queen” Seleziya Sparx was shown backstage. She said that while at Road Wild she made a huge impact by having the balls to attack, not only the Women’s Champion, but a member of the n.W.o. when she attacked Sara Del Ray. WCW had decided to make her start at the bottom by having her face the biggest loser in the WCW Women’s Division the absolutely abysmal Cherry Bomb. Sparx then said that after beating Cherry Bomb later tonight she’ll work her way up the Women’s ranking until WCW has no choice but to give her a shot at the Women’s Championship and Sara Del Ray. She then walked past the camera man, shoving him out of the way. v “Pure Original” Chris Sinclair defeated Mike Fortune via pinfall following a retaliatory interference by H2K at the 17:45 mark of the match, several minutes earlier the match the n.W.o. interfered and nearly helped Mike Fortune pick up the win. The first hour of Nitro ended with a massive brawl between the n.W.o. and H2K. The brawl took several minutes for security to contain as the first hour of Monday Nitro came to an end. 2nd Hour: v Tyler Black defeated Val Venis via pinfall after connecting with the Phoenix Splash at the 6:53 mark of the match. Venis started strong, but Tyler Black proved to be too quick for Venis and was rapidly reversing everything Venis tried to hit him with. As Tyler Black was celebrating his victory, the n.W.o. music started up and the leader of the n.W.o. “Crimson Dragon” Brett Johnson slowly made his way to the ring clapping his hands. As he climbed into the ring he grabbed the mic from the ring announcer. Johnson then congratulated Tyler Black on an impressive victory, he then told Black that he could do so much better then wrestling washed up has-beens such as his opponent tonight Val Venis. Johnson then promised Black if he joined the n.W.o. he would only face the top talent from that point on. Black thought about the offer for about three seconds before shaking Johnson’s hand and joined the n.W.o. The two men then absolutely destroyed the unconscious Val Venis before leaving the ring together. The American Wolves; Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards; were shown backstage coming out of their locker room. The two men noticed the camera and said that tonight they were going to beat the Briscoe Brothers, just as they had beaten the Sheepherders, not so long ago on WCW Saturday Night. The two men then said that WCW Commissioner Charlie Cox had promised them a title match if they beat the Briscoe Brothers. Richards then said that Cox also said that if they lose they would be starting right back at the bottom of the barrel. Edwards then said that he and Richards wouldn’t have to worry about that, due to the fact that the Briscoe Bothers were nothing but a crap tag team, that couldn’t wrestle their way out of a wet paper bag. The two men then turned and walked back into their dressing room. v Cherry Bomb defeated “The Sass Queen” Seleziya Sparx via pinfall after connecting with the Superkick at the 21:52 mark of the match that saw Seleziya absorb an immense amount of punishment by an aggressive Cherry Bomb. The Monday Nitro announce team was finally shown sitting at ring side. The three men recapped the anarchy the n.W.o. have caused so far in the show, highlighted by Tyler Black becoming the latest member the n.W.o. They then quickly talked about the brutal blindside attack that just happened by Sara Del Ray and Daizee Haze brutally beat down new comer to the women’s division Seleziya Sparx. They finally sent to the ring for the next match, the highly anticipated tag team match between the American Wolves and the Briscoe Brothers. v American Wolves (Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards) and the Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe) ended as a no contest when a wild brawl broke out between both teams at the 2:41 mark of the match and the referee called for a double disqualification, at the time of the brawl it looked as if Jay Briscoe was about to tap to a vicious armlock Davey Richards had him locked in. After order was restored following the brawl between the Briscoe’s and the Wolves. The n.W.o.’s music once again started up and the entire n.W.o., minus the United States Champion Eddie Osbourne and Curt Hennig began to circle the ring as Brett Johnson got on the mic and said that the outcome between the American Wolves and Briscoe Brothers was an absolute joke. Johnson then informed both teams that if they joined the n.W.o. he would personally guarantee them that he wouldn’t allow them to be messed around like WCW was starting to do to them. He then said that no matter what Charlie Cox had promised them, Cox had other plans for trying to bring the Tag Team Championship back to WCW by using a more established and experienced tag team. Johnson finally said that if they joined the n.W.o. then next week he would flip a coin and that team would get a match right away for the titles against the Kings of Wrestling. At that moment both Hero & Castagnoli stepped forward and promised to uphold that promise if the two teams joined the n.W.o. right then and there. Both teams looked at the n.W.o. members and each other before all four men embraced the other members of the n.W.o. signifying there new allegiance to the n.W.o. as the show went to commercial. MAIN EVENT:BARBED WIRE CAGE MATCH(c) v “Impact” Eddie Osbourne (c) defeated Justin Credible via pinfall after connecting with a second Final Impact at the 5:42 mark of the match that was brutal and bloody between the two men that both quickly tried to but the other man away.

With everything that has been happening in my life lately (working 7 days a week + g/f's health issues). WCW has been put on the back burner (same with my GWF & CHIKARA feds)
So with that said I'll be cutting down on the segments during my WCW shows and presenting them in a more bullet style, same for match results.
Seeing as I have a file for my images, they will continue to be a huge focal point in WCW.
I look forward to seeing your thoughts on the new style I'll be presenting starting with WCW Saturday Night (which will hopefully be posted by Monday Night)
Thanks for continuing to follow WCW as I do my best to present the best possible show my limited time is giving me to dedicate to the game.
