I didn't like the end to the Alpha Stone either. I thought it might be interesting to see different people get ahold of it, and what might happen. Still trying to figure out how Man of Power ends up look liking a monster three years later, just because he thought he the stone had power.

Man, I think I'm the only one who was a Khety fan--I think he came out at a time when I was way into Egyptian history and mythology. I remember being disappointed that his card stunk so badly. "DragonMaster murdered me in a past life" was a rather flimsy excuse for a feud, admittedly. Not at all Pete. He and Dragonmaster had some excellent matches in my fed. The stroyline didn't really bother me though. I just had Dragonmaster call him a quack. The only problem was his card sucked and I could only keep the storyline going as a singles feud for a couple months or so because Dragonmaster always won in the end.

I could see where people wouldn't like the Khety storyline, but I could see Mesmer and the Overlord messing with someone's mind like that.

If it weren't for 99% of these storylines, I'd have no songs about the GWF.

Ah, however if some get re-written there could be an opportunity for a new album! ;D

The part I hated most about the Alpha Stone storyline was Alpha Force. This is how it sounded to me:
"I was competing in this other dimension when I encountered this bully. He was big, strong, and arrogant...totally annoying. Anyway, I once found a stone that gave me indescribible power. Well, rather than using that power to put the bully in his place once and for all (or actually training without the stone and beating the bully cleanly), I gave him access to the stone so he could now be superhuman. I also sent him to wreak havoc in the federation where my father and brother compete. Since I'm the only other one with the power, I am the only other one who can save the day. But don't worry, I use only a fraction of that power so I can be a real hero."
Tell me how Alpha didn't get a reaction from the crowd that would make Freddie Blassie and Roddy Piper look like The Beatles?
I would have rewritten it with AF, stunned and angered that the people turned against him, joined Chaos since he's really the only one who 'understands him.' Meanwhile, Matador decides this is all B.S. and joins SW in fighting the two 'Stoners.'
One other thing I thought qualified as WC. To me, a feud was when 2 opponents (or teams) hated each other so much, that some of their matches ended with at least one side going to the ER. Makes sense. So what's the deal with, "I challenge you to a feud!"? It sounds like, "Even though this is the first time we've ever met before, I challenge you to a series of matches where at least one of us could get carried away on a stretcher."
I mean, I know Tom was way ahead of the NWO when he created the original CPC. I guess he was ahead of ECW as well.
Take care,
Jay

While they cannot compete with Havoc's entry to this list of COTG WrestleCrap, I nominate both Korsus "Crawling Beast" and Blizzard to the list.
I mean, it's a "Crawling Beast" for crying out loud, and I didn't like Iceman in the X-Men and I certainly didn't like him in COTG.
