I don't know. But here are some comments posted by others at Wrestle Reunion's website following Virgil's announcement today:

"the only prob is he alway jacks his prices way up."

"Well he was at frank and sons 2 weeks ago and was charging $20 for picture and autograph. He got the least amount of people, do if he charges more than that then I expect a small turnout for him."

"There’s always plenty of lulz when virgil is at a convention. Its like haggling with a used car salesmen just to get an autograph out of the guy.

Advice for convention newbies: Virgil never displays prices like every other vendor does. And never accept his first offer. You’ll ask him for a signed promo and he’ll say “fifty bucks” and start signing your name. Talk him down!!"

"I've had those experiences with him also, you walk up to him and he asks which picture you like, and before you know it he signs it and says “$30 bucks man” one time i posed for a pic with him and ted and he insisted i pay him before the pic was taken even though ted was in position and ready to go…..glad i dont need any autographs from him"

I got his autograph a couple years back. He was friendly but much like others have said was a shrewd salesman. I think I ended up paying $20 for a 8x10 signed. Rey Mysterio had free 8x10s and was signing for free so was ok with it all.

Virgil has shown up at every major convention I've been to (granted I've only been to four). He had his own booth at NY Comic Con this year and it was on the floor, not in the autograph area. I don't know how he got that prime of a location because I swear I saw him gate crashing earlier that day.

I was like "was that Virgil? It sure as hell looked like him.... But this is NYC.... I've only seen him in San Diego and San Fransisco. That couldn't have been Virgil." But it was.

Grant has a really good Virgil story from 2007.

Here is what the admin at Wrestle Reunion posted tonight about additional vendor guests:

I think the vendor announcements are going to start coming in rapidly starting anyday. We’ve had lots of calls and vendors firming up their guests. Not to shoot too high, but I honestly think we’ll have 12-15 more vendor guests announced between now and the show including some international names.

I was thinking about this some more today. Prior to the convention (usually in January once all or most of the vendor guests have been announced,) Wrestle Reunion will post the prices for autographs and/or pictures that each of the vendor guests charge. I don't remember what all the other vendors have charged at the past two Wrestle Reunions, but I remember I paid $10 for Dan Severn to autograph his card for me while I was waiting in another line to meet Bret Hart and I think two years ago I paid $5 (but I am not sure, perhaps it was also $10?) for the Iron Sheik to autograph his card for me.

On the other hand, Mil Mascaras charged me $25 last year to get his card signed. so prices always vary among the vendor guests. But I really like to get my LOW cards autographed, so I don't mind.
