I'm not a fan of PDFs. Much prefer physical cards, so I probably wouldn't purchase. However, if there were an option to pay more and get them printed (like the COTG Handbook a few editions back was) I would totally do that.

I would absolutely buy this. I have had really good results when printing out any of the Promoter releases. There are alot of wrestlers signed & unsigned that I would love to see released in LOW somehow - this sounds like a great way to get them out there. This has been an idea that I have been wishing would happen for a long time.
I personally prefer to get real "jobber" cards instead of made up guys. I was hoping that when we got Mr. X it would be the WWF jobber.

I just wanted to agree with everyone else... make it so!
Heck, 'Forgotten Legends' is a pretty decent tag line for it, in fact.
Perhaps a poll would be in order... toss up every name, and produce them 4 at a time (1 pdf page). I'd happy pay $4 or $5 for that... or get a promoter subscription if they were to appear there.

I personally prefer to get real "jobber" cards instead of made up guys. What's pretty interesting is that I would think most of the guys that would be eligible for release here, would likely get jobber level (or slightly above) stats. So yeah, there wouldn't be much of a need to come up with "fake" jobbers.

That would be amazing! What about them being in the online game?

If they are going the PDF style I would prefer one per page. When I print 4 per page, the cards either get cut off on the edges or they print smaller then the official cards

One per page is a total waste of cardstock. If you change your printer preferences to use borderless printing and turn off the "page scaling" option then you should be able to print 4-per page without problem. At least I know it's always worked for me and I've printed a lot of cards. In fact, I purchased all of the GWF Classics sets offered in pdf format at the online store, printed them on good cardstock with proper printing specs and you would be hard pressed to tell the difference between them and regular printed cards.
If printing four per page is a problem for a lot of people, I could get behind putting two per sheet. One per sheet would be a needless waste, IMO.
