Card #904MOT: Welcome fans to the Deimos Intergalactic Arena and the final two rounds of the BUNKHOUSE BRAWL TOURNAMENT! This year the final pairings are Aethran Overmaster battling Endgame and Rush facing off against Helsin! In addition to the three Bunkhouse Matches, the Woman's Champion (Scorn) will put the strap up She-Devil, UltraMantis Black (the United Stars Champ) will butt heads with the beast Ghena, the newly crowned Interplanetary Champion Swarm will try to outsmart Morbid, and much more.KRAM: Whoohoo! I'm going to see puppies Mot! I wish She-Devil the best of luck against that steroid popping Scorn [Shudders] because she will need it! This year's Bunkhouse is a gimme to Endgame because the other three participants are wannabes! MOT: I don't think so Kram! Aethran Overmaster is deadly inside the squared circle and the other two (Helsin & Rush) aren’t exactly slouches! It will be interesting to say the least.KRAM: Yeah, let's say the least this time. Down to ringside for the unwashed masses!**United Stars Championship Title Match (Best of 3 Falls)** Ghena bloodied UltraMantis Black (2 falls to none): 'The Three' member seemed to be on his game and the rest from his early elimination from the tournament seemed to rejuvenate him. UltraMantis had no answer for the high powered offense and would be quickly pinned after a brutal BRAIN BASHER! The second fall was no different as Ghena tossed around the time traveler like a rag-doll before claiming the United Stars title with a Certain Death maneuver. (****).Snoochie was cheated by Andrea: Before the bell, Andrea pearl harbored Snoochie from behind and repeatedly slammed the Nebraskan native into the guardrails. Andrea tossed Snoochie into the squared circle, the referee called for the bell, and the Giantess used several big boots to the head before executing the VOLANSIAN STRANGLE DROP for the three count. (DUD).The Guardian lucked out against Tricks: The maniacal clown began the bout with a Prankster Claw and had The Guardian reeling! Tricks tossed his opponent out onto the ring floor and was disqualified for choking the FDF member with cables near the announcing table. (1/2 *).KRAM: I guess the commissioner wanted all the crazies out early this evening! That overrated time traveller was beat an inch from his life by Ghena and the U.S. title finally has a new owner. Wonder how long before he loses to another never-has-been? Then comes out that nut job Snoochie...she is a few stalks short of a cornfield and was woman-handled by the overgrown freakzilla Andres...MOT: That's enough Kram! Snoochie has a huge fan base here in the Galaxian Wrestling Federation and I am sure she will be asking for a rematch soon. Anyway fans, we send you to ringside for a semi-final match of the Bunkhouse Brawl!**Bunkhouse Brawl Tournament Semi-Final Round:** Helsin staked Rush: The Aethran cruiserweight ran circles around his opponent but would get caught on the top turnbuckle and brought down with a superplex that rocked the ringside area! After a sit-down power bomb, Helsin used STAKE TO THE HEART to make his way to the final round. (***)**Woman's Championship Title Match** She-Devil pinned Scorn: The now former champion had issues with the challenger throughout the bout and She-Devil had an answer for everything that Scorn threw at her and even used several EYES OF THE TEMPTRESS before landing a FALLEN DEVIL for the referee to slap the canvas three times. The GWF has a new Woman's Champion! (** 1/2).Paganax brualized Zygon: Finishers galore! This contest could have gone either way but it would be the Heathen Chief that would have his hand raised in victory after Paganax caught the Black Death member attempting a deathjump and applying a textbook Lavalanche. (*** 1/2). The Arena’s vidscreen lit up the arena and screen shots of last year’s spring classic HOSTILE TAKEOVER filled the vidscreen. “ On Card #912, the universe will witness one of the most anticipated matches of the year as several superstars will participate in the Tenth Day Turmoil Ladder match to determine the final challenger for the Titlerun series! Also, the winner of the Bunkhouse Brawl series will get a chance of a lifetime and challenge for the coveted Galaxian Heavyweight Championship! The small star system of Aquarias is bracing itself as the HOSTILE TAKEOVER PaPer View is coming...”**Bunkhouse Brawl Tournament Semi-Final Match** Aethran Overmaster leveled Endgame: This match was nowhere close to be competitive as AOM executed a series of Ballistic Headbutts before putting down the Corvus native with the dreaded REIGN OF THE OVERMASTER to meet Helsin in the final round. (1/2 *).Titan Samarai won against BD Spellbound: The action was fast and furious in this match and there were numerous near pitfalls. However, Azuma tagged out to Kenji and the Titan began a series of submission maneuvers on Balaal and would force the Animan to tap out to the KNEE BAR finisher. (****). MOT: Well, we have the final round of the Bunkhouse Brawl Kram! Helsin has surprised many critics in his appearance in the finals. Plus, your favorite diva managed to end the 64 card title reign of Scorn! Scorn's reign as Woman's Champion is the second longest ever for that particular title.KRAM: [scoffs] Only because the talent pool is shallow Mot! Scorn constantly ducked my lil' angel and the Canis Major diva will definitely shatter all records with this reign. Concerning the Bunkhouse Tournament, meh...Overmaster is going to kill the FDF member! Helsin isn't even in the same league as the leader of the Aethrans. MOT: I guess we will see as that contest is next up Kram! Good luck to both combatants! Back to ringside fans... **Bunkhouse Brawl Tournament Final Round** Aethran Overmaster crushed Helsin: Scary! Kram hit the nail on the head with his prediction and Aethran Overmaster simply dominated Helsin! After an Aethran Coup Cannon, an Aethran Overhead Toss, and a devastating REIGN OF THE OVERMASTER finisher, Overmaster simply put his foot on the broken form of Helsin as the referee gave the three count! Aethran Overmaster will face off against the Galaxian Champion at the HOSTILE TAKEOVER PaPer View. (1/2 *)Faces of Fear (Paralyze/Turmoil) duked Mean Streets: The new Aethran team was simply too much for the duo of Patch and Skiver. Paralyze quickly executed a HEART TRANSPLANT before tagging out to Turmoil and the hardcore Aethran used a Double Table Breaker for the easy victory (** 1/2).MOT: Wow! The Overmaster faces off against the Galaxian Champion in eight cards...feel sorry for whoever wins the Galaxian Championship Title Rematch between Ensor and Payback on our next edition of XPLOSION! Fans, we leave you with the Interplanetary Championship Title Match and hope to see you next time! Have a great night!**Interplanetary Championship Title Match** Swarm(ch) won against Morbid: This match hardly started as the former SJS leader slid out of the ring and grabbed a steel chair! Morbid reentered the ring and viciously blasted the IP Champ several times with the illegal weapon! When the referee called for the bell, Morbid also blatantly nailed the him with the steel chair. The arena quickly roared their displeasure as Morbid made his way back to the locker from. Swarm would be awarded the win by a result of a disqualification. (DUD).[Fade To Black]Final Standings:1) reno 95 points 2) Vegas 93 points 3) Crimson Cross 92 points 4) Donald Jones Jr. 88 points 5) cman 87 points 6) holland227 79 points 7) jcr48 70 points 8) cruefan68 64 points 9) food coma 61 points 10) DKII 59 points 11) jimsteel 58 points 12) avarice 58 points 13) poke 57 points 14) tigersamarai 41 points 15) bvander44 20 points 16) SupernaturalX 19 points 17) fantasyfilmsman 16 points Editor’s Note: Congratulations to reno for coming in first in the second ever promoter tournament! Reno, PM me with your prize selection of an expansion either in card stock or cotgonline edition! I would also like to thank everyone that took time to join the ruckus that has become my fed’s BUNKHOUSE BRAWL TOURNAMENT and hope that everyone continues to read (and/or comment) on my fed results. Card #905MOT: Here we are in the sold out Xanadu Shangri-La arena located in the Alphecca Gemma star system and the federation was rocked after Aethran Overmaster drilled Helsin with the REIGN OF THE OVERMASTER finisher to instantly become the number one contender to the Galaxian Championship! AOM will face the champion at the upcoming HOSTILE TAKEOVER PaPer View!KRAM: Meh! Who cares about the Galaxian Championship!?!? My favorite diva won the Woman’s Championship over that testosterone supplement using Scorn. [Chuckles] Long live the new Queen!MOT: You seriously have issues; and as broadcasters, we shouldn’t show any type of favoritism towards any of the competi...KRAM: [Interrupts] Whatever Mot, do you seriously think that the bookers don’t play favorites? Pah-lease! I am simply stating what the fans have been saying...they rather look at some beautiful arm candy rather than a muscle bound freak of nature. Anyway ‘unwashed masses’, we send you to the squared circle for the first debacle that management calls a match...Overtime made quick work of The Betrayer: The Titan began the contest with a Rocket Spear that leveled the BD member and quickly followed up with a OT Clutch Kick. The Betrayer regained his bearings only to be the recipient of a Rings of Saturn! Overtime locked the submission move in and The Betrayer quickly tapped out. (DUD).Mantis defeated Abroz: Another snoozer as the Animan controlled the match in it’s entirety! After the bell, Mantis grabbed his opponent and clamped on a tarantula hold. ‘The Enlightened One’ fought his way to the ropes and the referee made the Andromedan to break the hold. Mantis broke the hold and immediately executed the PREY SNARE for the duke. (1/2 *).Splatter bludgeoned Tauran: A fairly even contest! Both combatants used several high powered moves that nearly garnered a pin. However, Splatter would toss out Tauran onto the ring floor and would level the Equulesean with Arsenal- causing Tauran to be busted open and put him on his back! Splatter crawled back into the squared circle and the referee would give the ten count to Tauran. The Legends member was awarded the bout as a result of a count-out. (***). MOT: Ouch! Tauran’s head is seriously busted open and might have to get stitches! I am sure that he will try to get some kind of retribution for the masked hitman using Arsenal.KRAM: I doubt it Mot! Tauran is quickly becoming a wanna be and/or washed up superstar. Man, the opening matches were terrible and I am sure the ratings for this half hour took a deep dive after the cameras left our announcing table and made it’s way to the ring. [Chuckles]MOT: I am sure that the ratings are just fine Kram! I think Tauran still has what it takes to once again rise to the top of the heap and he might still yet surprise everyone. Back to ringside fans...Taichai got by Mistress: The first Woman’s match also was one sided and the Titan executed a Titan Drop that seemed to knock the Vampiress off her game. After a Muy Thai Kick, Mistress was quickly put into a KNEE BAR submission! Mistress managed to reach the ropes to break the hold and slid out of the ring. The fans at ringside immediately showed what they thought of the diva. Mistress apparently became fed up and simply walked back to the locker room causing her to be counted out. (*).Monolith squashed Hector: Another short match! Monolith blasted Hector with a Crashing Stampede that garnered a two count and shimmied the Legend’s patriarch to the center of the ring. Monolith climbed to the top of the turnbuckle and executed the CATASTROPHE for the easy win. (*).Nova upset Alpha Female: The Pegasus native used her quickness to run circles around the Aethran! Alpha Female would eventually catch the Pegasus native and execute the SLAVE NO MORE finisher but Nova countered with a schoolgirl roll up! Nova quickly landed a STAR BRIGHT and covered the BD diva for the pin. (* 1/2).The Arena’s vidscreen lit up the arena and screen shots of last year’s spring classic HOSTILE TAKEOVER filled the vidscreen. “ On Card #912, the universe will witness one of the most anticipated matches of the year as several superstars will participate in the Tenth Day Turmoil Ladder match to determine the final challenger for the Titlerun series! Also, as a result of winning the Bunkhouse Brawl series, Aethran Overmaster will get a chance of a lifetime and will attempt to become Galaxian Heavyweight Champion! The small star system of Aquarias is bracing itself as the HOSTILE TAKEOVER PaPer View is coming...”Nosfera defeated Harbinger: A fantastic match! Both combatants took it to their opponent and several finishers were executed! Harbinger used a REST IN PIECES and went for the pin but Omen jumped up to the ring apron! Harbinger turned his attention to the Demon’s manager and turned around to a SPRING HEEL KICK! 1-2-3...the match was over! (****).Ultimate Fighters brutalized Warrior’s Born: The MMA duo tossed around Tharkas and Thraxx with ease and simply outclassed their opponents! After only five minutes, Shoot locked TAPPED OUT! on Tharkas for the victory. (*).Havoc won against Shayne: This contest see-sawed back and forth for nearly seventeen minutes and several near pins were encountered in the early moments. Havoc used Black Death Cometh and the Earthling “hulked up” and retaliated with the Frontier Justice! Havoc countered with a school boy roll up and dropped the hardcore superstar with COSMIC NIGHTMARE for the duke. (****).MOT: Wow! A great series of matches in the last series and besides the Ultimate Fighters match, the result of the contests could have gone either way! KRAM: [rolls eyes]: Whatever...Nosfera and Havoc both had a gameplan going into the bouts and stayed the course! I could care less about the team of Warrior’s Born...they have the personality of this [holds up a paper clip] paper clip.MOT: I guess we will see as that contest is next up Kram! Good luck to both combatants! Back to ringside fans... **Galaxian Tag Team Championship Match** The Immortals (ch) retained against Gamemasters: The Immortals were giving the Gamemasters fits and had an answer for everything the Legend members could dish out. Finally, Bex executed a GROUND ZERO maneuver and went for the pin! However, Thantos stormed the squared circle and blasted both ‘The Three’ members with a steel chair and the referee called for the bell. After Bex and Sur left ringside, Thantos tenderly lifted up Star Warrior and the two embraced! Star Warrior started to head back to the locker room but was interrupted with a chair shot to the back of his head! Thantos viciously assaulted his assumedly now former partner and Star Warrior instantly became drenched in crimson before Nova ran down to the ring pleading with Thantos to stop. Fed up, Thantos threw the chair down to the mat and walked back to the locker room. Nova (and several GWF officials) gingerly attended to the bloodied Star Warrior. (***).MOT: I think I am going to be sick! Thantos should be suspended for his heinous actions and definitely should be fined! The Immortals title reign became a little bit safer with this team seemingly breaking up. We send you to ringside for our main event! See you next time fans!**Galaxian Championship Title Match** Payback(ch)...**EMERGENCY BROADCAST** The main event of XPLOSION was interrupted by a broadband emergency transmission! The transmission emitted out several high pitch screeches and the broadcast began with Hype MacLoud standing on the bridge of the interstellar battle cruiser- U.S.S. Eternal Vigilance!
“This is Hype MacLoud of the GWF’s sister fed- FUSION and an interesting and odd occurrence has just taken place! An unknown battle fleet has seemed to use a technology somewhat similar to Corporal Aegis’s ‘body-slide’ but on a much grander scale;” exclaimed a panicked Hype, “and has appeared inside the protective barrier of Ground Zero! Several small explosions have erupted and what looks like a battle of immense proportions is taking shape!”
Hype instructs the vidcam to zoom in toward Ground Zero and the carnage becomes even more apparent. Close to one hundred battle cruisers and the Ground Zero’s defenses are exchanging fire! The sounds of the explosions are even loud enough to hear in the vacuum of space but Ground Zero’s defenses seem to be getting the better of the mysterious fleet.
Suddenly, one battle cruiser begins to open fire on some of the arriving fleet that is closest to the Black Death asteroid! One of the larger battle cruiser erupts in flame before it’s warp core goes critical and envelopes the entire area in a explosion that rivals that of a twentieth century nuclear warhead!
“Ladies and gentlemen, that last eruption vaporized Ground Zero and every single...wait...” MacLoud pauses before continuing, “It seems one critically damaged battle cruiser with what seems to be the markings of the Scorpi system has emerged!”
The U.S.S. Eternal Vigilance (along with other ships of the Stellar Defense Force) maneuvers around the Scorpi ship and began to escort the damaged battle cruiser to a nearby starport.
Hype continues, “People of the Milky Way, I have been told that this armada has destroyed Ground Zero and the lone surviving ship will be escorted to the Illiad Space Port for quarantine! I cannot wait to see how they were able to infiltrate the force field and who exactly is what seems to be the galaxy’s savior. This is Hype MacLoud signing off! Goodnight folks!”**End of Emergency Broadcast** ...EXVENGE! EXVENGE! The hardcore Titan covers Ensor and the referee slaps the mat three times! Payback steps on the turnbuckle holding the Galaxian Championship up in the air. (DUD) [Fade to Black]

It was fun participating in this tournament. I'm not too familiar with all of the COTG names since I mainly play LOW but I enjoy following the action and an eighth place finish is not too bad. Congrats to Reno on the win and Old Skewl on a great fed.
