PIT OF THE DRAGON Backstage report
On this initial experimental card of GWFZ we saw 15 wrestlers who have been cusping on the verge of GWFZ stardom for the past few years and three grizzled veterans.
Not to mention the head trainer and general manager Star Warrior. Due to the "economy" and honestly in my opinion the fixed system of galactic capitalism GWF has had to downgrade its roster. GWFZ will hopefully be the glass ceiling for wrestlers to break through if they wish to join the GWF.
This will hopefully keep the roster to a "manageable size" and keep tardhats like Blazing Skull and Brainstorm from bringing down the product.
My backstage reports will focus on information relivent to the future of the GWFZ as well as progress reports on wrestlers.
A+ Report: This card star was Leviathan. He has great professionalism and his skills in the ring really shined here.
A Score: Nightmare Nikki took a hell of a beating and made everyone looked great. She got the crowd into the card.
B Scores: Payne & The Surgeon are great prospects. They did exactly what was expected from them and brought out the heat.
C scores: Miss America is Commander Sam's Grandaughter. She isn't actually related to Adam Blast. She is really green but left it all out there. She is lucky to have wrestled a pro like Nikki in her debut. Amarock for having such a big role on the card was sloppy and blew up in the final. Lets hope he is a quick learner! He has a nig role to fill!
D Score: Captain Blutwasser was sloppy and his accent is bad. I could not understand anything out of his mouth and he looked lost out there!
F Score: No F minus this card. Which is good but lets face facts Monica needs a mouthpeice or just to stay away from the mic.

Jezebel & Knockout were signed
No doubt the A grade goes to Surgeon and Blizzard Buffalo. They have serious chemistry together. The main event wasn't a bad match but not main event caliber. Very good experience for Amarock holding a title, main eventing, and facing a seasoned name like Manslaughter. Nightmare Nikki continues to impress this time with a speaking role.
I can't think Blutwasser & Frock will be able to afford givng anymore poor performances like this one. Monica as you can see is gone from GWFZ and heading back to AWF... if they will take her back.

PIT OF THE DRAGON Backstage report
The big story backstage is Manslaughter. He wants back in the GWF but his attitude hasn't improved at all. He nearly quit the GWFZ if GWFZ didn't give his girlfriend a developmental contract. As far as proformances go Amarock has improved his game. This guy is nearly a seven feet tall clone of WOLF. He does look more like a Werewolf then the legend but that doesn't matter. He shinned brillently in the hardcore match. Manslaughter pretty much buried him in the title match. Nefarus is here in the GWFZ! He is showing everyone how its done as far as storytelling in the ring and on the mic. Jorius Cross has a hell of a match with him.
Sunfire if you havn't guessed is my son. Yes, the writer of the Pit of the Dragon is indeed the man you know as Dragonmaster or Pit Viper all these years in the GWF. My son has been involved in independent federations throughout the Sol system since about 2113. He and Prime the son of Pulsar has signed with GWFZ and we all hope for the best for those two. They really are not that green and have my blessing to use the name "The New Titan Express"!
Blutwasser just wasn't working out. Maybe in a year or so his game will improve. The same can be said for Samuel Frock. Who is a very disturbing character. Knock Out really needs to hone her skills before attemping this level. She brought the product down.

PIT OF THE DRAGON Backstage report
Coming into the GWFZ tag tournament with a mountain of momentum was The X Kahnvicts. Undefeated in tag team competition they had everyone in the crowds eye as a favorite to win the tournament. Backstage was a different story. Management is extremely high on Jorius and Jaxius Cross. They want to see how far these two can go with the right push to gauge their great talent. So we see the X Kahnvict fall flat in the first round but still come off strong losing by DQ against the makeshift Animen team of Blizzard & Amarok. The New Titan Express split two matches with The Brothers Cross. Unfortunately for them the match they lost was for a possible chance at gaining the GWFZ Tag titles.
Redneck Thug & Gangsta Hick have talent and chemistry together as a duo. They are so mixed and mashed it hard for the crowd to tell if they should cheer them or not. Playne & Escalade just might be diamonds in the rough. Escalade is a little green & Playne with the flippy botches.
Another bad main event with Manslaughter. It told a story through Manslaughter & Nefarus's body language post match. Jezebel after taking a shaky looking flying leg scissors beat down Jessica who fails at selling, agility, and techinque for three minutes before pinning her. Thus giving Nefarus a GWFZ title match and demostrating how you can not sleep yourself through the glass ceiling here at GWFZ!
One other small note, the GWFZ experiment has been deemed successful enough to throw three grade A prospects down into before they( most likely) debut in the GWF. Nosfera, Tricks, & Gryt all have major players in the GWF investing in them. So they should impress us for the next couple of cards.

There are no illusions given as to the motivation of the 'stars', which is to escape this state of purgatory and go onto the big stage of the GWF. As they chase the rainbow of fame and fortune on the other side, to make it there, they first have to defeat lopsided odds and make it here. How many hopes and dreams will be broken in the process? How long did Sisyphus have to roll the rock up the hill? Stayed tuned for the mounting skeletons of crushed spirits! |

Jessica vs. Jezebel/ Jezebel 4:07 END OF INNOCENCE
-Tricks gives a god tier promo! His mic stuff is strange but left everyone in the mood to see what he had next! Plus it made us forget that horrible opening match. Not to mention not a single person was thinking "oh another Mad Jester clone!" Seriously, though Mad Jester certainly loves to play with himself... and his DNA.

Manslaughter(c) vs. Nefarus for the GWFZ title/ Nefarus *** DQ 9:10 kick out of the HEAD STILL ROLL and Manslaughter left the ring, came back with something in a bag, cracked Nefarus over the head with the bag, and after the referee disqualified him Manslaughter pulled out a CROWBAR from the bag! Star Warrior ran to the ring with his hands in the air questioning Manslaughter's actions.
"We need a new code, Warrior! We are almost family, you and I. Code Enforcers! We need a new code! For this new federation and the old!" Manslaughter said into a holomic handed to him.
Star Warrior steps over Nefarus's near lifeless body and speaks into one he summons "No, Atys, we don't need a new code here in GWFZ! We also do not need a champion who acts like you do! You bring everyone down around you! This isn't about rule breakers or lines in the sand. Its only about you and your damn ego!"
Manslaughter lunges at Star Warrior and they lock up as the locker room empties and both men are held apart.
"You are stripped of your title, Atys! We don't need you! DO NOT COME BACK!" Warrior yelled as Manslaughter went into a rage throwing wrestlers around and pushing them off of him. It was only until Blizzard Buffalo and Amarok pinned him down that he calmed down and left the arena flipping off the crowd and Star Warrior.

At this point the crowd had already turned on Manslaughter. He needed to go out on this singing this kind of tune and Nefarus was the perfect guy to carry him there. Between you and me I thuink the only reason Manslaughter was around was that "avenging code enforcer" bond between them. I read on GrappleTainmentNewz that a new promotion is forming on Earth and Manslaughter is in on financing it.

The final show of 2119 end with a wimper. The main event was horrible but once again a Blizzard Buffalo match steals the show. Not to mention that Nosfera guy! This guy is creepy and as good as promoted up to the GWF.
Amarok slumps into the mid card. This is bad news for a once bright prospect. Thug & Hick looked great when paired together with talented prospects. On their own, speaking, or enhancing others... not a good idea. Jessica after three horrible matches has been released and joins her significant other Manslaughter in the unemployment line. She had to have been the greenest gal to ever grace our holovision beams...
