This is a great GWFZ fed! I really enjoy your write-ups. Simple but very effective. The Revolving Door is a great idea and the idea that it's perform or take a hike makes the matches mean something whether they're duds or not. Also using the GWF talent 'early' is a great way to keep it connected into the bigger picture.

The stuff with Manslaughter was great and I'm definitely looking forward to reading your results for 2120.

Jezebel vs. Gothika/ Gothika ** 10:09 AETHRAN WARHEAD (Good effort but both girls blew up at the eight minute mark and started to botch. This could have been a three star match if it was a few minutes shorter or if they were in better shape)
-Nefarus informs the crowd that he and Star Warrior will pit three of their best men against each other in the GWFZ Title Tournament. Also announcing that he has been named co-head trainer. He calls out his three best men who will all debut tonight. Plethador, Saint Bernard, and RUSH! Each man came down in a black t-shirt with a orange "N" on it. Team Nefarus sure looked menacing!
GWFZ Turny Match #1 (N) Rush vs. (SW) Blizzard Buffalo/ Buffalo *** following a choke slam. GREAT MATCH! Especially, for a debut! I believe that Rush really is from Aethra. His height though... must have been tough growing up
-Saint Bernard comes out with a mic on his way to the ring. His promo consisting of many "y'all", "know what I mean?", & "Dawg" was warm and pretty flat. I think this was his first time on a live mic. Nefarus needs to go over this charisma thing with his neophyte. He said something about how both he and Amarok were dawgs and there is only one dawg in the yard or something. I guess they are going to fight each other.

-Escalade came out and gave a little promo about not wanting to get lost in the shuffle and next week he has a surprise in store for all of us. For that it was it worked. Good job Escalade.

PIT OF THE DRAGON Backstage report
Playne and Escalade entered the GWFZ together. Both men wrestling in SPW before hand so they were familiar with most of the tag teams here. No doubt we here at GWFZ RAIDED SPW. The lights here in GWFZ are brighter and the politics are downright cut throat. Playne's matches are full of flips and ooos and aaahhs until he lands three feet from his target or on his fool head! Not to mention his speaking ability. He has the look... he is attractive the girls oooo and aaaah until he opens his mouth and his tongue lands three feet from its target. We wont even get into the drool. Mutant is about to call his lawyer! But as I always said to Mutant in the past "Mutant, its just imitation. Thats another form of flattery. Now move out of my light you are blocking the cameras!" (Why, yes, this is Vanity for this months "Pitiful Dragon" or whatever he calls it)

Rush vs. KA'RET/ KA'RET * 4:30 Turnbuckle Roll up
KRONOS STRONG STYLE-Jezebel vs. Gothika/ Jezebel ** 3/4 8:40 END OF INNOCENCE
-Escalade broken promise promo. Escalade was nervous about his long time friend being released(Playne). He had plans to announce that he was captaining the first non trainer based group in GWFZ history called "SPARK". Something like "Street People Armed with Radical Knowledge". Shouldn't that be SPAWRK? He introduces Eddie Dean and Cameo follows Dean down into the ring. Dean is pushing a shopping cart full of garbage wrestling props. As Escalade is about to announce another member to his group Dean bashes him over the head with a trash can leveling him. Cameo takes Escalade's mic and encourages Eddie with fervor to continue to destroy Escalade. Her over the hill acting is so bad its hilarious when she demands Eddie run Escalade over with the shopping cart but bouncing off the ropes first! Eddie Dean lets loose a god awful promo about wanting to finish the job next week in a hardcore match with Escalade. I thought this guy worked in Hollywood for a couple of years as a stuntman? Guess he didn't learn anything about drama. Just how to fall down stairs, through glass windows, and to light himself on fire.
Nefarus & Plethador vs. Adam Blast & Justice/ Adam Blast & Justice *** 7:17 COC on Nefarus (Hilarious mid match moment. Plethador seems to be getting over as a comedy act. Nefarus being his evil self nails Adam Blast with a Atomic Drop into the turnbuckle and follows it with a roll up. Yes... Nefarus used SAM'S ATOMIC DROP on Adam Blast. After a near fall Plethador made a a huge fuss to be tagged in. Nefarus tags in his charge only for Plethador to execute a deadly... toe twister. Completely killing their teams momentum as Adam rolled out of the move and made the HOT tag to Justice.)
HARDCORE MATCH- Dawn Christenson vs. Nightmare Nikki/ Nightmare Nikki *** 6:14 GOTHIC NIGHTMARE (good spots/flawless match)
-Amarok calls out Buffalo. They grunted and breathed hard on each other as both men went forehead to forehead in the ring. Amarok growled something unintelligible and Buffalo grunts back "We go one on one in tables match!" Then they pushed each other a couple of times until security came to separate them. These two need a mouth piece because that mic work was horrible!
Surgeon vs. Doctor Payne/ Doctor Payne *** 9:26 Elizabeth interference
Mensa Tables Match-Blizzard Buffalo(c) vs. Amarok non title/ Amarok **** BLOODY & VICIOUS 9:11 (Amarok went through three tables and still won the match)
-Star Warrior announces what he calls "the biggest signing in GWFZ short history". He introduces the mob to Ensor!

Pit Of The Dragon
This might have been the greatest night in the history of our sport. So many great matches only to be soiled by a broken promise and a really bad/so bad its funny promos.

Lets start with something that really wasn't mentioned last card. The crowd reaction was through the roof when Amarok vs. Blizzard Buffalo was announced for the second round of the GWFZ title tournament. When those two came out the fans were ape and when they came face to face you could hear a pin drop. Obviously, we tried to recreate this and do it with holomics trained on them. It wasn't as ground shaking as the last encounter but it got the crowd hyped into the main event. If they were going to be promoted both would need to be put on a team with solid talkers and be fitting enforcers. The match between the two of them was outstanding! A true blood bath and they went through four tables! Amarok even did a shaky moonsault through two tables as Buffalo moved out of the way.

Gangsta Hick & Redneck Thug were as good as gone a few months ago. They just are not what we are looking for as GWF superstars.

Rush, KA'RET, Gothika, & Dawn Christenson are all very talented and I am looking forward to seeing them in future GWFZ outings.

This card, in general, STUNK! Dawn Christenson is a talented prospect from earth and Gothika a prospect from Aethra. They had good matches with other girls on the roster but this match showed they can not carry another girl to a good match. On to Saint Bernard. I think that dog is on its last leg! Eddie Dean has been fined for going against a number of GWFZ regulations during his so called match. He needs to learn how to sell! I guess the fruit doesn't fall far from the tree in PRIME's family. He is just as bad as his daddy Pulsar was in 2086 when I was kicking his butt!

KA'RET is an interesting find from something called COTG Scouting Department. Reminds me of me when I had no style. I think I may have to have a chat with that young Neptonian man....

Ensor, Leviathan, and Plethador are the only good things about this card. Other then the veterans of course. Ensor is crisp, Leviathan is menacing, & Plethador is a comedy gold mine.

Finally the match of the night was a debuting Sultana snapping Miss America in half and dumping her on the cold hard concrete floor for the ten count. In the big leagues that match would be "MEH!" and the usual time for peoples piss break. Absolutely, subpar and these two were leaving it all out there! I hope this is the last card of this quality or Dragonmaster will lose this guest columnist!

Skull Knocker, Demon, & Ripper all come to the ring amid hellfire graphics and heavy sludge rock. Skull Knocker has this weird ticking when he talks. It didn't hamper his promo ability. It actually makes my skin crawl! Demon & Ripper made some grunting and "yeah!" chorus behind him. Two of these things do not belong... Besides that Skull Knocker claims that one of the Serpents of Evil... an unspeakable horror wasn't taken away because he actually was from Brymstone on this Dimension. He says in two months he will lead GWFZ's Brymstone cell.

Well, what can really be said about Eddie Dean? I know... what a freaken GOOF! I guess he was sick of putting all of his pay into those fines. I bet he can't read. That must be why he keeps breaking safety rules.

On to Escalade. He is mediocre.

Cameo, told me she had signed with a Hollywood agent and actually got work on Earth. We wish her best luck in her future endeavors.

Poor Eddie Dean...knocked out of the Duceverse after three fines. Will he be remembered as just another reckless garbage wrestler who was a danger to himself and all those who enabled him? Eddie still has a home in the garbage leagues. I hear that Dogma has already challenged him to a light your opponent on fire and throw him through a glass window, garbage lid on a pole match.. That could cheer him up

Can't say that anyone was pleased with this card. Especially, our guest Minotaur. Powers that be in GWF are giving Buffalo a stern look at. He could get a GWF trial run in the future. I am sure Minotaur is looking to use him on the Animen team.

My son botches his match up by slipping on his head... and goodbye to the Glorius Gainer. She applied to Vin Strutter's circus last year trying to get in as "the fat lady" but was beat out in the audition by Rotunda. Now we wish her well in her future.
