-Familiar music is played at the opening of the show. Long time fans of the GWF recognize it immediately. Johnny Rocket comes out with a strut. He summons a holomic and begins to speak. "I am the new acting commissioner in the RIVAL SCHOOLS ERA. I will be putting together a number of firsts time ever matches and bringing back those WAR GAMES matches. Tonight, a GWFZ Title shot will be on the line. The top four schools will pick a wrestler to participate in the 4 Man Gauntlet Main Event. Next fight card we will have the finals of our Tag Team, Divas, & Torin Caelum Classic Tournaments. Before we start I have a little teaser for you all." He motions the ring crew and the lower a banner reading "GWFZ LAUNCH"

-Suddenly the cameras shift to Johhny Rocket's office. All of the Head Coaches but Pegasus are there complaining about Pegasus vs. Colossus. As they are both on the same team( head coach vs. ast coach). Rocket gets them all to quiet down and then announces "If you coaches want to play with yourself like Pegasus does I will allow it once. So this match will happen. If any of you find yourself in a situation like Pegasus does then you can do it also... one time!"

Whatever that GWFZ Launch turns out to be, you can expect Rocket to be pouring all of his time and effort into it. It is probably a HV show he is producing.

Next card Colosus vs. Pegasus for the GWFZ title. You can bet good money that Colossus will have something serious to say to Pegasus about this! TORIN CAELUM CLASSIC Final Terminus vs. Archon should be a classic 15 minute bout. Both men with a sweep against their semi final opponents. New Titan Express vs. The X Kahnvicts for the GWFZ Tag Team Title. Can the former champions The X Kahnvicts be the only former champs to retain their titles in the tournament? Sabre vs. Velar for the GWFZ Divas title.

Brittany The Spear needs to return to Star Warrior's school and retune her skills. Sabre also gets a slap on the hand. That match was the worse I've seen in YEARS! Gawd Almighty! (Brittany has a -6 modifier and I rolled snake eyes on the chemistry)

Sounds like the studious Miss Brittany The Spear is taking an extra credit course in the Jenna Morasca School of Diva Ring Generalship. I wouldn't be too hard on Sabre, not even a miracle worker the likes of Toshiyo Yamada could do much with a broomstick that shabby!

Archon has plenty of time left to catch up. Virtually Flawless are 0 - 2 in the GWFZ and in both losses they ended up brawling. The one match I gave them to resolve or escalate the feud a few fight cards back(#18) stunk and it was all Virtue on offense.

I think they are on a short leash right now. If Pegasus finds the points to spare he will likely dump one or both of them.

I'll get you that second chance. You can have your run with this belt. You will pay the price for it though and I will collect interest!" Pegasus flashes a winning smile to the cam. Dravius Maxima and Joi Reno join him in the ring. Both of them shake their heads at the corpsing champion.

So my boy finally wins the GWFZ Tag Team Title! Great work there Sunfire! At a boy! Sabre wrestles the worst match in the last five years and then wins the Divas title. Archon captures the Torin Caelum Classic!

The gold star goes to The Legacy, Zenith, & El Sombre Negra. These men have bright futures. El Sombre was just breath taking. His moves, psychology, skill, and personality. If you wanted to build an Assassin team you would do it around this masked man!

Colossus and Pegasus need to get over themselves. They do not need to be developed and had their time 15 years ago. I don't know exactly what Colossus owes Pegasus. I do know that Pegasus took Colossus's spot on Omega's team and that along with his split personality lead him to sell out and take the eternal enforcer role.

"People have been asking me what is going on. I am still the Assistant Head Coach of Pegasus's G-Unit. I don't know what exactly this interest Pegasus is talking about. I've done my part. My schools, my knowledge, and I've won us the GWFZ title. So far so good. I hear the complaints and the whining about me being here and being champion. In 2098 I was called The Tomorrow Man. GWFZ's stars are GWF's stars of tomorrow! My time will come once more!"

The G-Unit came down to the ring. The under classmen were holding large props like chairs and a night stand. Pegasus
"Let me start off by congratulating you on that hard fought victory. (Maxima & Reno chuckle and roll their eyes) But before we get into anything. Let get something straight first. I am Pegasus, THE GREAT ONE. When THE GREAT ONE is referred to he will be addressed as such." Said THE GREAT ONE. Maxima orders the undergrads to set up the cushy throne and night table in the ring. Pegasus takes a seat and one of his undergrads pours a drink into a strange goblet which is handed to Joi Reno who sits in Pegasus's lap. She offers him the goblet and he holds it into the light. It looks like its made out of recycled metal from wrestling titles!
"You see this right here? Do you all here understand that the GREAT ONE is a former GWF Galaxian title hold? Former CPC Galaxian Titlist? Former GWFC Title holder? Did you really think I'd be caught dead holding that title?"
The crowd jeers Pegasus and starts a Maxine Babe chant.
"Please! Like I was ever really interested in Vanity's second helpings. Lets get to the point of this INTEREST. My interest. If you want what was promised I need to collect some interest, Colossus."
"Like I said before I've given you more then anyone else here and then some." Colossus twitches a few times.
"Yes, but for now I want your prospects ready because I need more talent. We will get into this more at another time but I want Chivalry & Motor Psycho in the G-Unit! I expect an answer in one months time."
Has Colossus been holding back talent so he can get another day in the sun?

Leviathan really brought down the quality of that main event. Slow throughout and he completely blew up when Amarok came out. I hope this was just a bad day. Solid victory for Nefarus's School.

Colossus and Pegasus have a long a untapped history. Pegasus is a man who was given the reigns of the hero team by Omega, faced Godsend when he debuted, and really has done it all. Sandwiched between that is a character that isn't very nice. In fact you wouldn't be lieing if you summarized Pegasus as a jackass. He has done it all is he just here to torture Colossus or is there something else to this G-Unit?

I was very disappointed by the Velar and Violet match. Those two should have brought down the house.

For my money, Colossus was a stacked card who carried X-Pac go away heat. The gimmick infringement finisher, bland look and dull back story were always a turn off. I can only imagine how bad his promos sound when spoken in that slow drawn out robotic voice. To see him (and an aged Pegasus) taking up so much time in a show dedicated to spotlighting the 'stars of the future' puts these kids squarely behind the proverbial glass ceiling. It's interesting to see that cold dynamic played up with-in the Rival Schools Era.

I wish the PTB would put Colossus in a curly red afro Annie wig and have him sing the Tomorrow song...and then send him packing, waiting in perpetuity for the 'day away' that never comes.

-Overtime walks into Pulsar's locker room and attacks Horseplay! He was late coming to the arena and has been missing since losing the gauntlet match last card. A riot breaks out in between Pulsar's wrestlers. After a few minutes Pulsar manages to restore control by having men holding back Horseplay & Overtime. Overtime is calmed down after being threatened to be fired if he didn't leave the room and take a walk. No injuries. Horseplay looks pissed and repeats the line 'I was just playing.'

Overtime is a giant crybaby and has that TITAN HEAT on him. He should be glad he is getting so much spotlight. Especially with that partly metal, partly real relic stinking up the main events.

Horseplay seems like one of those guys who tries a little too hard to live his gimmick. I'm sure Pulsar has impressed upon him that working the marks and the boys 24/7 is an old school virtue that blurs the line...but being a slacker to the extreme won't get him very far at the Duceverse.

Big surprise here. Whether Colossus has mic time or ring time, the Tomorrow Man® never fails to ruin the right here, right now for all who watch. The ROBOTIC DEATHBLOW may be the most un-over finisher in CotG history...which is probably why he takes the short cut of stealing other guys moves. To rub it in further, he then no sells on Level 3 Defense. Why would anyone possibly want to work a program with this guy?
