After getting so much enjoyment out of your ROH fed, I decided I should give this thread a read as well... I know even less about the early classics era of the GWF than I do about real-life Indy talent, so I've never had much interest in the past...
As expected, you make this fed COME ALIVE! Even without knowing the characters, I found myself completely captivated from the opening bell right to the moment that Harley Marlboro raised the Galaxian Championship belt above his head!
The way you depict the action inside the ring is excellent... It's a great account of all the big spots without lulling the reader to sleep with unnecessary detail... And you build up your angles with patience and precision... Fantastic work!
I will definitely be checking in on this fed regularly... And I plan to go back to the beginning and catch up on all that I missed... This is a very entertaining way to school myself in what came BEFORE the Breaking of the Code!

GWF Classics #61: The Main Event (card 16) 02.11.2079 from Gemenid Grand Grotto, Asteroid Belt
Star Warrior vs. Rama -The Gamemasters are still seeking to prove their mettle and find their place in the GWF, but the Wind Riders have been standing in their way. They've had some great matches, but Rama and Tano always find a way to win...
Estorians vs. The Crosscurrents -The Crosscurrents return to action against the debuting team of the Estorians! The Estorians, Parsec and Tantalis, are said to be tough, ruthless wrestlers who utilize a submission finishing hold...
Screw vs. Mimic -Prince has sent Mimic as a deterrent after finally earning Screw's wrath...
Hechilles vs. Torin Caelum -Caelum and Hechilles find themselves in unique position after Omega lost the Galaxian Championship and it may well be that this match will determine Harley Marlboro's next challenger, if of course, he can hold on to his title tonight...
Blood vs. Cordsar -These two have had a bit of a side feud going ever since Jammer's injury. Cordsar still wants to prove he's the "best submission wrestler" in the GWF after besting Torin Caelum on what some consider a fluke...
- 2/3 Falls - Santon the Loner vs. Harley Marlboro (c) for the Galaxian Championship -Harley Marlboro did the impossible and unseated the longest reigning wrestling champion in modern history, Omega. He faces the first challenge to his reign from Santon, the Loner... He's had his chances before but always came up short against Omega, with the former champ dethroned, can he grab the title from the new champ?

Great looking card! Your attention to detail certainly make these characters come alive... Gotta say that, so far, I think Screw is my favorite from this era... Nice work!

GWF Classics #61: The Main Event (card 16) 02.11.2079 from Gemenid Grand Grotto, Asteroid Belt
Star Warrior vs. Rama Star Warrior defeated Rama with a top rope cross body at 6:03 Match Rating: 2.75 Match Notes: Star Warrior really needs the win here. He lost in his debut singles match to Rama's partner Tano and the Gamemasters just dropped a 2/3 Falls bout. Star Warrior succumbing to a Deimos Driver for the loss.
And Warrior came out swinging, but Rama caught him with a backward elbow off the turnbuckle and then spiked him with a DDT.
Things didn't look good Star Warrior perservered and came back in a big way! He slowed it down and worked smart to build up to a big Nova Blast!
Rama was reeling and after spilling out, he crawled back in as the rookie went up top...
Picture perfect cross body into the cover! 1, 2, 3!
Great win for Star Warrior! The first of his career!
Tano is in for his partner, but Cosmos is out before anything gets out of hand and I have no doubt that we could be seeing these four in a ring again come Galactic Wars!
Estorians vs. The Crosscurrents Parsec defeated Vortex with an ESTORIAN LOCK at 6:33 Match Rating: 2.75 Match Notes: The debuting Estorians, Tantalis and Parsec, will face the veteran tag team of the CrossCurrents!
Parsec, the larger, more powerful looking of the two at about 6'2" 251lbs, starts off the match with Vortex.
It became clear early on that the CrossCurrents were going to use their tag experience to try and control the match.
It seemed to be working for the first few minutes, but then the Estorians flipped the script and Parsec made a hot tag as Tantalis came in and began to clean house.
Functioning well, in their first GWF match, Parsec came back in and we got the finish as he locked in a vicious looking chicken wing, the ESTORIAN LOCK and Vortex tapped out as Tantalis cut off the ring from Thetis.
Impressive debut...
TANTALIS: The Estorians have come to GWF for one reason. To be the best. We will start from the bottom and battle our way through to the very top of this tag division! Tonight you witnessed Parsec unleash the ESTORIAN LOCK... But just wait til you get a load of the ESTORIAN SUPER KICK!!!
PARSEC: And speaking of starting at the bottom... Cosmos... Star Warrior... You seem to be the bottom... And now that we've climbed over these two... We'll be waiting after you fail against the Wind Riders!
Screw vs. Mimic Mimic defeated Screw with a DQ at 4:58 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: After Screw finally had enough of Ricken Prince, Prince has hidden behind the only crony he has left: Mimic.
Mimic is taking on his former stable mate with little to no trepidation or reaction to Screw's treatment of Prince... It'd hard to tell if he even really knows what's going on.
But he did manage an impressive display over the monster, but in the end, it was Screw's temper that did him in.
A fisherman's suplex had him reeling and he rolled outside in frustration. Mimic followed him out and it took him little time to be on the wrong end of Screw's wrath.
Despite repeated warning from the ref, a FREAKISH FACE SLAM smashed Mimic through a table and the ref called for the bell!
Hechilles vs. Torin Caelum Torin Caelum defeated Hechilles with a roll up at 3:42 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: This match would go a long way to determining the next contender for the title. Unfortunately, expectations may not have been met.
They jockeyed for position early and both men showed off their wrestling skills. Neither man could take the other down, but Caelum got the edge and then hit a big shoulderbreaker that would've taken a lesser competitor down.
Hechilles made a come back, but was favoring the shoulder... Caelum was whipped into the turnbukcle, but moved as Hechilles came charging in and hit his bad shoulder on the post!
He was in agony as Caelum rolled him up and got the win!
Hechilles was clearly disappointed, even as he winced in pain.
As Caelum's hand was raised Hechilles seemed to be asking for another shot... We'll get a rematch next card!
Blood vs. Cordsar Blood defeated Cordsar with a SCAR TISSUE at 8:21 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: There's plenty of bad blood between these two, no pun intended. Of course, Cordsar hasn't many friends in the GWF besides his tag partner.
The started off wrestling and Blood took control after a wristlock taekover, but Cordsar would come back after fighting off a chicken wing. He came off the ropes and hit a big piledriver!
MENSAN LOCK! Blood makes the ropes, tho...
They battled back and forth and Blood rolled out after a tornado bulldog! It bought him time and when Cordsar followed, the brawl that ensued gave Blood the advantage.
A lariat led to SCAR TISSUE and Cordsar had no choice but to tap out!
- 2/3 Falls - Santon the Loner vs. Harley Marlboro for the Galaxian Championship Santon the Loner defeated Harley Marlboro with a DQ at 39:28 Santon the Loner defeated Harley Marlboro with a neckbreaker at 44:17 This match ended in a draw (DQ) at 48:21 Match Rating: 4.25 Match Notes: What an insane back and forth brawl. They'd each lay some hits in and then go for the big move only to be stymied by a reversal from the other.
It continued in this fashion for nearly forty minutes until the action spilled outside! Harley was busted open, but didn't let things get him down as he grabbed a chair and leveled Santon!
The ref called for the DQ and the champ thought the match was over, but the ref called for the next fall to begin and Santon hit a sneak attack on the champ!
He scored a couple nearfalls, but Harley kept fighting back until a neckbreaker scored the fall!
The ref conferred with officials and it was decided the belt could not change hands from a DQ earlier and this fall now...
The match continued and Harley made a comeback, but the action spilled out once again and the brawl that ensued saw the bloody champion take some liberties to draw yet another DQ!
Controversial ending to this bout as the ref calls for a no contest and returns the title to Harley Marlboro! Will Santon get a rematch?! What does this say for the new champion's reign?
Overall Card Rating: 2.79

So cool that the Estorians grabbed a big win in their debut... The tag team ranks will never be the same...
Screw might have lost, but he sent a very clear message to Ricken Prince... Stay out of the way...
Impressive performances by both men in the main event... Santon definitely earned himself a rematch for the top prize...
Great to see this fed active once again, my friend... Hope to see more in the not too distant future... Excellent work!

Thanks! I've played a few cards here and there, but my extended break lasted longer than I'd hoped. Picking up my Classics fed, tho, felt right.
The next Main Event will be a big one with both Screw vs. Ricken Prince and a title rematch between Marlboro and Santon.
Galactic Wars IV is the next big card and I'm planning on some pretty big matches, but we'll see if the dice cooperate, haha.
Feels good to be back.
Also, I'll be jumpstarting my Indy fed soon. So stoked for EVOLVE 3!

GWF Classics #62: The Main Event (card 17) 03.11.2079 from Galileo Chateau, Europa Moon, Jupiter
Tano vs. Cosmos Cosmos defeated Tano with THE MASTERLOCK at 3:20 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: The Wind Rider/Gamemaster feud continues! Cosmos went to work early, but Tano caught him with a dropkick as he attempted a splash from the top!
Tano tried to wear him down, but Cosmos came back big time and scored with the Cosmic Skull Crusher!
THE MASTERLOCK! Cosmos' patented figure four!
Tano taps out!
Star Warrior is in the ring to congratulate his partner and Rama helps his from the ring. It is announced that these four will meet one more time in a winner take all match at Galactic Wars. One of these teams will have a golden opportunity to move up in the rankings and perhaps even challenge for Defiance's tag titles!
Torin Caelum vs. Hechilles Torin Caelum defeated Hechilles with a Torin Death Lock at 24:58 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: These guys put on a hell of a match. It was back and forth, back and forth, as the jockeyed for position early on.
Caelum would score with the big move early and began to work over Hechilles, but Hechilles would come back and it became a story of Caelum's submission skills versus Hechilles' explosive power.
Caelum would stretch him with the Boston Crab or the Torin Death Lock, rarely hitting his big moves, tho the shoulderbreaker and big dropkick would come into play. While Hechilles uses the belly to back release suplex and Russian leg sweep to his advantage.
Caelum went up top at one point, but Hechilles met him! It was to no avail, tho, as Caelum pushed him off and continued his assault.
The finish came as the weakened Hechilles finally succumbed to the Torin Death Lock nearly 25 minutes in.
It was a great match that sees Torin Caelum march his way once again to the top of the rankings!
The Mensans vs. Estorians Tantalis defeated Cordsar with a spin cradle at 10:32 Match Rating: 3.25 Match Notes: Solid tag bout that saw Trotarus dominate Tantalis in the early going, but a hot tag brought Parsec in and he, in turn, dominated Cordsar.
After applying the ESTORIAN LOCK twice to no avail, a quick tag saw Tantalis hit the spin cradle on Cordsar to secure the win while Parsec held Trotarus at bay.
This is a huge win for the Estorians in their second match! The Mensans, love them or hate them, are former tag champs!
Moonstrike vs. Mimic Moonstrike defeated Mimic with a PALADIN DROP at 3:07 Match Rating: 0.10 Match Notes: Moon strike returned to a great ovation from the fans and his tag team partner at his side! Mimic was one of the men responsible for his career threatening injury.
Moonstrike looked like he hadn't missed a beat. He put on a great performance. Dodged a spinning wheel kick from Mimic at the get go and never looked back.
A picture perfect Titan Drop, a cross body from the top, a super kick, and the belly to belly duplex were a few moves in his arsenal utilized to maximum effect and all led to a thrilling PALADIN DROP for the convincing 1, 2, 3!
Moonstrike celebrated in the ring with his tag partner.
MOONSTRIKE: It's been a long road back, people. A long road. And what I did to that piece of garbage Mimic is just the beginning. But I'm not here to talk about revenge or idle threats. Solar Flare and I have one task set before us. The GWF Galaxian Tag Team titles! We will capture those belts again whether it's Defiance or any other team.
SOLARE FLARE: Paladin Power. We're the benchmark! And the only thing missing is the gold around our waists. We are the longest reigning champions in the history of the GWF and we've only just begun!
MOONSTRIKE: So, Defiance! We've had plenty of wars before. From POW to the here and now. If those titles are still yours come Galactic Wars, sign on the dotted line and give these people what they deserve! And don't you worry Ricken Prince, I promise you we'll stand across the ring from each other sooner than later!
Ricken Prince vs. Screw Screw defeated Ricken Prince with a FREAKISH FACE SLAM at 15:00 Match Rating: 3.75 Match Notes: The gang that Ricken Prince had assembled around him, much to the dismay of the GWF, especially Omega, has crumbled around him. No more evidenced than by the disintegration of the relationship between Prince and Screw.
Screw, silent but violent, stood as the enforcer and beatdown, pinned, and injured numerous opponents at Prince's behest. All that changed when Prince took his ordering style too far and literally pushed Screw over the edge.
Brutal competitor that he is, Screw is also widely acknowledge by many journalists as second only to Morpheus as uncrowned champions in the GWF (and more than a few put him above the man from Aldeberran).
Screw was on the attack early and nearly had the match finished with a FREAKISH FACE SLAM, but Prince, proving his own tenacity, kicked out!
They would battle and brawl back and forth in the ring and out, and at one point a slug fest broke out in the center of the ring! Screw would take the upper hand tho and finally put Prince away with another FREAKISH FACE SLAM!
He tossed Prince from the ring and grabbed a mic! Screw never speaks!
SCREW: Galactic Wars... Galaxian Championship! Win or die! If I can't leave as champion, then I will leave and NEVER come back!
And with that, Screw has thrown his hat in the ring to go after the richest prize in the game. Maybe for the last time! How will the champ answer? And will that champ still be Harley Marlboro?
- Falls Count Anywhere - Harley Marlboro vs. Santon the Loner for the Galaxian Championship Santon the Loner defeated Harley Marlboro with a repeated chairshots at 11:48 Match Rating: 3.75 Match Notes: Stemming from the unclear finish to their last match this has been named a Falls Count Anywhere contest!
The champ brought it early, but Santon would mount a comeback and score a couple of near falls. They battled back and forth in the ring, but the finishing moments were particularly brutal as they took full advantage of the rules.
Harley looked to put Santon away with hi impact offense brawling all over the arena. He even hit his finisher in the aisle, but Santon shocked everyone by getting the shoulder up!
Harley went nuts and ripped Santon's mask! He busted him open and it looked like it was all over, but seeing his own blood did something to Santon and he came back huge with a chair in his hands! He pummeled the champ with multiple shots and fell on him for the 1, 2, 3!
We've got a new champion in the most unique contest for the title we've ever had! It was brutal and short compared to so many others, but Santon went through hell and came out the other side with his first Galaxian Championship reign!
Harley is helped out and the new champ can barely stand... Here comes... Omega?!?!
The former champ is back after a short absence following his defeat by Marlboro for the title.
OMEGA: Santon! I am here to put you on notice! A worthy champion is a fighting champion! On the next GWF Main Event, I'm exercising my rematch clause for the Galaxian Title!
A bloody Santon can barely stand, but he raises the title high in response to the challenge!
Screw! Screw! He's facing off with Omega! He yanks the former champ's mic away.
SCREW: Beware! If you win... You're ass is mine at Galactic Wars!
The crowd is electric.
SCREW: And if not... Santon! Prepare for hell worse than what you just went through!
Screw stares down both men as we fade to black.
Santon the Loner won the Galaxian Championship
Overall Card Rating: 2.89

Caelum and Hechilles really pushed each other to the limit... And it was very cool to see the Estorians picking up another victory... Against former tag champs, no less... Would love to see this be the start of a sweet undefeated run...
Well deserved title victory by Santon... Can he prove that he is true championship material when he faces Omega? And what about Screw? The monster is eager to claim a spot at the top...
Excellent show, my friend... Always fun to see the classics in action!

GWF Classics #63: The Main Event (card 18) 03.25.2079 from Janus Star Center, Saturn
Silvar vs. Mimic Mimic defeated Silvar with a MIMIC NERVE SLEEPER at 8:51 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Solid and entertaining bout between two guys who aren't strangers.
They had some hot back and forth exchanges early on, but Mimic's agility would win out and a plancha to the outside really paid off.
Still, Silvar was resilient and fought off the MIMIC NERVE SLEEPER.
At least once, anyway. Mimic pressed his advantage and eventually locked in his finisher for the win.
After the match Ricken Prince came out...
PRINCE: Mimic, my silent friend... Things have been tough on us lately... But you prove again and again how great you are. What do you think about furthering our alliance? Let's make a run at the tag team titles... An Imperial Alliance! We have a deal?
Mimic stares at Ricken Prince and grabs the mic... Is he going to talk?!?
He raises the mic, opens his mouth, and nothing comes out. After an awkward second, he extends his hand.
Prince, to his credit, doesn't hesitate. He laughs and shakes Mimic's hand! A new tag team from an old alliance? Stay tuned...
The Mensans vs. The Crosscurrents Trotarus defeated Thetis with a MENSAN LOCK at 10:48 Match Rating: 3.25 Match Notes: Solid tag team contest that saw lots of great tag work and a couple near falls.
The CrossCurrents stunned Trotarus early on and nearly put the big man away, but smart tag work evened the odds.
Still Thetis and Vortex had fire and some well timed tags of their own got them within striking distance.
It was not to be, tho as Cordsar brought his big partner in and Thetis eventually succumbed to the MENSAN LOCK!
The former champs get a solid win, but it can barely salve the wound that was their title loss to Defiance...
Hechilles vs. Caiman Hechilles defeated Caiman with a tornado bulldog at 3:48 Match Rating: 2.25 Match Notes: Caiman is coming off of suspension after taking part in an attack on Mangus with Commander Sam and KO Keller.
Rumblings suggest that Caiman will be keeping his distance from those two upon his return, seeking to go a different way and get back on track since struggling a bit after a strong debut last year.
Hechilles was certainly the right opponent as they debuted at the same time and have faced each other on occasion in sportsmanlike contests.
They chain wrestled early, but Hechilles took the advantage after a hi impact belly to back release suplex and didn't look back.
Caiman looked a little rusty, but resilient. Still, a tornado bulldog put him away and gave Hechilles a good win after some losses to a couple heavy hitters like Torin Caelum and Morpheus.
Post-match, Hechilles shook Caiman's hand. They exchanged some words and Caiman raises Hechilles hand in victory and then the two left together...
The Windriders vs. Estorians Parsec defeated Rama with a slingshot suplex at 27:30 Match Rating: 4.25 Match Notes: Star Warrior and Cosmos came out before the match got under way. They'll face the Wind Riders and put an end to that rivalry at Galactic Wars. However, the Estorians have already challenged them in order to "start at the bottom" as Parsec and Tantalis have said. Obviously, the Gamemasters take exception to that. So having a ringside view of this match is as simple as two athletes doing their homework.
They got to see an amazing tag team contest littered with back and forth action, hi spots, and near falls. All four men in the ring took more than a couple occasions to jaw with Warrior and Cosmos on the outside, but it never got in the way of he fantastic bout.
Tantalis took a beating early, but solid tag work brought the Estorians back to life. Still, that tag work was true of both sides and the Wind Riders proved why they're one of the premiere teams in the GWF.
Things got heated down the stretch and there was nearly a double DQ in the finishing stretch after a pin save, but cooler heads prevailed.
The match was within a few minutes of the time limit expiring, but Tantalis scored a couple near falls on Rama before tagging in Parsec. Parsec kept the pressure on and got he three count after a slingshot suplex.
Post match, Parsec and Tantalis took the chance to taunt Star Warrior and Cosmos before leaving ringside.
Tano helped his partner up in the ring and after an exchange of words with the Gamemasters, he decided he wasn't having any of it and launched himself over the ropes on to Star Warrior and Cosmos!
Rama was on shaky legs, but slid out of the ring and pounced on Star Warrior as Rama continued to take the fight to Cosmos! We've got a brawl as it soon goes back and forth, but officials are out as well as Omega and Morpheus... Oddly, Omega is calming down the Wind Riders, while Morpheus handles Cosmos and Star Warrior.
Eventually everyone leaves the ringside area and we get on with the show!
Jammer vs. Solar Flare Solar Flare defeated Jammer with a DQ at 12:39 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: These two are no strangers to one another and it is a foregone conclusion that Paladin Power will take on the tag champs, Defiance at Galactic Wars.
They jockeyed for position early, but Jammer found an opening and took full control.
Still, Flare proved his familiarity with Jammer and fought out of BAD NIGHT, not once, but three separate times to the frustration of Jammer.
There was plenty of brawling too and at one point Jammer took it a little too far and ignored the ref's warning drawing a DQ. Jammer looked like he was going to keep going, but Moonstrike came out and made the save, while Blood evened the odds as both teams stared the other down.
- 2/3 Falls - Omega vs. Santon the Loner for the Galaxian Championship Omega defeated Santon the Loner with a backroll press at 1:17 Santon the Loner defeated Omega with a SPIKE PILEDRIVER at 6:39 Santon the Loner defeated Omega with an overhead slam at 12:00 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: This match felt so incredibly different from any other GWF title bout.
Omega's return and the fans on their feet and he delighted them by steamrollering over Santon in the opening minutes. Scoring multiple near falls and eventually a pinfall in under two minutes!
Santon, however, bounced back admirably in the second fall and met Omega's assault head on. Eventually he surprised Omega with a reversal and hit the SPIKE PILEDRIVER to even the fall count!
The actually slowed the pace in the third fall and, lo and behold, wrestled.
It went back and forth, but Omega wasn't the same after the piledriver and Santon was able to retain the title after an overhead slam.
The fans were stunned and Santon looks strong in his first defense!
Harley Marlboro is out!
HARLEY: Way to go, Omega. Not only do you waltz in and steal my rematch, but you blow it. Big time... It might be time for you to hit the bricks and I think I'm the man to make it happen. I beat you once, I can do it again... Loser Leaves Town match at Galactic Wars! You got the stones?
Before a hurting Omega can respond the lights go out when they're back on Screw is in the center of the ring with Santon!
The fans pop big and the stare down is epic. Screw/Santon for the title at Galactic Wars! Overall Card Rating: 3.29

GWF Classics #64: The Main Event (card 19) 04.08.2079 from Emerald Isle, Miranda, Uranus
The Mensans vs. The Crosscurrents Cordsar defeated Thetis with a MENSAN LOCK at 20:54 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: Great tag match, not that we've come to expect much else from the GWF's exceptional tag division.
It went back and forth and both teams played to their strengths, scoring multiple near falls, utilizing superb tag work, and not being afraid to take it outside.
The Crosscurrents used the defensive tag to stay in the match early and were able to control the pace for much of the match, but the Mensans would not stay down.
The finish finally came in fantastic fashion when Cordsar caught Thetis with a bulldog off the ropes and transitioned smoothly into the MENSAN LOCK and the already weakened Thetis had no choice but to tap.
Great, great match.
Cordsar grabbed a mic...
CORDSAR: Parsec, Tantalis... You two think you're on some sort of hot streak? Tell you what, if you think you're so bad, then what do you say you give the former tag team champs a chance to show you why I'm the Mensan Submission Machine!
Lord...
Blood vs. Moonstrike Moonstrike defeated Blood with a PALADIN DROP at 11:30 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: These two can go and they always create magic in the ring together. Paladin Power/Defiance may go down as one of the rivalries of the GWF's golden age.
Moonstrike has clearly recovered from his injury as all his many talents were on display including the plancha to the outside that led directly to the finish via a wicked PALADIN DROP!
Prior to that, tho, it was truly anybody's game and Blood had escaped many pin attempts, only to have his SCAR TISSUE fought off by the Titan.
After giving the fans one hell of a contest in hard hitting, fast paced style, with lots of holds and reversals for good measure, the finish came in spectacular fashion.
Post match, their partners were in the ring and the stand off had the fans chanting POW. Will the longest reigning tag team champions in GWF history recapture the belts, or will Defiance create the cornerstone of their championship legacy with a victory?
We'll find out at Galactic Wars IV! And it's been announced that it will fought under POW Rules! No Countouts, No Disqulifications, One Fall to a Finish!
Ricken Prince vs. Hechilles Hechilles defeated Ricken Prince with THE END at 4:43 Match Rating: 2.75 Match Notes: These two came to wrestle and the opening moments were fueled by World of Sport style exchange that you wouldn't quite expect from Prince, but he can, when the occasion calls, work.
Hechilles, tho, looked like a man determined to put the last few losses behind him and start fresh. There's talk of his forming a new tag team with Caiman, tho they've yet to debut...
He punished Prince with hi impact moves and built up momentum in spite of a couple of mis-steps. Prince tried to mount a comeback and sent Hechilles to the ropes, but he dropped his head too soon and Hechilles caught him and hit him with THE END! 1, 2, 3!
Mimic! Mimic is in the ring! Perhaps too late to stop the pin, but soon enough to land some punches on Hechilles dropping to one knee... Dropkick to the knee. Prince is back up orchestrating it...
Wait! Here's Caiman! Caiman hits the ring! Prince and Mimic, the Imperial Alliance hit the hills.
Caiman helps Hechilles up and they shake hands as the fans cheer. Perhaps we'll see that new team sooner than later...
Commander Sam vs. Morpheus Morpheus defeated Commander Sam with a TRIP TO HADES at 3:32 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Commander Sam makes his return from suspension in a match against one of the founding fathers. Perhaps a statement that his beatdown of Mangus is being taken seriously.
They locked up early and Sam sought to ground Morpheus and dictate the pace, but the Man from Aldeberran used some strikes to get back on top and then decimated Sam with his hi impact offense.
Near falls after a Natural Disaster and Satanic Skull Smasher suitably softened him up for the TRIP TO HADES.
Morpheus grabbed a mic.
MORPHEUS: No more games! First off, Sam, you're facing the returning Mangus at Galactic Wars in a Cosmic Cage. You're welcome! Now get outta my ring! Locker room! Beware! No more breaks, no more time off, no more scouting trips! I am back 100% full time in this ring! My ring! And I will not rest, I cannot rest until I am finally the Galaxian champion! I will not begin 2080 without that belt. That... Is an iron-clad... stone cold... Guarantee!
Mic drop...
K.O. Keller vs. Torin Caelum This match ended in a draw (TIME LIMIT DRAW) at 30:00 Match Rating: 4.75 Match Notes: These two are magic. Torin Caelum is consistently the best pure wrestler in the game. Keller is the best striker. Both have been GWF champions. Caelum was the very first, legitimizing the infant promotion even more with his brand of wrestling. Keller was the man that dethroned Omega after a two year monster run. Keller is returning from suspension and Caelum is hoping to extend his run of fortune on his way to another title shot.
Caelum took a beating as Keller rained blows down on him all night long, but Caelum kept asking for more! He'd come back with some hi impact moves and even worked the shoulder breaker and death lock to soften him up for his finisher.
This one really had it all. Back and forth chain wrestling, hi impact spots, mat wrestling, strong strikes, brawling on the outside, and even some aerial maneuvers thrown in.
Once we passed the 25 minute mark, folks began to wonder if we'd see a decisive finish and then Keller hit THE TEN COUNT!
1... 2... NO! Torin Caelum gets the shoulder up and the fans are on their feet!
The clock keeps ticking tho and as Caelum mounts a comeback the both crash into one another off the ropes! Both men are down! What a brutal battle it's been. Caelum is busted open from the numerous shots he took.
The ref is counting... The bell rings... The time limit has expired! Time limit draw! What a match! Omega and Screw vs. Santon the Loner and Harley Marlboro Santon the Loner defeated Screw with a SPIKE PILEDRIVER at 11:21 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: A special showcase bout featuring the four wrestlers involved in two of the big bouts at Galactic Wars! None of these men exactly like one another and the combination of Screw and Omega is a particularly odd pairing.
Still, it was a hot match from the get go. Lots of back and forth action and multiple tags. Omega looked strong against the champ, Santon, in the early going.
Screw handled Marlboro quite well until Marlboro got away with one and walloped Screw with chair while the ref was distracted!
It may have spelled doom as shortly after Santon was able to force Screw to brawl on the outside with him and he was just shaken enough to eventually succumb to the SPIKE PILEDRIVER!
Santon didn't want to stop and Harley seemed to be fine with that! Omega stepped in, but soon all four men were going at it!
Screw was back up and whacked Marlboro with a chairshot of his own!
Security and officials came out to restore order. Santon stood in the ring with the Galaxian title held high. The champ looked strong against his challenger, but he'd just had is bell rung and Omega certainly looked good against both his opponents. What will Galactic Wars bring?
