In The Zone 05 (2.1)
The show opens on a darkly lit chamber. The Messenger's energy field the only bright point in the room. Standing with him is Nightmare Nikki, Leviathan, and another man who's features can not be seen.
Leviathan, "Where is Xymbiote my lord?"
The Messenger, "He will not be joining us. I have sent him to hunt new grounds."
The Messenger turns his attention to the unknown man, "You know the plan for tonight? I want Nexus to know exactly what he has done by getting in my way. Tonight he will meet the first of my new disciples. Now go both of you, I need to prepare."
Leviathan bows before The Messenger and the two men leave the chamber as Nikki moves into an embrace with The Messenger.
Nikki, "You mentioned only one disciple. What of the other?"
The Messenger, "The Reckoning is not a disciple. He is my brother and my equal."
The camera fades out as The Messenger and Nightmare Nikki kiss.
Pyro and In The Zone's music begins and the show is officially underway.
Mot, "Welcome to another exciting edition of..."
Mot & Kram, "IN... THE... ZONE!"
Mot, "Tonight will be simply a war as the GWFZ takes on the C3 when The Messenger meets The Code Enforcer in battle."
Kram, "Leave it to the Commissioner to once again try and stack things against The Messenger as he brings in outside help to deal with this problem."
Mot, "Also on the card we have a rematch of sorts for the Z-Division Championship as Narcotik takes on Doctor Payne."
Kram, "While I respect Doctor Payne, he is facing a very angry young man in Narcotik and needs all his skills to overcome him."
Mot, "I agree. Now on to our first match of the evening."
Harm vs Irish Heat
Irish Heat gave as good as he got in this match. Irish Heat lost his cool at one point in the match and the tunnel vision it caused allowed the veteran Harm to put Heat away with HARM'S WAY.
Mot, "Fantastic match! Those two gave the fans a real show!"
Kram, "I agree Mot. Heat is a true fighter, but Harm has the experience."
The Messenger arrives to the arena with Nikki and a GWFZ employee rushes up to him out of breath.
Employee, "Messenger! Commissioner Nexus has brought in some outside enforcer to deal with you. What are your thoughts?"
The Messenger slams the employee against the wall by his throat and sneers, "It matters not worm! I am Divinity's Wrath. The non-believer's will fall at my feet when I am finished delivering MY MESSAGE!"
The Messenger releases the gasping man and stalks off to his dressing room.
Divine Fury vs Titan Pain
Titan Pain and Divine Fury had a hell of a tag team battle. Things were looking good for the Titans and Revelation tagged in Stryker and then things went very wrong as Revelation leveled his tag team partner and left him for Homage. Homage made the pin as Revelation backed up the ramp and joined The Messenger and Nikki before the three headed to the back.
Mot, "What did we just witness? Revelation left his partner to be pinned by Divine Fury."
Kram, "I believe we have just seen the first Disciple of the Divine Message."
Mot, "You're right about that, I just can't believe it."
G.Q. Stratus vs Hegemony
The crowd was shocked when Hegemony steamrolled Stratus and applied HEGEMONIC BORDERS after a knee to the back of Stratus' neck.
Mot, "Big win for Hegemony."
Kram, "Knocking off the former GWFZ Champion is no joke. Though I'm not entirely sure Stratus is one hundred percent after the beating Sledgend gave him and then the jaw-breaking super kick of Drury's."
Mot, "I'm inclined to agree. Stratus could be trying to hide an injury and just keep competing."
Kram, "Up next Narcotik gets the chance to reclaim the Z-Division Championship from Doctor Payne."
Mot, "This should be a good one as both competitors are pretty evenly matched."
Doctor Payne came out for the match and Narcotik was announced but didn't show. After his third introduction, a very wobbly Narcotik came out on stage but never made it to the ring as he passed out and had to be rushed off by the medics.
Doctor Payne stood in the center of the ring and was trying to get the referee to raise his hand in victory but before the referee responded Commissioner Nexus came out.
Nexus, "I don't know what happened with Narcotik, but the fans were promised a Z-Division Championship and they will get one. Tonight you will defend the title against a man with a grudge. Tonight you defend the title against ARES!"
Nexus stepped aside and Ares rushed the ring and the match was on.
Ares vs Doctor Payne
Ares wasted no time in dropping the champion and hit STAND YOUR GROUND and let Payne rise only to plant him with the SPARTAN SPEAR. Nurse Elizabeth saved Payne from the pin attempt but after a second STAND YOUR GROUND this one was over and Ares stood tall as the new Z-Division Champion.
Mot, "Incredible win for Ares! He tore right through Payne."
Kram, "Payne was cheated and you know it. He was not prepared to fight Ares and I'm sure Justin Case is pointing that fact out right now and I expect Payne will get a rematch soon."
Mot, "Up next is the main event of the evening and will decide whether or not The Messenger remains on suspension."
The Messenger vs The Code Enforcer
The Code Enforcer faced The Messenger and made a statement to the shock of the crowd.
Code Enforcer, "Although you share his face criminal, you are not the man I came to discipline."
Man, "You are right mortal. I am his brother. You can call me...The Reckoning. We are the ones that will do the discipling, for the Divine Message has judged you so prepare to receive The Message."
The Messenger slipped in behind The Code Enforcer and dropped him with THE MESSAGE. The Messenger slapped The Code Enforcer across the face. The Reckoning rolled into the ring and the beating was on. Soon the two brothers are joined by Leviathan who hits The Code Enforcer with the LD50 and Revelation locked in the CONFESSION. The Code Enforcer screams in anguish while The Messenger climbed back into the ring followed by Nightmare Nikki and The Reckoning.
The Messenger, "NEXUS! Do you get The Message yet? I'll have Revelation finish The Enforcer off if you don't reinstate me this instant!"
Revelation wrenched back on the hold and The Code Enforcer screamed in pain. Commissioner Nexus finally came out on stage, a defeated look on his face.
Nexus, "Fine Messenger. You win. I will not see one of the C3 stars permanently injured to make a point. You're suspension is hereby lifted, but you will still need to prove yourself to get a shot at the GWFZ Championship. You will face your first opponent on the road to the title next week and that superstar is... Strong!"
The Messenger, "He will get The Message the same as everyone. Revelation release him."
Revelation released the hold and medics came down but wouldn't enter the ring with The Messenger's group and had to drag The Code Enforcer from the ring.
The Messenger, "Mortals quake in fear...for what you see before you is a Divine Gathering! Others will flock to us and next week you will meet yet anther Disciple of The Divine Message."
Mot & Kram "...."
The show comes to a close with The Divine Gathering standing in the ring and everyone else struck silent.

HELL YEA!!! This fed gets better & better!! Man, The Messenger really took over the night...& The Diving Gathering...WOW! Revelation's creator actually told me after the set came out that he would rather have seen Rev with The Messenger instead of with the Titans. He thought it would have been a better storyline. So great job with that idea! We will probably see a Stryker vs. Revelation mini-feud now as Stryker looks for a little revenge. That being said, he better find A LOT of friends to help him out. Liked how you handled Xymbiote's departure; sent off to hunt in other grounds.. ;D Perhaps something will surface about what happend to Narcotik in the next few days...  Congrats to Ares for rolling through the Doctor. Doc never had a problem winning my Title either; it was holding onto it that he had a problem with. Last, but not least, I love the angle you are taking with Stratus not being healthy & losing to Hegemony. Perfect! Great card brother! Keep them coming!! |

In The Zone 06 (2.2) Preview
The Divine Gathering is In The Zone as The Messenger takes on Strong, The Reckoning makes his in ring debut against Duplos, and Leviathan stands as the gatekeeper when he faces Stryker.
Fist Fight take on Code Red in a big to move up in the tag division. If Code Red wins then a member of Malpractice will recieve a Z-Division title shot. Should Fist Fight win then no member of Malpractice will receive a chance at the Z-Division title while Ares remains champion.
The original Steel Champion faces a former Steel Champion as Grash takes on Salvage. The winner gets a shot at the Steel Champion, Revelation.

In The Zone 06 (2.2)
The show kicks off with The Messenger on the Holo-vid.
The Messenger, "The Divine Message has called me to the C3 to The Code Enforcer out of his misery. When I arrive in the C3, The Code Enforcer will... get... THE MESSAGE!"
Mot, "What an announcement by The Divine Gathering's leader. He has decided to no show his match with Strong to pursue The Code Enforcer and finish the job he started here last week."
Kram, "The Messenger goes right into the lion's den. Things could get very bad."
Mot, "You got that right partner! Our first match of the night features The Reckoning debut match as he faces Duplos."
Kram, "After this match we are going to a special interview with... Ensor."
Mot, "Hopefully he is going to return soon after the injury he suffered at the hands of The Messenger."
[/color]
The Reckoning vs Duplos
The Reckoning had no difficulty with Duplos and put him away quickly with the DIVINE EDGE.
Mot, "A successful debut by The Divine Gathering member The Reckoning."
Kram, "That was a very impressive debut. The Divine Gathering grows stronger by the day."
Backstage Ensor is sitting in a chair and facing him is another GWFZ interviewer.
GWFZ Interviewer, "So Ensor how is the neck?"
Ensor, "Things are progressing well. I understand that I may make a return sooner than expected."
GWFZ Interviewer, "What are your thoughts on The Messenger's current actions?"
Ensor, "I think he is delusional. He is an evil bight on the GWFZ and I will see him scoured from the GWFZ with the help of the ZDF."[/color]
Before Ensor can continue Nightmare Nikki and The Divine Gathering come on the set.
Nikki, "What do hope to do Ensor? You alone cannot stand against The Divine Gathering."
Ensor, "I am not alone seductress. I have Pride and Morbid."
Nikki, "Do you now? A lot of things have changed since you have been gone. Allow me to introduce you to the newest Disciple of the Divine Message."[/color]
Morbid steps from the shadows and Ensor has a shocked/hurt look on his face as Morbid just sneers at him.
Ensor, "What have they done to you my friend?"
Morbid, "They have done nothing. I have just awoken to the truth is all. The Divine Message is the way. Accept the calling or be culled."
Ensor, "Morbid what the hell is going on?"
Morbid, "Do you accept the calling?"
Ensor, "Your spouting madness!"
Morbid, "Then it must be this way."[/color]
Morbid lashed out and before he could defend himself, Revelation leveled him with a Lepus Stun Rod and Morbid locked the injured man in MORBIDLY CRUEL. Nexus came out with security and demanded Ensor be released or Morbid would be fired. Morbid turned his former friend loose and The Divine Gathering retreated. Luckily Ensor was saved before he could be permanently injured by the hold.
Mot, "MY GOD! Yet another GWFZ star has joined The Messenger."
Kram, "It would seem The Divine Message is a hard call to ignore."[/color]
Grash vs Salvage
Salvage tore into Grash early on but the former Steel Champion took the fight right back and scored the win after the TENDERIZER. Grash stood over the young Salvage and made the sign of the belt as the crowd cheered.
Mot, "The next match has a lot at stake as The Surgeon and Doctor Payne try and gain another shot at the Z-Division Championship."
Kram, "Not to mention moving up the tag division ladder. Code Red should have this one in the bag."
Before the match could start, Assassin Z storms out to the announce table and grabs Mot's headset.
Assassin Z, "MORBID! Can you hear me? Tonight you will learn what the price of treachery is. I'm challenging you to a match tonight. If you don't come to me, I will come to you!"[/color]
Code Red vs Fist Fight
The crowd was shocked as Ares went for a leg sweep and Surgeon dodged it and stuck him with Lethal Injection and went for the quick pin. The referee missed the attack but Irish Heat didn't and knocked Surgeon for a loop. Ares recovered and tagged in Irish Heat who went on a rampage and the match came to a finish when Heat hit Surgeon with DROPPING HEAT. Doctor Payne tried to make the save but was stopped by Ares.
As Fist Fight celebrated the win Irish Heat pointed at the Z-Division title and then pointed at himself. Ares had a look of momentary doubt but nodded in agreement and shook Heat's hand.
Mot, "Despite the obvious dirty tactics, Code Red still couldn't get the job done."
Kram, "It looks like there is some jealousy in team Fist Fight as Irish Heat wants a shot at the Z-Division title."
Mot, "That is going to be one hell of a match."
Kram, "Our next match featured The Gatekeeper of The Divine Gathering, Leviathan. He takes on Stryker."
Mot, "After what we have seen from The Divine Gathering so far tonight, Stryker needs eyes in the back of his head."[/color]
Stryker vs Leviathan
Stryker was distracted by the presence of Nikki and his former partner Revelation and it cost him as Leviathan wasted no time in hitting the Near Death Experience and followed up with the LD50 to put the Titan away. Revelation rolled into the ring and he and Leviathan began the double-team. Before the two men could do any real damage Overtime hits the ring to the roar of the fans and makes the save for his fellow Titan.
Overtime stand over the fallen Stryker, "Revelation! You and me next week. I'm taking that damn Steel Championship from you. You don't deserve to wear a title in the GWFZ."
Revelation, "No one gets to me without going through The Gatekeeper. So next week you will have to beat Leviathan to get a shot at the Steel Championship."
Stryker recovers enough to stand and the four men stare each other down as Leviathan and Revelation head up the ramp.
Kram, "The Divine Gathering take yet another one tonight as Stryker was unable to go through Leviathan."
Mot, "Its not like it was a fair fight. Stryker had to deal with two people on the outside. Lucky for him, Overtime was here to keep Stryker from being injured."
Kram, "Our main event of the evening is a special challenge match as Assassin Z has challenged Morbid to a match."[/color]
Morbid vs Assassin Z
These two traded blows early. Morbid hit some stiff shots before Assassin Z used his speed and amazing wrestling style to gain the advantage. Assassin Z had Morbid in trouble but Morbid recovered and tossed Assassin Z from the top rope and locked in the MORBIDLY CRUEL before Assassin Z could regain his feet and won the match.
Morbid refused to release the hold and it cost him as Ensor jumped into the ring and knocked him cold with a steel pipe. Before the attack could continue the rest of The Divine Gathering hit the ring and Ensor and Assassin Z wisely retreated.
Mot, "What a night of action!"
Kram, "The Divine Gathering swept the night despite The Messenger's absence."
Mot, "Join us next time for another exciting edition of..."
Kram, "IN... THE... ZONE!"[/color]

WOW...that is all I can say about the last card...WOW.
The Divine Gathering gets deeper & deeper with the addition of Morbid; one of the toughest fighters in the Z.
The Reckoning with a big debut & a dominant win...I'm glad to see that.
Great job on a FANTASTIC card bro!

In The Zone 07 (2.3)
The show kicks off with a new light show.
Mot, "Welcome to another exciting edition of..."
Mot & Kram, "In... The... Zone!"
Kram, "Tonight we are being graced with the presence of the GWFZ Champion...Sledgend."
Mot, "Thats right Kram! Sledgend returns from the CWA Tournament and looks to take out his frustrations out on Xiongmao in our main event."
Kram, "Also on the card, The Messenger returns from the C3 to face Strong."[/color]
Before the two can continue they are interrupted by the rantings of Hegemony as he makes his entrance on Gallows' shoulders.
Hegemony, "Tonight I show you people what real wrestling is all about. Our opposition is all about flash and glamor. They are showmen pretending to be wrestlers and tonight I along with my friend intend to expose them for what they are!"[/color]
Tree House enters and soon The Headliner's make their entrance.
Tree House vs The Headliners
Things started off badly for The Headliners as Darth Brooks thought it would be wise to challenge Gallows in a test of strength and was greeted with a Branch Whip. Darth Brooks backpedaled and tagged in Grillz who bounced off the ropes and then bounced off the immovable Gallows. Grillz was also hit with a Branch Whip for his trouble, but unlike his partner he didn't get a chance to escape before Hegemony locked in HEGEMONIC BORDERS. Darth Brooks made the save and Gallows closed on Grillz to finish things off and was caught by Yeah!!!. Grillz went for the pin and Hegemony was kept from making the save by Darth Brooks. While The Headliners celebrated their win, Hegemony was yelling at Gallows who seemed to have trouble getting to his feet. (snake eyes)
Mot, "It looks like Hegemony was proved wrong on this occasion."
Kram, "The Headliner's just got lucky is all."
Mot, "It looks like Gallows was injured by Grillz."
Kram, "Yet another reason Hegemony is right..."
Before Kram could finish his comment the pair were once again interrupted but this time it is by Overtime.
Overtime, "Sledgend...You failed to bring home the CWA Universal Title. It should have been me but the Commissioner is holding me back. He kept me from getting a GWFZ title shot but after I win the Steel Championship I'm coming for your title. I am a better wrestler than you and I will prove it. Thantos, your supposed to be 'The Man', so I hope you hold on to that Universal Championship until you get here. Because I'm going to kick your ass and then everyone will know who is The Best Damn Wrestler In The Galaxy!"[/color]
Once Overtime's rant was done the lights dimmed and The Divine Gathering's Gatekeeper made his entrance along with the Steel Champion, Revelation. Both men stepped into the ring.
Overtime, "Come to see me kick his ass?"
Revelation, "No, I came to watch him take your life."[/color]
Overtime went after Revelation and this gave Leviathan the chance to blindside Overtime and the match was on as Revelation rolled from the ring.
Overtime vs Leviathan
Overtime quickly recovered and gained control but was outnumbered, and it became apparent as he went after Leviathan on the outside and was distracted by Revelation once again giving Leviathan the advantage. Leviathan posted Overtime and tossed him into the ring before hitting the LD 50. Before he could go for the pin though, Stryker rushed the ring and went on the attack. The referee called for the bell and disqualified Overtime.
Overtime began arguing with the referee and while he was doing so Commissioner Nexus appeared on the Holo-Tron.
Nexus, "Overtime, I have to disagree with you about holding you back. In fact I am going to restart this match, but its going to be a tag match. If your team wins you get Revelation on the next card."[/color]
Revelation was visibly angered but Stryker used this to get the match started.
Revelation/Leviathan vs Overtime/Stryker
Stryker pounded on his former partner before Overtime tagged himself in and hit Revelation with THE CLINCHER and scored the pin on the Steel Champion as Stryker vaulted over the ropes and laid into Leviathan. Security had to separate all four men as they brawled after the bell.
Mot, "What a match!"
Kram, "You mean what a crock. Overtime whines about not getting a fair shake and Nexus comes out and restarts a match he clearly lost."
Mot, "You don't know that he wouldn't have kicked out of the LD 50. And now Overtime gets his shot at the Steel Championship."
Kram, "I know that he lost and still doesn't deserve a title shot."
Mot, "Well its in the books now and we are ready for our next match as Pride takes on Harm."
Kram, "Both men are looking to be the next contenders for the GWFZ title and a win here will help their cause."
Pride vs Harm
Pride hard a strong start but Harm's experience payed off and Pride soon found himself trapped in HARM'S WAY and had to submit in a short match.
Kram, "And thats how you get the job done."
Mot, "Pride didn't bring his A game and harm put him away quickly."
Kram, "Justin Case needs to go to the Commissioner now and get Harm a shot at Sledgend."
The arena goes dark and The Messenger steps out on stage glowing faintly with power as a voice is heard.
'I am the Light in the Darkness. Evil will GET... THE... MESSAGE!"
The Messenger starts down the ramp joined by Nightmare Nikki and climbs into the ring. He raises his arms and the lights come back up as if by his will as Nikki kneels at his feet.
Strong's music hits and the beast charges full force at the ring and goes right on the attack as Nikki scrambles from the ring.
The Messenger vs Strong
This one had rematch written all over it! Strong burst into the ring and went for a spear but was kicked in the face. This only made strong angry and he pummeled The Messenger and hit STRONG! after several power moves. Nikki jumped on the apron and distracted the referee. Strong continued his assault and the action spilled to the outside where both men risked disqualification. Strong came out on top and tossed The Messenger back into the ring for another STRONG!. This time Nikki jumped on Strong's back to keep him from making the pin while the referee was checking on The Messenger and missed the attack. Strong shrugged Nikki off and she hit the floor hard and he hit The Messenger with a third STRONG!. It looked to be over as the referee was coming down for the three when he was suddenly yanked from the ring by The Reckoning. The referee was yelling at The Reckoning and Strong leaned over the rope to argue. The Messenger used the distraction to hit THE MESSAGE and went for the pin. The referee saw the pin and slid into the ring and made the three count giving The Messenger the win.
Mot, "That was highway robbery! The Messenger used some devious tactics to secure that win."
Kram, "But he did win and this puts him one step closer to the GWFZ title."
Mot, "I'm sure that Commissioner Nexus will have something to say about The Divine Gathering's actions."
Kram, "Not if he wants to stay out of The Messenger's way he won't."
Sledgend made his grand entrance and awaited the monstrous Xiongmao.
Xiongmao vs Sledgend
This one was over quickly as the two powerhouses collided and Xiongmao was tossed to the outside. Sledgend went high risk and ate a chair for his trouble, but the referee caught the action and was about to disqualify the Animan when Sledgend grabs Mot's headset.
Sledgend spit out some blood before speaking, "Hell NO! From now on i make the rules and I say there are no rules. The match continues No DQ!"
Sledgend tossed the headset down and the match continued.
After that declaration, Xiongmao rushed Sledgend but the GWFZ champion ducked the attack and hit SHATTERING DEVASTATION. Sledgend dragged Xiongmao into the ring and scored the pin.
Sledgend grabbed his GWFZ Championship and posed in the ring with the belt held over his head with both hands which left him open for THE CLINCHER by Overtime. Overtime picked up the belt and smiled. Harm slipped into the ring and ambushed Overtime and locked him in HARM'S WAY. Overtime beat the mat in pain and before Harm could release the hold The Messenger rolled into the ring and hit THE MESSAGE leaving harm out cold. The rest of The Divine Gathering climbed into the ring and went on the attack, decimating the GWFZ Champion and the other two challengers. The Divine Gathering stood tall and devastation at their feet.
Commissioner Nexus came out, "Stop right there Messenger. Next week you will be teaming with one of the three men you just attacked."
The Messenger sneers, "I do not think so Nexus. I do not team with lesser beings. Sledgend is nothing but a brute"
Nexus, "You don't have a say in it. Look at it as the next step in your chase for the title. Next week it will be The Messenger and Sledgend taking on The Undergrads for the GWFZ Tag Championships. Have a nice night gentlemen."
Mot, "Can you believe that announcement! Two heated rivals are going to challenge for the GWFZ tag titles?"
Kram, "Yet another setup by Nexus."
Mot, "What do you mean by that?"
Kram, "Nevermind. Join us next week for another edition of..."
