Glad to see Encubus kept himself in the title hunt and gets a rematch against Endgame.
Wasn't expecting to see Reckless hold onto the IG title for long and its nice to see Swarm get the title (hes facing The Main Event for the IG title at my next PPV - great feud there).
Oooh, do I see the beginings of a heel turn by Valour?
Can't wait to see Star Slam!

Oooh, do I see the beginings of a heel turn by Valour? Can't wait to see Star Slam! I can't wait for Star Slam either! I already have the card made up, and it is one of the most personally exciting fight cards I've ever made! (with the exception of POC 20 and a bunch of aCe ones, but I don't count the aCe as 'fight cards' anyway) I'm about to post the full card hype here, and then I'm off to play it out! It will hopefully be up by tonight or tomorrow.

STAR SLAM 2119 AETHRA WAR DOME, AETHRA MAY 31ST, 2119 The show opens up backstage as Encubus and the entire Gamemasters Team stands only feet away from Bloodline, Payback, and Tristan! Encubus: (to Bloodline) Try not to get hurt by Disaster out there tonight. Bloodline: (in retort) Try not to get squashed by Endgame out there tonight…Again! Encubus: (lunging for Bloodline) Son of a bitch! The Gamemasters and FDF begin to scrap a bit, but before any major shots can be thrown, Thrash, Havoc, Paralyze, and Disaster march through the melee to a huge crowd pop! The Gamemasters and FDF back off, waiting intensely for what the menacing Gladiators will do! After a few silent and simmering moments…Disaster: (looking to Encubus wryly) Try not to get squashed again tonight, insect. The crowd goes crazy as Encubus froths at the mouth and tries to lunge for Disaster, only to be held back and dragged away kicking and screaming by his entire team! Disaster: (getting in Bloodline’s face) This is Aethra boy! (crowd pop) And I’m going to do what we Aethrans do best…break you into pieces! The crowd can be heard headbanging in the stands as Disaster draws back, and together with Havoc, Paralyze, and Thrash, walks off camera and toward the ring! The crowd goes nuts as Tristan begins to say something to Bloodline, only to be interrupted by the appearance on screen of Aethran Minister of War, Spike! The crowd explodes!Spike: (looking Bloodline up and down smugly) After Disaster is through with you, we’ll be finding your clothes scattered all over the War Dome…and you’ll be in most of them! The crowd goes crazy as Spike continues in the same path that the Gladiators took! A bit awed and a bit stunned, Bloodline and the FDF just hold their stances, watching Spike go until…OPENING PYROS AND EXPLOSIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Aethran War Dome is headbanging like never before as Lord Nexus barely welcomes us to Star Slam 2119 before the Aethran War Theme hits and Havoc & Paralyze head to the ring, starting Star Slam 2119 off with a headBANG!AniMen Invasion vs. Havoc & ParalyzeHavoc insisted on starting the match. Paralyze would have none of it. So, when the bell rung, Havoc blind-tagged himself in! Paralyze was not happy about this, but that didn’t stop the Gladiators from earning a dominant victory by pinning Antak with an AETHRAN ATROCITY! (*1/2) WINNERS: HAVOC & PARALYZEUS Male w/ American Guy vs. Epoch w/ Slave BeastThe importance of a performance at Star Slam is driven home as US Male and Epoch have an unexpected, and MOTY worthy back and forth blowout! The War Dome was going berserk for this knock down, drag out, back and forth battle that saw both men execute their finishers multiple times, get assistance from their ringside allies, and take a pounding! Just as the crowd was wondering how much longer it could go, US Male caught Epoch in a surprise small package roll-up to take the grueling and outstanding win! (*****) WINNER: US MALE w/ American GuyValour vs. Sly Drury w/ ThantosThis was a chaotic match that saw the ref take a bump, saving Valour from a LAST CALL and Thantos ringing the ringside bell to save Drury from one of many uses of the WARRIOR’S RAGE! Valour was livid, and snapped, brutalizing Sly Drury once more, just barely avoiding disqualification and finally putting him down hard with a Valour Thrust! (***) WINNER: VALOURTITAN DEATH MATCH The Fighting Titans vs. The Society of DeathIn a brutal and swirling melee that saw the use of chairs and stun rods, Tanck went through a table, Payback had steel stairs slammed down onto his leg, and Tristan was able to rescue his partner from the slithering technical submission clutches of The Betrayer, eventually finishing him off in tandem with Payback using TITAN POWER! (***) WINNERS: THE FIGHTING TITANSAs Payback clutched his leg inside the ring, Tanck had a fit outside the ring! Lord Nexus tells us that Tanck was simply too slow on this night, and this somehow further infuriated the big man, who turned on a dime and clotheslined Lord Nexus right out of his chair! The Aethrans loved it, but Tristan did not and ran to help, only to take a chair shot to the head from Tanck! As Tristan went down, Tanck turned back to Lord Nexus, shoved Vanity out of the way, and clobbered the GWF Legend with the chair! By this time, Payback had hobbled his way outside the ring, but took an Armored Tanck on the floor for it! With 3 Titans obliterated and GWF Legend Lord Nexus left bloody, Tanck grabbed The Betrayer and basically carried him up the entrance aisle, still fuming!
Backstage, we see Vin Strutter helping The Amazing Mann and Steele Freak prepare for their huge Championship encounter later in the night. As Shann-Ra is about to head out to the ring, Kill Prey gets up to follow her. But Shann-Ra tells him to stay as she does not need him there to defeat Latasha one-on-one! Shann-Ra leaves and Kill Prey dejectedly sits down. Seeing this, Vin Strutter turned to the mighty hunter with a slimy smirk.Strutter: You haven’t been booked in 2 months, and now your own sister is too big a player for you. And it’s all because you just aren’t interesting. Tsk, tsk. It’s a shame to waste all that talent. If only you would listen to me and let me make you a sta- Kill Prey: (standing and leaving) Shut it! GWF WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP Latasha © vs. Shann-Ra w/ Kill PreyLatasha quickly fought off Shann-Ra’s offense and took control, having to utilize 3 FREEDOM FALLS before capturing a handy first title defense with the third use of the move! (*1/2) WINNER AND STILL GWF WOMEN’S CHAMPION: LATASHAThe crowd went berserk once more as Thrash charged the ring, again sneak attacking Latasha and again laying her out with a Gladiator Piledriver on top of a steel chair!GWF INTERPLANETARY CHAMPIONSHIP Swarm © vs. RecklessBoth men made sure to shake hands before the bout, but that was Swarm’s only amicable act as he went on to dominate and run Reckless right over for the win with a HORNET’S STING! (*) WINNER AND STILL GWF INTERPLANETARY CHAMPION: SWARMThe Aethran crowd could care less about an AniMan’s victory, but cheered vehemently when a gigantic net plummeted from the Circinus Cell above the ring and ensnared the IP Champion! Swarm struggled to free himself from the trap as spotlights raced to the Cell ceiling to see…Kill Prey standing atop the cage!
Kill Prey made sure to snarl at the nearest cameras and then disappeared into the darkness of the War Dome’s rafters, leaving Swarm ensnared, embarrassed, and befuddled in the ring!
The Aethran crowd went nuts when the Circinus Cell began to lower, expecting a wonderfully bloody and violent GWF Tag Championship encounter!GWF GALAXIAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS CIRCINUS CELL MATCH Genesis © vs. Center StageThe only thing that anyone will remember about this blowoff match, rightfully so, is the end, when Steele Freak escaped the Cell, was followed to the top by Tauran, and was then accidentally pushed off of it, taking the super-bump of all super bumps, falling 20 feet onto nothing but thinly padded concrete! (**) WINNERS AND STILL GWF GALAXIAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: GENESIS---Steele Freak has been injuredThe Aethran crowd almost shook the War Dome off of its foundation, their bloodlust satiated more than they ever could have imagined!
Massif announces that Champions of the Galaxy XXXII, taking place at the Universal Thunderdome inside the Asteroid Belt, is only 5 cards away! The date is set for September 20th, 2119 meaning the grandest supercard in all of professional wrestling is only 2 months away! Massif promises that it will be an extravaganza the likes of which have never been seen before in the GWF and to expect the action around here to heat up as all roads now lead to Champions of the Galaxy XXXII!
Once again, the Aethran crowd made the rafters rumble as they super-popped for the Gladiator Captain, Disaster!Bloodline vs. DisasterBloodline fought as if his life was at stake, as it very well could have been, and was able to keep the monstrous Disaster off of his feet long enough to land a PERFECT COSMIC BIG BANG, defeating the Homeplanet Hero! Bloodline was lucky to escape the ringside area with his life! (**) WINNER: BLOODLINEOnly on Aethra could Encubus be cheered against Endgame, but when the Holotron began to blaze, even the Aethrans were momentarily in awe of the stoic charisma of the GWF Galaxian Champion, Endgame! The Main Event of Star Slam 2119 was about to begin!GWF GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP 2 OUT OF 3 FALLS Endgame © vs. Encubus (KoH) w/ ThantosEncubus once again had a hard time with the Galaxian Champ, prompting his father to attempt interference, only to get his son DQ’ed quickly for the first fall! Thantos was ejected from ringside for that, but Endgame himself soon was disqualified by the apparently weak-hearted referee! The crowd was not amused as both men were now tied at 1 Fall apiece due to disqualifcations. Consequently, both men fought their hearts out, surviving each others finishers and surprisingly brawling all over the ringside area! But Encubus’ high powered offense shone through, and to the delight of the Aethran crowd, put Endgame down with a GAMEMASTER DDT, earning the 2nd Fall of the match and the victory! (***) WINNER AND NEW GWF GALAXIAN CHA---As Encubus grabbed the Galaxian Championship, Commissioner Massif appeared at ringside, proclaiming that Encubus was NOT the Champion! Encubus was livid as Massif explained that because of 1 Fall being by disqualification, Encubus was NOT Champion! Encubus couldn’t believe it, and Endgame did not seem too happy with defending his title that way either.
Commissioner Massif left the ring area to a chorus of boos as Encubus was implored to hand Endgame his Galaxian Title. Endgame held out his hand apprehensively as Encubus stared down at the title confusedly……
AND THEN BASHED ENDGAME IN THE HEAD WITH IT! Endgame went down hard as Encubus shoved the referee out of the ring and continued assaulting the Galaxian Champion, soon being joined by his father, leading the other Gamemasters to the ring! Together, The Gamemasters stomped Endgame, until Bloodline, Tristan, and a hobbling Payback charged the ring! But, outnumbered and injured, the FDF was no match for the furious Gamemasters who layed them out with steel chairs, stun rods, and Drury’s brass knuckles!
Encubus grabbed a chair and ordered the SOD to hold Endgame up! Tanck and The Betrayer followed through, holding Endgame as Encubus smashed his head open with repeated chair shots! Encubus then ordered Bloodline held up and ordered Sly Drury to put the knucks to him! The SOD followed through again, holding Bloodline as Sly Drury measured him for a career threatening shot, pulling his brass fist back and getting ready to strike when……
SWITCHBLADE JUMPED THROUGH THE CROWD!!!!!! Switchblade, who was not supposed to return from injury for another month, jumped over the crowd barricade with a heavy steel chain and charged the ring, laying into all of the stunned Gamemasters and trapping Sly Drury with it! As the rest of the Gamemasters retreated up the entrance aisle, Switchblade strangled Sly Drury with the chain, holding pressure until Sly turned purple and hit the canvas!
With the Aethran crowd headbanging like crazy, the FDF slowly recovering, Endgame unconscious and bloody, The Gamemasters retreating, Encubus frothing, security charginf and the shockingly recovered Switchblade swinging the steel chain above his head, the last shots of Star Slam 2119 are Encubus screaming in the entrance aisle with Sly Drury in the ring and on the canvas beneath Switchblade as Endgame bleeds slowly onto the GWF Galaxian Championship!

Damn You Massif! Encubus was cheated!
Endgame got what he deserved.
Awesome PPV Hyde! Lots of great action in this one.
Big win for Bloodline over Disaster on Aethra.
The countdown has begun. Can't wait to see what develops leading up to Champions of the Galaxy XXXII.

Endgame definately got what he deserved...but I agree with Dharneth, Encubus should be the champ...both men got DQ'd once...the only clean fall went to Encubus...Encubus is the uncrowned champion!
I loved the ending...very, very intense...wish I could pull off endings like that!!
Great PPV Hyde!!
Champions of the Galaxy XXXII should be off the hook!!

Thanks for the comments guys!
I actually had a really hard time deciding what to do about the ending of the Galaxian Championship match. But, I think what I have come up with is good, and it will accurately characterize all of the major players involved (Massif's slight ineptitude and bias, Endgame's code of honor and sportsmanship, and Encubus' unending rage)
The next GWF WarZone is going to be HUGE! I think I'm far too kind to my free holovid viewing audience... ;D

*****UPDATE***** With Champions of the Galaxy XXXII fast approaching, all the stars of the GWF are about to go berserk, as is usual for this time of the year. The events of Star Slam 2119 only added fuel to the fire.
After taking the tremendous fall from the top of the Circinus Cell, Vin Strutter quickly had Steele Freak ushered away and out of the arena. However, the maniac has not been admitted to any hospitals, as fars GWF Management can tell. The madman's recuperative powers are highly unknown, but even with medical aid, GWF Medical Staff estimate that Freak's injuries should keep him out of action for 3 months, meaning the former Galaxian Tag Champion could easily miss Champions of the Galaxy XXXII. Vin Strutter seems to be taking all of this in stride, happy to focus on moving the Amazing Mann up the singles ladder.
Encubus has been going berserk all year, so with the Big Card only months away, and the happenings at Star Slam last night getting under his skin, there is no telling what Next Generation Gamemaster will do. Many experts agree that Encubus is the uncrowned Galaxian Champion; Encubus concurs. However, this matter will hopefully be settled on the next edition of GWF WarZone as the biggest WarZone main event of the year is about to take place as Endgame himself has requested an Iron Man Match with the King of Holovision, but with No Disqualifications! Encubus has eagerly accepted the challenge, and Massif made it begrudgingly so! So, on the July 12th edition of GWF WarZone, Endgame and Encubus will have a 45-Minute Iron Man Match with No Disqualifications, FOR THE GWF GALAXIAN CHAMPIONSHIP!
As usual, the next edition of GWF WarZone is going to be HUGE!
