Dateline, First Quarter 2119

It is a dark time here in Centra. The forces of darkness have arisen from the shadows and have begun to advance up our dimension. Murdok, the Plague Bearer, has aligned himself with Godsend. I can only describe this Godsend as comparative to the Satan of various religious texts from other dimensions.

The Plague is spreading and casualites are rising, the more noteworthy being the student of Lance At-Las, Meteor, who has now been infected and renamed as Noxious. Possibly the more tragic victim would be the wife of our Champion Aegis, the once beautiful Trisis. Trisis was abducted by Murdok, and infected with the damned Plague. Now a slave of Murdok... used a a stake in the heart of Aegis.

We can only pray for a miracle, but things look far too bleak... between the Primus natives, The Ravagers, Murdok's Army, The ROC, and other yet unseen forces I fear Armageddon is upon us...

"The time has come for the first event of the aCe experiment, we hope to prevent full scare war with this experiment, but myself, along with many of my people dont have our hopes up too high. It seems everyone is here from The Ravagers, The Tribesmen of Primus, The ROC, Murdok and his followers...all have come to wage battle for the one thing that could set things right again...the Essence. Eight souls battling for the one Essence and the right to control and possess it, tonight is the first night in the tournament, we may only hope that one of our Champions can claim it."

Painmaster beat Rouser with FACE-FIRST CRASH
"This was an opening contest between the sadistic outsider who has taken up home on our world after being stranded by his kindred and Rouser. Our Rouser tried vainly to stop the onslaught of the outsider they call Painmaster, but he proved too powerful and put Rouser away quickly"

Nemean defeated Noxious with HUNGER STRIKE
"The former Meteor, once beloved now a mindless minion of Murdok faced the young Nemean...it was a hard hitting fight between the two and spilled outside several times but in the end the young one scored the victory over the zombie"

Darkness Falls defeated The Specialists when Jakyll pinned Shepard
after RED DAWN
"Shepard and Scorch waged a war against the Tribal warriors, Krypt and Jakyll, Shepard had little trouble against them but Scorch struggled while in the ring and found himself being double teamed often, they managed to keep Scorch from tagging Shepard back in and finally put the big man down"

General Rankor beat Ventross with Guilty of Treason
"The former partners and friends battled one another with a heated fury. Ventross battered the traitorous Rankor for most of the match, however, an ill timed charge into the turnbuckle changed the complexion of the match to Rankor's favor and it was soon over"

Paganax beat Nicodemus via Face Smothering
"The Heathen Chief made short work of The Ancient in this fight, Paganax seemed to be powered heavily by his people and led an merciless assualt on his opponent"

"This wasnt much of a battle as Cremator kept Flatliner on the defensive the entire battle an refused to let him get to Warfare for the tag, Cremator locked on his claw and that was the end"

Aegis beat Murdok w/Trisis via BattleGear Bodypress
"Murdok was visibly distracted before the match got underway as he noticed Aegis and Trisis staring at each other, Murdok turned to say something to his undead Queen just as the bell had sounded and turned around right into a full fledged attack, Aegis quickly nailed the stunned Murdok with a BattleGear Bodypress and got the quick win"

Lance At-Las beat Godsend with MARS MANHANDLER
"The Demon came to the ring with a smug look upon his face but it would not last long as At-Las came to fight. And fight he did as he hit Godsend with everything in his arsenal before landing the MARS MANHANDLER and getting the victory"

The events of this night could be cause for our people to have hope, the Champions, Aegis and At-Las soundly defeating The Harvester and The Demon and eliminating them from the tournament for the Essence...indeed we are victorious this night...in this battle...however, I have a feeling the actual war has not yet begun....

First Quarter 2119

The first steps in the aCe were troublesome for the Dark Forces. Aegis and Lance At-Las headed the charge and crossed the first barriers on the path to the Essence. However, The Dark Forces arent ready to just stand aside and let our Champions advance for there would be another obstacle set in place....

Rouser defeated Noxious with XENOPHOBIA
Rouser was here to prove himself to his teammates and took Noxious to task, Rouser nailed the former Meteor with his sign and it was light out

Painmaster defeated Nemean by count out following a piledriver outside the ring
The young Ravager put up a good fight, but Painmaster was just far too brutal, too experienced, and too sadistic for him to overcome, Nemean had to be taken from the ringside area on a gurney while Painmaster stood laughing

The Specialists beat SWAT Team via DQ when Warfare nailed Shepard with a chair
These two teams waged a battle in the ring, the fans witnessed a hard hitting battle that saw The Specialists take command in the end, Shepard nailed Flatliner with EXORCISM and almost had the win when Warfare came into the ring with a chair and nailed him with it causing a disqualification

Resurrection beats Darkness Falls when Krypt submits to CREMATOR CLAW, Resurrection wins the Essence Tag Titles
Brutal match...both teams tore into each other like savage beasts at feeding time, however Darkness Falls made one mistake too many and Resurrection capitalized to capture the Essence

Lance At-Las defeats Paganax with MARS MANHANDLER to advance to the Essence finals
Paganax tried to overpower At_las but At-Las used that to his advantage and outwitted him several times...both men clotheslined each other late in the match and At-Las was to his feet first and scored the win with MARS MANDHANDLER

Murdok defeats Ventross by DQ when Ventross waffles him outside the ring with a chair
This was a smashmouth match as they hit each other with everything but the kitchen sink, Murdok hit POWER OF THE PLAGUE but Ventross kicked out, the match spilled outside and Ventorss got carried away nailing Murdok with the chair...Aegis ran down to the ring and stopped Ventross from nailing Trisis with the chair...Rankor blindsided Aegis and knocked him into Ventross before their match could begin

General Rankor beat Aegis vis pinfall to advance to the Essence finals
Trisis and Murdok stayed at ringside as the match got underway, Rankor used the blindside before the bell to his advantage and hammered Aegis...Rankor tossed Aegis outside and distracted the ref while Murdok nailed him with a chair... however Aegis would rally back and take Rankor to the woodshed, after 3 straight Centra Spinebusters Rankor was down and out...Murdok jumped onto the apron but was quickly escorted away by security....Trisis got Aegis' attention like she wanted to be rescued...Aegis went over to her as the referee was making sure Murdok was being escorted away...Godsend snuck in..nailed Aegis from behind and hit the Demon Bomb and quickly placed Rankor over Aegis and slipped out of the ring...the ref was back and counted three as the crowd was in an uproar...Godsend escorted Trisis to be back and she appeared to have a grin upon her undead face.


The Devil is here on Centra and his trickery and games may just be the downfall of civilization as we know it...One Champion out of the race for the Essence...can the other stand strong?

Nice work here my friend, I like how things are shaping up and how you have a reporter giving his view of it- definitely a different angle than the regular shows I've seen. Be sure to check out my new aCe: Fusion show I posted as well. The aCe is alive and well. Nice to see more of these feds around, the competitiveness drives creativeness.

Outside an abandoned temple on Antillia...

Aegis: We just got word that Murdok has left...is it confirmed that she is in the temple Reco?

Officer Reco: Affirmative, Trisis has been sighted, lifeform scans back this up as well...

Officer Roland: Do we proceed Aegis?

Aegis: Aye, we go in...you two guard the entrance, I shall go in and secure her...our shuttle on standbye?

Officer Reco: Aye Sir, everything is a go...

Aegis: Ok, lock and load...we go in...I've been waiting for this moment.

Officer Roland: We shall not fail you Sir...

Aegis: Let's move out...

Aegis and his teammates storm the temple... Reco and Roland flanking Aegis...they both take up positions inside the entrance, weapons loaded and ready to take out any unlucky soul who should come upon them...Aegis heads to the center of the temple, his own pistol and drawn for any unseen problems...just ahead he sees Trisis...he stops to survey the perimeter before proceeding...whispering a small prayer...

Aegis: God be with me...
