Justice League #1 cost $4 and I read it in about 9 minutes. It was pretty bland and a bad start for the new DCU. It's too early honestly to even know if One issue that has sold out Twice, but has had bad reviews will make the New DCU a failure. I'm an old school DC fan, but honestly DC and comics in general lost me as a reader, but now I'm excited with this New DCU start...

I just read this title twice and it's a Must read book, I really like how Judd Winick tells this story about Batwing and his archnemesis Massacre to the art of Ben Oliver. I'm not sure about any other New 52 book, but this one I suggest picking up it's going to be a bloody interesting ride...

Batwing was an awesome read. Oliver did one heck of a job.

Batwing was an awesome read. Oliver did one heck of a job. Agreed and I honestly think storyline wise it was well done and this could be the sleeper hit book of the New 52 Titles...

One of the things I like about the reboot is the digital option. I don't really have any room, so I went the digital route. I've only had time to read Batman and Action Comics. Batman, not sure I like the dialog, but the story has caught my interest. Action Comics, I am taking a wait and see for how this shakes out. Interesting take on the mythos.

I'm looking forward to reading Justice League Dark, out of all the New 52 I'm glad they've decided to bring back the Magic based characters from Vertigo into the rebooted DCU...

Other than the Batman Books (which I was getting before the reboot), my favorite book so far has been Demon Knights (A look back at the DCU during the Dark Ages). The book features The Demon, Vandal Savage, Madame Xandu, and the Shining Knight. After reading the first issue I've added it to my monthly pull list.

As a long time Batman reader I was upset with the DC reboot at first. I probably pick up between 8-12 books a month, with 5 or 6 being Bat books. I totally understand why they did it, and I hope it works cause I'm a big fan of comics, but for me, it was a perfect jumping 'off' point as I've been looking to cut back anyway. As the day got closer however, I figured I'd at least pick up a few of the books, you know, just so I could have an opinion...
I picked up JLA #1. Meh. I see where they're going with it, to rival The Avengers in terms of style, but I've never been a JLA guy anyway so...
I missed Detective Comics, Swamp Thing and Action Comics, but intend to check out all 3, but only interested in Action because of Grant Morrison.
Last week I picked up Green Lantern for a friend (Meh), Red Lanterns out of curiousity (not bad), and the one I'd been waiting for, Batwoman #1 (excellent). That said, Batwoman was something I've been waiting for since before the reboot, so I'm not giving D.C. credit for that one. Passed on Batman & Robin, though I've heard it was good.
Overall, I think I've marked down only 2 books over the next couple of weeks (Batman, All Star Western) that I want to check out, even though there are probably 5 or 6 I'm really curious about, but unfortunately, time and money just won't allow me to read more.
In the past year gotten into Marvel a bit, and have really, really enjoyed Uncanny X-Force, which in my opinion is one of the best comics going. Wolverine has been very good as well. I also pick up Deadpool for a friend, which is pretty funny, and Deadpool MAX for myself which is hit and miss. X-Men: Schism has been pretty good so far too.
I also read American Vampire and Northlanders, both of which are excellent, and am looking forward to Red Wing #3 of 5 this week. I'm 10 volumes into the Walking Dead TPB's, and once I've cut back and have some time, I'd like to start reading Scalped.
What do you guys read?

I just read Justice League Dark #1 and it's very cool to see the Magic side of DC and this debut issue showcased that Superman, Wonder Woman & Cyborg couldn't handle the Magic Realm. It's going to be fun following this book, the story looks to be deep and with killer twists...
