Thanks for the great replies! I just got past the part of (without spoiling it for others), let's just say "returned from Tugga's" and leave it at that! I've read some of the other King novels (Dead Zone, Rose Madder, Christine, and Misery) with Dead Zone being my fave so far. I loved the Christopher Walken 1983 movie, and the novel was great also, even though it was way different! Misery was really good, and the movie with Kathy Bates / James Caan was top notch! Christine had a lot of occult stuff in it that was missing from the John Carpenter movie. King, in the commentary of "Storm of the Century" DVD, stated that he writes where it takes him, there are no set plans. He just writes, which is different from when I write. I need to have the plot laid out in wide brush strokes from start to finish, then I just go in and fill in the missing pieces. No wonder pro writers get Writer's Block. They haven't thought things through, LOL!

The Further Adventures of Sherlock Holmes series. I found these books on Thursday and picked one up called "The Ripper Legacy" and it's a good one so far and so I ordered three more. This series has 16 total books, so I might just get them all at one point...

I really like these books so far and "The Ripper Legacy" was a excellent read, I've moved onto "The Titanic Tragedy" and it is right in line with that first book I read, good stuff and I suggest picking up one or many of these books...

I finished "The Titanic Tragedy" and it was a great story within the real life story of the Titanic, now I'm moving onto a different line of Sherlock Holmes books with "The Stuff of Nightmares" by James Lovegrove. Mentioned in this book is a latter-day Spring-Heeled Jack, so this book peaked my interest as did several more from this line. I do have 2 more books from the Further Adventures line to read, with one called Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Holmes...

Just finished American Gods last night. It was good though I was a little underwhelmed with the ending. But I love the concept and the writing. Especially love that it's somewhat a travelogue of the United States. Fans of American Gods should check out the Shambling Guide books by Mur Lafferty. Now back to finishing Creativity, Inc (which was getting a little dry).

Starting reading Ready Player One while on tour. I'm close to the end. It's a quick read and I'm enjoying it. It'll be interesting to see how many licenses they'll have to get to translate it to the big screen.

The Queen of the Ring (SEx, Muscles, Diamonds, and the Making of an American Legend).
Came out in 2009 I believe.
All about Mildred Burke.
So far it's pretty cool.
I got a used hardback copy of it from Amazon for a total of $6.60 (with tax) from a bookseller.
Fun side note: the book is stamped as having been in the Greenwich, CT Library.
