Wow! This episode went in the opposite direction that it seemed it was going from the previews and thats Awesome. I didn't see Shane at first letting Randal go but then I figured once they went off camera Randal would die at Shanes hands. So is the virus air born now when someone dies they comeback when it's not by a Walker. Great ending to Rick's & Shane's friendship, Shane going nuts forced Rick's hand in killing him and then Carl killing him for the 2nd time. The last episode looks wild and I honestly can't predict who'll survive and who'll die in the Walker invasion...

Awesome episode. This one did not drag at all. Next episode looks crazy!!! The zombie invasion is going to force them off the farm. I hope they do go to the prison from the comics. There is alot they can do with it. I do like that the show strays from the comic. It makes me think I know what is coming but often proves me wrong.

What an episode!!
My idea on why Carl pointed the gun at Rick is that Carl thought that Rick was a walker at first. When Rick first got up, he didn't speak. He just started to walk toward Carl all bloody from Shane. After what Carl had been through in the previous episode, he was spooked. When Rick started to talk, thats about the time that Shane was resurrected.
The virus is airborn. Like in Night of the Living Dead, which was a nucleur event that caused the freshly dead to rise. Now the virus is airborn.
I also get my Night of the Living Dead moment with the walkers trapping (presumably) the group in the house.
Poor Shane. I blame Lori for Shane flipping out. Leave me alone....please stay.....leave me alone....please stay.....leave me alone.....I never thanked you for saving Carl and me. Damnit woman. Who's Andrea going to bang now?

What I like is that the Survivors don't know why the recently killed are coming back as Walkers and when / if they do learn why, they might give us another reason other then air born. Either way it's cool they do reanimate like in Night of the Living Dead...
Yeah, Lori has pushed the buttons of Shanes and that helped him go over the edge. I like what they mentioned on Talking Dead that Shane figured out after Lori went through her speach to him, that only one Alpha Male can live so he wanted Rick to kill him and take him away from killing Rick...
I think Andrea might stumble a little with Shane dead, but I think she's bad ass enough she'll be fine. We've lost Dale & Shane from the Main Group in the last two episodes, I wouldn't be surprised we lose a few more when all is said and done...
You know what character that's under the radar is T-Dog and it'll be interesting to see if he'll be more of a factor in Season Three and step out of the shadows...

The last episode looks crazy with the huge group of Walkers attacking the farm. I have a feeling Herschel and the rest of his family will be killed in the attack except for Maggie because of her being with Glen I think she will survive. I think we have lost enough members of the original group for now. If anyone from them could die yet in the last episode this season I would guess Sophia's Mom or maybe T-Dog?

I've thought the same thing about Hershal and his family save Maggie. I don't see anyone else from the OG dieing but we'll see.

I don't see anymore main characters dying this season either. I could definitely see some of Hershal's clan going though. Like Rick said, they need Hershal for the baby's birth.

It'll be interesting to see how much of a difference the TV series strays from the comic book with this finale. They've already done plenty thats different and thats pretty cool. Hershel is a key factor for Rick & Lori's coming baby, so will the writers keep Hershel to his word on defending the Farm till his death. After seeing the preview of Maggie screaming, it now looks like she's looking out a boarded up window, so I'm guessing she should be a survivor. I'm wondering if they'll end this Finale like Season One's with the Atlanta Survivors plus what Farm Survivors driving away but this time from the Farm...
