Everyone can, even if you've never purchased anything. There's a handful of demo characters everyone gets to use (Bloodline, Encubus, RVD, Snuka), plus you get access to the characters from any sets you've purchased.

Yep. All of your CAC wrestlers will be available. You'll also have access to any custom rosters you've set up, so you're not just limited to the default GWF rosters.
