Watching AWA on ESPN Classic I was thinking it'd be fun to have Paul E. Dangerously in LOW. I don't think he's under WWE contract.

I maintain, as I long have, that everyone deserves a card at some point. I think I can say two exceptions (in my opinion): Invader I and Chris Benoit. If either of those were in a set, I'd pass on buying the set. The only way I'd want Invader I in LOW would be if he came with a special chart where after the match your entire fed could rip him limb from limb in the shower. And Benoit...well...I don't see him ever being in the game, and if he was, well, I'd probably just lay the card aside and leave it at that.

While I definitely despire what Benoit did, he was hardly the only one to blame for it (and no I'm not blaming Nancy for it) My one hope for a good thing (along with Nowinski's work) is that wrestling starts taking concussions more seriously.
I would love to see them add some more vintage guys especially Farmer Burns.

Paul E. would be TREMENDOUS...along with Randy Rose, then one can have the Original Midnight Express vs The Midnight Express feud, complete with managers!
Am I right, Trav?

Well, when you think about it, the only way to make this game as realistic as possible would be to print many versions of each wrestler to highlight different eras of one's career. But obviously that would be a bit much.

Condrey, Rose and Norvell Austin were the 1st heels I cheered for, along with Masked Superstar. Many fans probably don't remember how big that feud could have been (Cornette's MX vs the Original MX), but due to Condrey leaving again, it never happened. But the angle where they attacked Cornette on television and busted him open was just tremendous. It was life like and you knew it had deep rooted "personal issues". Just tremendous

And granted, I was a fan of Brody inside the ring, but not much outside (the stunts his pulled, as Heenan said, hurt the guys in the territory way after he left). But being killed by Invader I? Just don't book Brody. So I agree, we would need something for INvader, maybe a conversion chart. Maybe have Brody's down - 3 switch to a dazed - 1 when facing him!

Well, when you think about it, the only way to make this game as realistic as possible would be to print many versions of each wrestler to highlight different eras of one's career. But obviously that would be a bit much. Eh, I think it works to make different cards when it makes sense. I have zero problem with the two Jimmy Valiant cards, or the two Ted DiBiase cards. Or even Nikolai Volkoff. Sabu, on the other hand, is probably fine with his one card. As is Curt Hennig and DDP. King Kong Bundy and Ox Baker are both probably good with one card, but if, say, Sting and Hogan were signed, they would certainly warrant at least two cards apiece (Surfer Sting & Crow Sting and Hulkamania & Hollywood Hogan). Ric Flair would probably be well served with one card, as would Lance Storm. Kip James is probably could with one card, but I suppose you could always make a "Roadie" card for BG James. Brad Armstrong's an either-or...assuming some of his other gimmicks are useable (namely all his masked ones). We could use a Johnny Valiant manager card. If Steve Austin were ever signed, I would like both a "Stunning" and a "Stone Cold" version...similarly, with Brian Pillman, a "Flying" version and a "Loose Cannon". Bret Hart could be well served with tag team midcarder versions and a main event version. Same with Shawn Michaels. I don't even have a problem with the alternate versions being in sets, especially when it makes sense (Black Glove DiBiase and Steve Williams in Teams), especially since we know that the Legends pool is limited for whatever reason, so a little "set padding" is fine, IMHO.
