Following High Noon PPV, the CHIKARA roster has once again been updated, and this time, no Quack.
This news is huge for all CHIKARA fans. I hope Quack does the Undertaker thing and wrestles once or twice a year at the biggest shows (like KOT). I hope we hear something official soon, although it could be until the beginning of season 11 until we do.

I wouldn't read too much into it; Daizee, Tursus, Ares, Claudio, Delirious and Donst are all missing as well.
Claudio we know is gone to FCW, and Daizee's out for a while. It looks like Ares is leaving, but I doubt that Tursus and Donst are going anywhere. Delirious, I have no idea on, but I wouldn't think that he's leaving either.
I think that Quack is either going to make a Rudo turn next season or he's taking some time off to heal up (I think that he's had some back issues, but I could be wrong). Either way, I hope that he's not really retiring. Losing him and Claudio in the span of a couple of months would be tough for Chikara fans to swallow.

The latest Chikararmy newsletter said that someone was wrestling their last match for Chikara at High Noon. I assummed it was Ares, but could have been Quack. I highly doubt he misses the 10 anniversary show in May. But I do like the idea of him popping up ala the Undertaker at just a couple shows a year. I'm thinking come early 2012 we will hear from Quack...and that he is pissed at the Chikara fans for rooting against him at High Noon.

On the Grizzly Bear Egg Cafe he's talked about the back surgeries and that he wears a fairly big ankle brace. I doubt he's retiring though. He tried that once before due to his back and he was wrestling again. I think he might be taking an extended leave of absence to heal up.

Wow I didn't even notice Tursas and Donst were off the roster. Jakob is gone too so I def see this as some kind of storyline. Maybe the impression is the BDK was finally destroyed with Claudio leaving and Ares losing to UMB at High Noon. I'm almost positive I heard Ares was done with wrestling. Probably Daizee for the foreseeable future also. Is it possible this is all a swerve, and that Quack returns in season 11 as the new leader of the BDK along with Tursas, Donst and Jakob? That would be incredible. I could see him leading BDK in an effort to destroy the very fed he created as payback to all the fans who cheered against him at High Noon. Damn, now that I think of it that actually makes a lot of sense.

A Heel Quack would actually be pretty awesome and be a good chance to elevate some new technicos.

Sinn Bodhi is also missing from the roster page. This change is really for the best. Fans love the Batiri...but dont really care for Sinn Bodhi...plus his travel costs are a bit high for what you get.

CHIKARA fans adore Quack, would it really be that easy for him to go rudo? Absolutely. He can easily be the jaded veteran that is upset at the fans turning on him in favor of Kingston. Sometimes the best heels are the ones that are first the biggest faces.
