Anyone know what game year this is supposed to fall under? It's up to you, Promoter! Seriously though, there is not one specific game year that this card is directly attached to. It was designed to be used some time into the "Massif era" any time you see fit. For example, you could use this card in 2090 when the character upgrades first start happening, or maybe use it right around the year (which escapes me) when the official Massif card is retired. Maybe you debut Massif Prime when he gets involved in his first main event feud or turns heel or if he wins gold. Really, these Alt. Universe cards are meant to be sort of vague and open-ended in terms of when and how they're used.

The reason I ask is because of the Add 1 and the - 5 PW.
Chaos was first guy ever to have - 5 power in 2092.
Vengeance was the 1st guy to ever have an Add - 1 and that was in 2096.
Massif left the GWF in 2095.
I'm a stat freak. I'm just wondering how these things were taken into consideration when he was statted.
This would technically make him the 1st guy ever to have an Add 1 based on the year he retired. I was wondering if the intent was for him also to be the 1st guy w -5 power? Since his prime seems to fall right around 2090-2092.
Massif Prime vs. Chaos seems like a must have match.

Right on.
There was definitely no intent for this card to usurp any legendary status of other GWF characters or to rewrite game rule history.
That'd be impossible anyway since Massif Prime obviously falls under the "Alternate Universe" banner.
BDS can answer for certain because he did the stats, but I'm pretty sure this card was likely designed with 2096 game rules in mind (as it'd be the year in which the "official tenure" of the original/official Massif card ended).
But like I was saying, I'd like to think that the Promoter can debut Massif Prime earlier (or later, I guess) if they wanted to.

Massif Prime exists outside of established GWF canon; there's no real debut year for him, since he never actually existed in the GWF. He can be used whenever someone wants to use him, which is the point of the AU promoter cards. As for the intent of the card, my vision for it was somewhere around the mid to late 2090s, like Kris mentioned. Massif doesn't retire, ages a bit, slows down a step, and puts on muscle mass. Figure he was in his mid 20s or so in 2087, so that puts him right around mid 30s for the idea I had in mind for the card; that's a good age for an established main eventer NOW, let alone 80-plus years from now. Mark Henry, probably Massif's best modern comp, is 40, and John Cena's 34. That also would have put Massif in his 50s when he became commissioner, which makes sense to me. In a perfect world of AU character progression, there'd have been a step in between Massif and Massif Prime. However, we only did the one card, because the goal's just to make a fun "what if?" take on a GWF character and not necessarily make something that slots perfectly into GWF history, either from a chronological or statistics perspective. There definitely wasn't an intent to usurp any firsts, though, both from a timing perspective and from the whole canon thing. Also, Chaos would eat him for breakfast. Now for those who made it this far through my post, I'll reward you by suggesting that you re-read the first sentence in Comic Book Guy's voice.
