A selection of recent matches...
The Age Of The Fall v The Young Bucks
A match of speed and precision moves. The Bucks had the better of the early going but Black & Jacobs turned it around when Nick Jackson missed a flying dropkick. The tag was made to Black who really should have gone for the pin after giving Nick a good beating. After wasting time posing to the crowd, Black was double-teamed then put away with More Bang For The Buck!
The Heavenly Bodies v The Steiner Brothers
Tom Prichard whipped Rick Steiner into the ropes but was met with a vicious Steinerline. Jim Cornette interfered to give his team the advantage, and when Lane put Rick down with an enzuigiri, Scott entered the ring to break up the pin. The referee disqualified him for it.
Sara Del Ray/Sherri Martel/April Hunter v Ida Mae Martinez/Trinity Denucci/Daizee Haze
An entertaining bout. Ida Mae's team were slightly better and they gave Sherri Martel a tough time all evening. But Del Ray won it for her team. Using her superior strength, she nailed Martinez with a German suplex then finished her with a Butterfly Powerslam.
Ted DiBiase v Eddie Kingston
A very entertaining bout. DiBiase, hoping to make short work of it, was constantly frustrated by The New Yorker's resilience. Both wrestlers came close with pin attempts until Virgil interefered and his "master" caught Kingston in a suplex to score the pinfall.

UPDATE : With the release of Legends Originals, I tend to reactivate my fed. I must apologise to those who were following it for my recent inactivity.
Anyway, since I love the seaside, the NMW will be touring all the holiday destinations across the UK that I have fond memories of and more. Stay tuned!

Hey folks, a recent card...
Card 115 Primrose Valley Holiday Village Filey, England
The Midnight Express v Eddie Kingston & Mike Quackenbush
Eaton & Lane began as expected, double-teaming the newcomers with spectacular moves. However, when Quackenbush avoided a turnbuckle rush and tagged in Kingston, the unexpected happened. Kingston went beserk, nailing Lane and Cornette off the ring apron before pinning Eaton with a lariat. Major upset!
Claudio Castagnoli v Don Leo Jonathan
Jonathan dominated in a one-sided affair but took way too long in putting the Swiss away. He almost paid for it, missing two rushes into the turnbuckle, allowing Castagnoli to roll him up for a pin attempt. Finally, he pinned the Swiss star with a Mormon Swing.
Adrian Street v Arik Cannon
Street overpowered Cannon for long periods, eventually putting him away with a crucifix. Street was later spotted at the bar, drinking and chatting with members of the holidaying public!
The Love Brothers v D'Lo Brown & Al Snow
This match swung to and fro, with Brown & Snow frustrating the hippies. Neither team managed to execute a finisher; Brown hit Reginald with a sky high as the bell sounded for a time-limit draw.
NMW Junior Heavyweight Title - John Pesek v Tiger Mask
Many wrestlers grumbled over the fact that Pesek debuted straight into a title match, but the Commissioner was impressed with his credentials and decided that Tiger Mask needed a stern challenge. Mask began strongly, Pesek kicking out of a Tiger Suplex. Pesek's wrestling ability began to shine and proved too much for the Japanese sensation, forcing him to submit to a crushing toehold. A new champion and an amazing debut!

Card 116 Primrose Valley Holiday Village Filey, England
The Missing Link v Al Snow
Snow didn't quite get his game going against the menacing madman. Unable to mount any offence, Link nailed him with a chair and tossed him outside the ring. Once outside, Link laied him out with a powerbomb for a simple countout victory.
Maurice Tillet v D'Lo Brown
An exciting bout. The action flowed as both men gained the upper hand at different times. Tillet made a massive mistake not going for a finishing hold, and this allowed Brown to weaken him with a few LoDowns. A swinging sideslam finished off Tillet.
Steve Corino v Bruiser Brody
Corino attacked before Cappetta finished the announcing but ran into two consecutive one hand body slams. Brody stamped his feet before nailing Corino with a crushing kneedrop to score a pinfall.
Brodie Lee v Yukon Eric
The big Alaskan made easy work of Lee, smashing him back and forth into the turnbuckles before pinning him with a well-executed Woodman's chop.
Bob Roop v The Destroyer
Roop was determined to perform to impress in his debut and his opponent matched him in a pleasing match. The Destroyer kicked out of a shoulderbreaker and caught Roop in a sleeper but he reached the ropes. Roop lunged at a grounded Destroyer with a flying kneedrop but missed, injuring the knee. This gave The Destroyer the cue to slap on his figure-four leglock to pick up a submission win.
And we shall have more matches next time, folks!

It's Time To Survive!
Hello folks, and welcome back to the NMW. My fed has been active over the recent months, just myself having neglected to report it. Shame on me!
Anyway, it's November and you know what that means, don't you? Survivor Series time! Tagteam elimination matches have always been my favourite attraction and there is no way the NMW is going to miss out on this!
The card is not quite in concrete yet, but there will be, along with tagteam elimination matches, a ladies tagteam match and very possibly, an elimination chamber match!
More details about all this very soon. Don't go away!

Ok, two matches have been confirmed for Survivor Series.
Firstly, all five members of The Age Of The Fall (Jimmy Jacobs, Tyler Black, Brodie Lee, Delirious and Necro Butcher) go up against Rob Van Dam, Sabu, Bryan Danielson, D'Lo Brown and Al Snow. Should be a classic!
And secondly, Larry Sweeny and his quartet of Brent Albright, Chris Hero, Adam Pearce and Ultramantis Black take on the team of Arik Cannon, Eddie Kingston, Mike Quackenbush, Erick Stevens and Drake Younger!
More announcements on the way, folks. Watch this space!
