Fellow Promoters and Fans of C4!
In the past week, I went out of town with my wife for our 1st anniversary, visited some friends up north as part of said anniversary, and started a new, closer to home, better paying job. As a result I was not able to do my weekly C4! card, and for that I apologize.
One thing I pride myself on when presenting my fed is continuity, and with two interruptions in the past month, I feel as if I've ruined that. So, while I will continue to run my C4! fed, there will be a "storyline" change to the roster and the championships coming, to kind of start things fresh and restore continuity to my fed. I will also be using some of the great ideas from some of you fellow promoters and running my fed as a business. Thanks to Graymar, Brian Cahill, Barnestormer, and Cernunnos for their great business ideas. I will be using a combination of all of their ideas to run my fed.
Stay tuned folks, I think C4! is going to get more interesting.
Sincerely, elscotto
RIP Ox Baker - Loved his appearance on The Price Is Right in the early 80's

C4! Blast Zone - Thursday 10/23/14
We are in the offices of C4! Wrestling where we join Mark Lowrance, Steve Austin, and Spike
MARK - A lot of fans wondering what's going on with C4! Wrestling lately, and we're here to answer those questions for you in this very special edition of Blast Zone. I'm your host, Mark Lowrance.
For the greatest wrestling fans in the world, there is a big change coming to C4! Wrestling with this Saturday's card, and really, to explain all this it should probably come from the owner himself, so let's turn it over to Spike SPIKE - Thanks Mark. Wrestling fans, I've tried to make a go of C4! with great wrestling action that you the fans deserve. But for some reason the TV ratings have not been where they should be so after conferring with the ownership group as well as Steve Austin, I've made some decisions. First of all, Jim Cornette and Tammy Lynn Sytch have been relieved of their positions as Commissioner. They both have been offered positions as interviewers at the same salary they were at before, which they have both accepted, and this makes me happy as I like both of them very much and feel they add a great deal to C4! With that said, Steve Austin has been offered the position of Commissioner for both Men and Women, which he has accepted. Steve will be ramping up the competition around here in his own special way, I'm sure, and I look forward to that.
Beginning next week, Gene Okerlund will be hosting Blast Zone, which is nothing personal or professional against you, Mark Lowrance, you're doing a great job, and I want to keep you and Paul Ellering together doing the Saturday night shows. Amber Gertner will continue to be our Ring Announcer. Now, I'm going to turn it over to Steve Austin, for he has some announcements to make. Steve.....
STEVE AUSTIN - Thanks Spike. As you can see here in the conference room, we have our current and former champions with us. Beginning Saturday, we will be resetting the Active Rosters for both Men and Women in an attempt to shake things up a bit. The bottom line is great matches, and our fans are not seeing great matches in their opinion, therefore, we are resetting the rosters. We are also resetting the titles. Each division will now have a World Title and a Secondary Title to fight for. At this time, as we are retiring the C4! Universal Heavyweight Title and the C4! Universal Women's Title, I'd like to have Spike present these keepsake belts to Rikidozan, Harley Race, and Rush for the men, and Strafe and Rhiannon for the women
(Spike awards all current and former champions a keepsake belt and shakes their hand)
All of you are invited to be a part of the roster, and if your number is called, you too can fight for the right to hold one of the new titles as well.
Finally, the rosters. I'm starting with a clean slate. Anyone that is on suspension is now off suspension. I'm told that everyone that was dealing with injury is now healed up and ready to go. Everyone's ready to kick ass and I am too. How about you Mark?
MARK - Oh yes, I'm ready, and it all starts this coming Saturday with...... SPIKE - That reminds me, I forgot something. Our Saturday night show will now be called C4! Firefight STEVE - Now that's a hell of a name, and THAT calls for a beer (Steve gets his cooler and passes beers around) MARK - Well alright then, for the last time on Blast Zone, I'm Mark Lowrance, for Steve Austin and Spike as well as our gallery of champions back here. Join me and Paul Ellering this coming Saturday night for C4! Firefight. Good night everybody!

C4! FIREFIGHT, VOLUME 1 - 10/25/14
(Aerial shot of Hara Arena to start the show as Mark Lowrance speaks)
You're looking at one of the grand old palaces of professional wrestling, the Hara Arena in Dayton, OH. A regular stopping point for Detroit's Big Time Wrestling in the 60's and 70's, it still stands today, housing Hamvention and the Dayton Demonz hockey team, among other things.
(We go inside Hara Arena to Mark and Paul)
Welcome to a new era of C4! Wrestling as we welcome you to the first edition of C4! Firefight. Hello again everybody, I'm Mark Lowrance alongside “Precious” Paul Ellering..... PAUL – You know how long it's been since someone called me that? MARK – No, I don't actually PAUL – Well, don't do it again (Laughs) MARK – Very well. Paul and I discussing the changes in C4! Before we went on the air, Paul, we have a new commissioner in Stone Cold Steve Austin who has promised to shake things up, and he has already done that, essentially resetting the active rosters without ignoring the previous champions as all of our former champions awarded with keepsake belts and invited to try for the new titles. PAUL – I talked to Steve earlier, and he seemed to believe that this would help shake up TV ratings a bit, I certainly hope so, he also believed that perhaps some new faces would give the viewers a reason to turn up again, and they seem to have done so, and let's face it, for the old crackerbox feeling you get being here inside Hara Arena, it can get quite loud when the crowd is sufficiently motivated, I can attest to that from wrestling here back in the 80's. MARK – As Paul stated earlier, Steve Austin, with Spike's blessing, has essentially reset everything, including our backstage interviewers, so let's go to “The Louisville Slugger” himself, Jim Cornette, along with Tammy Lynn Sytch, who are with Spike and Steve Austin now. JIM CORNETTE – Thanks Guys, Spike, let me start with you, letting Steve Austin run things around here, are you crazy? SPIKE – Yes I am as a matter of fact, thanks for asking STEVE AUSTIN – What he's trying to tell you is that he is indeed crazy for thinking outside the box, but that's where I come in. TAMMY LYNN SYTCH – What plans do you have for C4! Going forward? STEVE – Tough, kickass wrestling. We've got over 150 talents here tonight, both male and female, and we've invited all our fans to a big Stone Cold beer bash after the show tonight to meet and greet them, I'll be there too, we'll all drink a few beers, eat some good food, and mingle. I expect all of you there too, and that's the bottom line because Stone Cold said so. SPIKE – And Spike says so too JIM CORNETTE – There you have it folks, I think Spike's a little crazy, but hey, he keeps me around so he's not that bad, back to Mark and Paul. MARK (Laughing) – OK Jim and Tammy, thanks. PAUL (Laughing) – I've never known Jim to pass up free anything, he'll be there. MARK – As this is a roster reset, our fighters were picked in a blind draw and matched up at random. We've got some really intriguing matchups when you look at it, Paul. PAUL – HelSin VS Wolf should be a great one. You have two guys who are super intense, and when they collide, neither will give an inch MARK – I'm intrigued by King Kong Bundy VS Konnan. Konnan giving up 200 pounds, he will have to stay out of Bundy's way and bring him down to win PAUL – MsChif VS Rotunda is intriguing as well. MsChif the big hitter against Rotunda, one of the toughest women to bring down, let alone pin. MARK – And our main event, Antonio Inoki VS Curt Hennig, should be a classic. One thing that has not changed is our ring announcer, Amber Gertner, and she's in the ring right now.
PENNY BANNER VS DENISE STORM Penny takes the offensive right from the opening bell with headlocks and strikes. She steps it up with a flying forearm off the ropes and hits a Sunset Flip for a near fall. Denise reverses a knee slam and sends Penny to the ropes, but Penny with a running elbow on the rebound. Penny with a knee slam and dropkicks, then she sends Denise to the ropes, and Denise answers with a running elbow as well. Denise with a pair of snap suplexes and a reverse neckbreaker for a near fall. Denise goes for THUNDERSTORM, but Penny kicks out. Denise with a power slam. Penny blocks a chop, but Denise keeps the momentum and sends Penny to the ropes for a clothesline. Denise with a knee lift and suplex, and Penny is down. Denise with a chin lock. Penny escapes a body slam attempt and hits Denise with forearms. Penny with slams and a dropkick for a near fall. Penny with a top rope splash and a Boston Crab. Penny hits the SMALL CRADLE, but Denise kicks out. Penny with an airplane swing into a slam for another near fall. Penny immediately with another SMALL CRADLE and Denise escapes again. Denise is now cut. Denise with a SUNSET FLIP and again Denise escapes. Penny comes off the top rope but crashes and burns when Denise moves. Denise immediately hits THUNDERSTORM but Penny escapes. Fans are now chanting “This Is Awesome”. Denise suplexes Penny, sends her outside, and powerbombs her on the floor. Miraculously, Penny beats the count back into the ring, but she is visibly hurt, as is Denise. Denise immediately hits THUNDERSTORM and Penny has no answer. Time 11:19 – 5 stars. Fans give a standing ovation to both fighters as Penny manages to get to her feet.
MERCEDES MARTINEZ VS SIMPLY LUSCIOUS Mercedes starts with a punch to the face and her signature chops, and did not let up. Luscious was never able to get going due to Mercedes' offensive attack. Mercedes finished Luscious off with the FISHERMAN'S BUSTER at 4:01 – 3.5 stars. Luscious required assistance leaving the ring after the match.
LUFISTO VS TAICHI This was a brutal battle between two of C4!'s premiere strikers. Within the first five minutes, both ladies were brawling on the floor. The referees, to their credit, let them fight. This match spent a lot of time on the floor, with LuFisto hitting a powerbomb, and Taichi hitting a uranage. Taichi's brutal Muay Thai kicks would make the difference as they took their toll on LuFisto. After a final Muay Thai kick that cut LuFisto deeply, Taichi locked on an arm triangle for the submission victory in 6:50 – 4 stars. LuFisto was holding her arm after the match and complaining of pain, and would require assistance back to the dressing room.
MARK – An excellent opening segment, the ladies were holding nothing back. PAUL – Steve Austin and Spike have got to be happy about this.
JOHN PESEK VS US MALE For the first five minutes, neither fighter could gain advantage as they traded holds and counters. John then got the advantage and locked on the TIGER MAN TOEHOLD. USM rolled through and sent John out of the ring, then proceeded to whip him to the guardrail. Back in the ring, USM staggers John with a Missile Dropkick. USM hit the top rope, but John hit the ropes to send him flying to the outside. John went after USM with an Axehandle, but a well placed chair toss by USM hit John square in the face and caused USM's disqualification at 4:33 – 2.5 stars
ICARUS VS OX BAKER After a collar and elbow tie up of about 30 seconds, Icarus hit a Shiranui out of nowhere. Icarus then sent Ox to the ropes and confused Ox by repeatedly dropping down and letting Ox cross over him. After about three crosses Icarus hit Ox square in the face with a flying forearm. Icarus followed that up immediately with WINGS OF ICARUS for the victory in 1:35 – 0.5 stars. Ox was knocked out by WOI and had to be revived and helped from the ring.
HELSIN VS WOLF What most people thought would be a war between two rebellious brawlers turned into a very one sided match in Wolf's favor. Wolf used his agility and power advantages to negate HelSin's best offense, while wearing him down with smashmouth wrestling. In the end, it would be a Back Leg Sweep by Wolf that would get him the victory at 6:37 – 2 star
MARK – We're getting word from the dressing room at this time that Simply Luscious has been injured from her match with Mercedes Martinez. We also understand that LuFisto may have a hairline fracture in her arm due to the effects of the Arm Triangle by Taichi. Ox Baker also said to be seeing stars after being hit with Wings Of Icarus. PAUL – The action is very intense here tonight. Tough to hear about so many injuries so early, but that's the nature of the beast sometimes.
ATHENA VS CHEERLEADER MELISS After a brief lockup, Melissa sent Athena to the corner, but missed a corner charge, allowing Athena to roll her up for an immediate near fall. Athena then sent Melissa out of the ring and hit a slam on the concrete floor. Athena scored some more with strikes, then Melissa reversed a suplex and took over, hitting several slams and stomps to wear down Athena. Athena tried swinging the momentum back to her favor with a rope whip, but was dropped on the top rope by Melissa. Melissa then hit the KUDOH DRIVER for the win at 4:46 – 1.5 stars
ANGELINA LOVE VS RAIN Rain took the early advantage with knees and strikes, then on a corner charge to Angelina wiped out the ref accidentally. Angelina took advantage and tried to score a quick victory with a rollup. Rain and Angelina exchanged holds and counters for the next few minutes, then Angelina regained the advantage with a running forearm to the corner. Angelina began hitting suplexes and several Botox Injections, the last of which sent Rain to the outside. As Angelina went after her, she and Rain began brawling on the outside, which resulted in Rain's DQ when she would not follow the referee's instructions. Time 7:23 – 2 stars. After the match Rain tried sneak-attacking Angelina out of frustration, but Angelina hit the Botox Injection on the outside and left Rain laying.
KELLIE SKATER VS NICOLE MATTHEWS A great back and forth match by both fighters, with both attempting to win with hard hitting offense. A brawl outside the ring and tables used as weapons came into play as well. The end came when Nicole hit the VANCOUVER MANEUVER out of nowhere for the sudden win at 7:54 – 1 star.
BRODIE LEE VS KOKO B WARE It was the brawler vs the high flyer in this match. They spent the first minute jockeying for position, with Brodie fighting off Koko's power moves and Koko dodging Brodie's strikes. Brodie dodged a backdrop attempt into the BIG BOOT for the first near fall. Brodie began whipping Koko from corner to corner in an attempt to slow him down. Koko reversed a whip and sent Brodie to the corner, then flew into the corner and mashed Brodie with punches to the face, sending Brodie down. Brodie dodged a fistdrop and hit a knee and a shoulderblock to regain control. Koko reversed a whip and hit a running clothesline that staggered Brodie. Koko scored a near fall with a headbutt. Koko then hit a GHOSTBUSTER for a very close near fall, and it was clear that Brodie was hurt. Koko hit two more GHOSTBUSTERS for the win (and a major upset) at 6:41 – 2.5 stars
ABRAHAM LINCOLN VS DEATH KNIGHT II Abe and DKII spent the first couple of minutes jockeying for position. DKII took a brief advantage with a Knight Line and a suplex, but Abe dodged a punch and took over. Abe sent DKII to the corner and ate a pair of knees in the process. DKII then hit DEATH RIDE for a near fall. After trading stun guns across the top rope, DKII hit the COSMIC LANCE for another near fall. DKII then went to the top turnbuckle, but Abe caught him and threw him to the mat. Abe then applied an arm bar hold down and transitioned to a THROAT LIFT SLAM that knocked DKII cold for the win at 4:47 – 1.5 stars
KING KONG BUNDY VS KONNAN After some early jockeying, KKB got the early advantage with an elbow drop and a backbreaker. He sent Konnan to the corner and ate a kneelift for his trouble. Konnan sent KKB to the outside and flattened him with a bodypress. Konnan, showing surprising strength, got KKB up for a powerbomb, but seemed to hurt himself in the process. Bundy regained control with a shoulderblock, a corner whip, and a running clothesline that mashed Konnan. Bundy then bearhugged the hurting Konnan, then elbowdropped him for good measure. Konnan reversed the momentum with a reverse atomic drop out of the corner, but missed the followup elbow. Bundy then sent Konnan to the outside, then sent him into the guardrail. Bundy pushed a referee aside and was disqualified at that point. Time of match 4:32 – 1 star
MARK – Another report from the training room coming in, Death Knight II still seeing stars after taking that Throat Lift Slam from Abraham Lincoln, he's doubtful for next week.
LATASHA VS SHANN-RA A battle of evenly-matched fighters, and it showed, as neither fighter was able to sustain any type of lengthy advantage. Shann-Ra eventually wore down Latasha with her power and was able to score the win with the Bounty Skullcrusher at 8:09- 2.5 stars
MINISTER OF WAR VS ULTRAMANTIS BLACK Not much of a match thanks to MOW, who came out bludgeoning UB with forearms. MOW followed up with two rolling wheel kicks and the second of two AETHRAN MASSACRES won the match at 1:53 – 1.5 stars
MSCHIF VS ROTUNDA Against an opponent nearly double her weight, MsChif went right after Rotunda and scored two quick near falls in the first 90 seconds. MsChif kept up the pressure with offensive strikes, even scoring a sit out chokeslam at one point. Rotunda tried fighting back with an eye rake, but to little avail. MsChif went for a neckbreaker, which Rotunda reversed into a rope whip, then scored with a shoulderblock that flattened MsChif. Rotunda used a smothering sleeper and her mass in an attempt to wear down MsChif, then hit a choke slam on MsChif off the ropes. Rotunda sent MsChif to the outside, where a well placed punch thru the ropes caught Rotunda. MsChif quickly hit two more sit out chokeslams and followed that up with Gates Of Hell II for the pin at 7:14 – 1.5 stars
ANTONIO INOKI VS CURT HENNIG Great back and forth match that spent a lot of time out of the ring. Inoki would powerbomb Hennig outside the ring, then hit two ENZUIGIRIS and an OCTOPUS HOLD to win in 3:12 – 2.5 stars
MARK – Wow! I know Steve Austin wanted to ramp up the action, but what about this? PAUL – I know, right? We have four fighters injured, two by knockout, so if this is what he wanted, I would think he is happy MARK – We'll have more on the injuries and their replacements this Thursday when Gene Okerlund brings you Blast Zone this Thursday. Until then, for Paul Ellering, Jim Cornette, Tammy Lynn Sytch, and Amber Gertner, I'm Mark Lowrance. We'll see you next week for more Firefight. Good night everybody!

C4! FIREFIGHT - VOLUME 2 11/1/14
(The usual aerial view of Hara Arena with the Dayton, OH skyline in the background)
MARK LOWRANCE - The grand old wrestling palace known as Hara Arena in the northern suburbs of Dayton, OH, is once again the scene for another edition of C4! Wrestling for Saturday 11/1/14
(Shift to inside of arena) MARK - Hello again everybody, I'm your host Mark Lowrance along with the architect of the Legion Of Doom, that Wall Street wizard himself, Paul Ellering PAUL ELLERING - That's right Mark, and a much better introduction than last week, there may be hope for you yet! MARK (Laughs) - Well that's good to know! First of all we send our best wishes for a speedy recovery to our own Mean Gene Okerlund, who was under the weather this week and could not bring us Blast Zone. He should be back up and running this week. Paul, let's talk about last week, Commissioner Steve Austin trying to ramp up the competition in the first week of the roster reset last week, your thoughts? PAUL - The level of competition was definitely up, but as a result we had two knockouts and two serious enough injuries that we have two new fighters for each roster debuting tonight. Simply Luscious just brutalized by Mercedes Martinez last week, she'll be out six weeks with some rib fractures, then there's LuFisto, just busted wide open last week by the brutal kicks of Taichi, she's off this week and next week, she took twelve stitches at the hairline. On the men's side, Ox Baker still not passing concussion protocol tests, so he's out and currently week to week, and Death Knight II, whom we know wears a hard plastic mask, took a Throat Grab Slam from Abraham Lincoln which was delivered with such force his mask cracked in back and he was knocked cold, so he too is out. MARK - Their replacements are no slouches either. Allison Danger and the mysterious Vision on the ladies' side, and 6-10, 369 pounds of the big Massif and 5-10 280 pounds of Tanck on the men's side. Let's take a look at the kickoff matches, first, Allison Danger D. Vision at 619 with Shimmering Warlock PAUL - Allison controlling the match almost totally which made scoring the win that much easier MARK - In a great match, Athena D. Kellie Skater at 1254 with a Springboard DDT PAUL - That was actually the second time she used that in the match and it paid off for her. MARK - Penny Banner D. Rotunda at 244 with a Sunset Flip PAUL - Rotunda still having problems sustaining offense and Penny takes advantage MARK - Massif D. Tanck at 208 with a Head Butt PAUL - Though equally powerful, Massif exploits the size advantage and Tanck, who was giving up a foot, had no answer MARK - Brodie Lee D. Ultramantis Black at 248 with the Big Boot PAUL - Brodie spinning Black all the way around after hitting the boot flush in the face, and it looks like Black will be on the injured list as well MARK - Finally, Curt Hennig D. HelSin at 1307 with a Hennig Plex in a great match PAUL - Curt appeared to have this one in firm control but HelSin took advantage of a mental error and scored two near falls. Curt corrected himself and managed to score the win. MARK - Let's head up to the ring at this time where Jim Cornette and Tammy Lynn Sytch are with our #1 contenders.... JIM CORNETTE - Thanks Mark, and I never in my wildest dreams thought I'd interview Abraham Lincoln, who rattled Death Knight's brain last week after that Throat Grab Slam. Abe, tonight you have Icarus, who knocked out Ox Baker last week. ABRAHAM LINCOLN - Well, I cannot tell a lie, Icarus is a tough opponent JIM - Well Abe, Icarus is no Death Knight and some people are saying you got lucky! ABE - Mr. Cornette, please do not force me to demonstrate my Throat Grab Slam on you due to your insolence, OK? TAMMY LYNN SYTCH (Interrupting) - Jim, quit while you're ahead! Taichi, impressive showing last week against LuFisto, cutting her and putting her on the shelf TAICHI - Well, that's not my style really, but the kicks were working and sometimes that's how it goes. Cheerleader Melissa, it'll happen to you too. TAMMY - Your two #1 contenders currently, here with Jim and I, back to you Mark MARK - As they clear the ring, the lovely as always Amber Gertner enters, and it's time for action right now!
RAIN VS LATASHA A smashmouth match that spent a lot of time outside the ring. For the second time in two weeks, Rain was disqualified outside the ring for ignoring referee's instructions. After the match, Latasha attacked Rain and they brawled all around ringside, forcing officials to pull them apart. Time of the match 5:59 – 1 star
SHANN-RA VS ANGELINA LOVE Shann-Ra dominated from beginning to end, totally overwhelming Angelina with offense and hitting the MACHETE to win in 3:18 – ½ star
NICOLE MATTHEWS VS MSCHIF A motivated MsChif was all over Nicole Matthews from beginning to end. Nicole's only chance in the match came when MsChif missed a corner charge and went flying out of the ring. Nicole stuck her head out too early and MsChif dropped her with a right. MsChif, after a lengthy beatdown, won with the second of two Standing Moonsaults at 7:21 – 1 ½ stars
US MALE VS KING KONG BUNDY For the first half of the match USM smartly controlled Bundy with speed and scientific wrestling. He would try to match power with KKB which would end up being a mistake. Bundy shook off a headbutt and nearly crushed USM with a Bear Hug for a near fall. From there a powerslam, several elbow drops, and another bear hug weakened USM enough for the AVALANCHE and the win at 5:32 – 1 ½ stars
JOHN PESEK VS KONNAN Pesek was a pit bull, attacking Konnan right at the bell and alternating between his wrists and his legs with submission holds. Konnan's defensive wrestling kept him in the match, but he continued to get weakened. Konnan's best chance came when he speared Pesek off of a rope whip for a near fall, then followed that up with the 187, which Pesek managed to escape. Pesek would not be denied, stunning Konnan on the top rope then locking on the TIGER MAN TOEHOLD for the victory at 4:29 – 3 ½ stars
KOKO B. WARE VS WOLF Koko was looking to pull off another upset this week, and went right after Wolf from the opening bell. As the match went on, Koko hung with Wolf every step, although Wolf got the better of him as the match wore on. Koko nearly scored the upset after rolling thru a flying bodypress, scoring a near fall, then snatching Wolf for a GHOSTBUSTER for another near fall. The end came when Wolf dodged a dropkick and propelled himself off the ropes. As Koko came up, Wolf blasted him with a Running Clothesline and scored the pin at 8:54 – 2 ½ stars. After the match, Wolf helped Koko to his feet and the two hugged, topping off a great match.
DENISE STORM VS MERCEDES MARTINEZ Mercedes went for it all early, hitting a right cross and the 3 Amigas for a near fall. Storm sent Mercedes to the outside, where they brawled for the next minute and a half. The end came when Storm sent Mercedes' head into the steel railing and the ref called for the DQ. Denise then attacked Mercedes, and as Mercedes was defending herself, she caught both Storm and the outside referee with a huge chop. It would take Steve Austin to stop the brawling, and although he commended Mercedes for defending herself, he fined Mercedes for striking the referee. Mercedes did make sure the referee was OK, which he was, and all ended relatively well. Time of match 1:54 – 1 ½ stars
ANTONIO INOKI VS MINISTER OF WAR A near total squash for MOW, as he bounces Inoki all over the ring with his vicious offensive attack. Inoki got in next to no offense, and MOW scored the win with the AETHRAN MASSACRE at 3:33 – ½ star
TAICHI VS CHEERLEADER MELISSA The match was fairly even the first two minutes. Taichi took advantage with a spinning backfist, but Melissa shook it off and hit body punches to pull even. After an elbow strike and a forearm, Taichi locked on a KNEE BAR, and every time Melissa escaped, Taichi locked it on again. Having hurt Melissa, Taichi utilized her brutal Muay Thai kicks, and like last week, severly cut Melissa to the point that she was a bloody mess. After a throw and some hammer fists, Taichi locked on an ARM TRIANGLE and Melissa tapped out at 6:04 – 3 stars
ABRAHAM LINCOLN VS ICARUS Icarus took the early advantage, keeping the match outside the ring and using the guardrails to hurt Abe, while avoiding DQ in the process. Back in the ring Icarus made use of a spear and a chokeslam, which set up two near falls. Abe dodged an elbow, hit the single leg, and nearly smothered Icarus with an effective front facelock. Abe transitioned to a hammerlock/bear hug combination and scored a near fall. Abe tossed Icarus out of the ring and scored a big blow with a powerbomb on the concrete. Back in the ring, Abe further weakened Icarus with a hammerlock, then transitioned to the THROAT LIFT SLAM for the come from behind victory at 7:48 – 3 stars
MARK – It's been another great night of C4! Wrestling PAUL – Yes it has Mark, and we're seeing some trends here. Rain has been DQ'd both of her first two matches, Taichi has bloodied her first two opponents severly, and Honest Abe Lincoln is sitting at the top of the men's ratings! How about that? MARK – How about that indeed! We'll leave you with highlights of Abraham Lincoln over the past two weeks and invite you to watch Blast Zone this Thursday night. For Paul, Jim, Tammy, and Amber, I'm Mark Lowrance – Good Night Everybody!

C4! FIREFIGHT - VOLUME 3 11/8/14
We are greeted with an aerial view of Hara Arena as Mark Lowrance begins voiceover
MARK LOWRANCE – One of the last great wrestling palaces still standing, the Dayton Hara Arena, and if these walls could talk about wrestling, they'd probably tell stories of Pampero Firpo, The Sheik.... PAUL ELLERING – The Road Warriors..... MARK – And countless other greats that wrestled here, and tonight, even more wrestling greats are here for another edition of C4! Firefight on FOX. Good evening everybody and welcome to C4! Firefight on FOX, as always Mark Lowrance alongside Paul Ellering, Paul, tonight's the night everyone needs to step up their game to secure their spot in one of the four title matches next week on our C4! On FOX special, entitled Impending Storm. Talk about the matchups tonight PAUL – Let's start with the ladies, MsChif V. Mercedes Martinez is two big hitters that just don't back down. To me, MsChif has a little more meanness to her, and I give her a slight edge for that reason. Shann-Ra will have a tough match with Taichi tonight. Taichi has been blasting her way thru the Ladies' Division with her brutal Muay Thai arsenal, severly bloodying both her first two opponents. I'm picking Taichi to win tonight and claim the Women's World Championship next week. Now let's talk about the men. Wolf takes on John Pesek in one top match tonight, we've not seen the Savage Face Claw yet, but Wolf's managed to win twice up to this point anyway. Abraham Lincoln somewhat surprisingly in the top spot, using that brute strength and his Throat Slam effectively, and putting out Death Knight II with it in the process. Abe is on somewhat of a tear right now, but he'd better not look past Minister Of War tonight. MARK – And speaking of which.......
In the locker room...... MINISTER OF WAR (Walks up to Abraham Lincoln) – It's entirely too bad, Mr. Lincoln, that you have to endure the Aethran Fight Club ABRAHAM LINCOLN (Scrunches face) – The WHAT? MOW – The Aethran Fight Club ABE – Thanks for clearing that up, I thought you said A—hole Fight Club (big audience pop) MOW – Oh my, a politician with a sense of humor ABE – Oh my, an a—hole with a bad haircut
MOW swings at Abe, who ducks, lifts MOW by the throat, and presses him against the locker.... ABE (While still holding MOW by the throat against a locker) – I cannot tell a lie, I'm sparing you defeat back here so you can experience defeat out there (big pop)
John Pesek jumps Abe from behind, forcing him to drop MOW, and the two try to double team Abe, until Wolf runs in and he and Abe run off MOW and Pesek. Without speaking, Wolf makes a claw and draws it across his throat. Abe makes a claw with his right hand and points at it with his left hand. They shake with their claw hands to a big pop then come nose to nose in a staredown.
MARK – Abe and Wolf looking to win tonight so they can meet each other next week for the inaugural World Championship PAUL – It ain't gonna be no cakewalk for either one of them, they best not overlook John Pesek and Minister Of War. MARK – And with that we go up to the always beautiful Amber Gertner for our first match.
ALLISON DANGER V ATHENA Athena was strong in the early going, punishing Allison with spinning kicks and a spear off the ropes. Athena pressed the advantage with a pair of clotheslines and went to the top rope, only for Allison to catch her and superplex her into the ring. Allison hit Dangerous Liaisons twice, but Athena regained the advantage with a kick to the head. Allison gained control for good with another superplex and hit Shimmering Warlock for the win at 6:51 – 1 ½ stars
CHEERLEADER MELISSA V PENNY BANNER These two fighters were so evenly matched, this was a back and forth war. While neither could hold any lengthy advantage, Melissa scored several near falls on Penny and busted her wide open on a table outside the ring. The end came during a ringside brawl when Penny was DQ'd for pushing a referee at 12:53. After the verdict was announced, Penny attacked Melissa and they brawled briefly, until Melissa flattened Penny with a right cross. Officials came to ringside and separated the two and Penny was taken to the back for medical attention – 2 ½ stars
DENISE STORM VS NICOLE MATTHEWS Another brutal back and forth battle that saw Nicole suffer a cut and minor blood loss. This match spent as much time out of the ring as it did inside of it. Each kicked out of the other's best moves the entire match. Denise scored the win by catching Nicole in a Russian Legsweep at 9:52 – 4 stars
ANTONIO INOKI VS CURT HENNIG For the second time in three weeks, these two put on a technical wrestling clinic. Holds were reversed and applied and escaped quickly, bringing the crowd to their feet. Hennig, perhaps realizing how quickly he was defeated in their previous meeting, hit a kneelift, a rolling neck snap, and a HENNIG PLEX in rapid succession to secure the victory at 6:07 – ½ star
KOKO B WARE VS BRODIE LEE Koko scored an upset win over Brodie two weeks ago, and Brodie was bound and determined not to let that happen again. Koko opened with a side headlock, and that was about it for his offense for the night. Brodie battered Koko inside and out with high impact offense throughout the match, as Koko was never able to get anything going. Brodie wins with the second of two BIG BOOTS at 7:56 – 2 stars
KING KONG BUNDY VS ICARUS It started out as total domination for King Kong Bundy as he rocked Icarus with punches and an Avalanche for a quick near fall. KKB continued overwhelming Icarus with his mass, but fell victim to a stun gun on a corner charge. Icarus had some success with strikes, but eventually KKB flattend him with two shoulder tackles, which set KKB up for another AVALANCHE and the win at 5:12 – 1 ½ stars
CHAMPIONSHIP CONTENDER MATCHES
MSCHIF VS MERCEDES MARTINEZ This was, as expected, an all out physical war. The difference maker in this match was the brutal chops of Mercedes, as they took something out of MsChif every time they were landed. Mercedes wins with her FISHERMANS BUSTER at 4:05 – 2 ½ stars
WOLF VS JOHN PESEK The story of this match was John Pesek's technical wrestling against Wolf's savage brawling. For most of the match, Pesek controlled Wolf with technical wrestling, and despite his numerous submission attempts, could not get Wolf to submit. Late in the match, Wolf turned it around and began effectively beating Pesek down, but as he was hitting his stride the bell rang, signifying a time limit draw which left both fighters frustrated – 3 stars
TAICHI VS SHANN-RA Shann-Ra took control early by exploiting her power advantage on Taichi. While attempting an airplane spin toss, Taichi landed on her feet and hit a Muay Thai kick, and at that point the match turned. A second Muay Thai kick sealed the surprisingly quick victory for Taichi at 3:20 – 1 ½ stars
ABRAHAM LINCOLN VS MINISTER OF WAR The crowd was definitely pro Lincoln, but this would be MOW's night, as MOW reversed an Ankle Pick into a Vengeance Spasm for a near fall, then immediately followed that up with the AETHRAN MASSACRE for the win at 1:52 – 1 star
MARK (On house PA system) – We're now joined at this time by Commissioner Steve Austin as well as C4! Owner Spike. Spike, another great night of action tonight. SPIKE – That it was Mark, no doubt, but now it's time to make a major announcement on next week's title matches. First of all, I just want to say that Mark and Paul do a great job bringing the action to our home viewing audience, don't you all think so? (Nice pop from audience). You are all such great fans, and one of the things you told us was that you wanted to see more titles to fight for, and I want you to know, we've listened. So with that in mind, it's time to announce our title matches for for C4!'s Impending Storm next week. First, of course the ladies, and to do the honors, C4! Commissioner Steve Austin (hands mic to Steve) STEVE – If you've seen great action tonight, gimme a hell yeah! (Crowd responds affirmatively). All right then, you've seen three weeks of serious ass kicking and now it's time to separate the men from the boys and the ladies from the girls. So, ladies first.......competing for the C4! Women's World Television Championship, it will be........Denise Storm..........against the warrior princess, Shann-Ra! (Nice pop). AND......for the C4! Women's World Championship, it will be first, the woman that has steamrolled all her competition up to this point......TAICHI (Big pop from audience)....going up against the hard hitting.......MERCEDES MARTINEZ (Another big pop). That brings us now to the men. First, fighting for the C4! World Television Championship.........the two that will get another chance to take out their frustrations on each other.......John Pesek (decent pop) and WOLF (Big Pop). Finally, for the C4! World Heavyweight Championship, it will be........from the Aethran Fight Club, Minister Of War (Mixed reaction)........going up against..........KING KONG BUNDY (Decent Pop, then audience starts chanting “King Kong Bundy”)
MARK – Paul, our championship matches are set, any early predictions? PAUL – For the women, I pick Denise Storm and Taichi, and for the men I pick John Pesek and King Kong Bundy MARK – We'll see you next week for this big card. Until then, for Spike, Steve Austin, Amber Gertner, and Paul Ellering, as well as C4! Staff and Management, I'm Mark Lowrance, saying Good Night Everybody!

C4! IMPENDING STORM - SATURDAY 11/15/14
As we see an aerial view of Dayton, OH, Mark Lowrance begins his voiceover
MARK LOWRANCE – As has happened so many times before, Dayton, OH, is the place to be for professional wrestling. And on this night, the male and female competitors of C4! Descend upon Dayton's grand old wrestling barn, the Hara Arena. Hara full of wrestling history, as well as concert and hockey history as well, and tonight on FOX, after the roster adjustment, we decide the new champions of C4! This is C4! Impending Storm, it's on FOX, and it's NOW.....
Panoramic shot of Dayton Hara Arena and the crowd as “Lose Yourself” plays.
MARK – Good evening everybody and welcome to this Saturday night, prime time edition of C4! On Fox. I'm Mark Lowrance, and alongside me as always the architect of the Legion Of Doom, the Road Warriors, Paul Ellering. Paul, for three weeks, we've watched fighters battle it out for the right to fight for the championships and it's now come down to this. Let's talk about the ladies first and specifically Taichi, who has just wiped out everyone she's faced and by some is considered the favorite in her World Title match with Mercedes Martinez PAUL – Well, I'll agree with you on one thing, she HAS wiped everyone out that has faced her, but I don't see her doing that to Mercedes. Taichi has her arsenal of muay thai kicks, but remember, Mercedes is a superb striker as well with her chop attacks. I see it as the lady who establishes dominance first will win the match and the title, but I also would not be surprised if they both fight each other to exhaustion. MARK – Talk about Denise Storm and Shann-Ra PAUL – It should be a great Television title match, I know what I said last week, but honestly, I can't pick a winner in this one MARK – Now for the men, Minister Of War going up against King Kong Bundy PAUL – The Aethran Fight Club is used to just bullying their opponents, and MOW is not going to do that to King Kong Bundy. If Bundy establishes dominance he's your new champion. For MOW to win he's going to have to be smart and patient. MARK – Which brings us to John Pesek and Wolf who wrestled to a draw last week PAUL – John has an advantage coming in, in that he kept Wolf tied up last week in holds he has not seen before, and Wolf was unable to counter them. If he does that tonight, John is your new TV Champion. MARK – Interesting edict handed down by Spike and Steve Austin prior to the broadcast tonight, basically a memo that implored all fighters to be on their best behavior tonight, and settle any and all of your differences in the ring. PAUL – And it took effect as of yesterday, let's look at this highlight from earlier today (footage rolls), here you have King Kong Bundy being brought to the arena in a limousine, he comes out, sees the Aethran Fight Club, but they do not try to attack him and he shares a stare with Minister Of War, but that's all that becomes of it. MARK – As always the crowd treated to kickoff matches to get them warmed up, so let's recap those at this time, first Angelina Love over Vision in 12:41 with Lights Out PAUL – Angelina dominating, but Vision was game, hitting Synchronicity twice but unable to put Angelina away, as she grinds out a victory MARK – Athena defeats Rain via DQ in 3:35 PAUL – Not sure what Rain's problem is, or was, three matches, three DQ losses, and she's now off the active roster, making room for LuFisto to return from injury next week MARK – Here's a shocker, Rotunda for the second week in a row winning, this time defeating Kellie Skater at 3:35 with The Fat Lady Sings PAUL – I'm very happy for her, as I've said all along, she had great defense but no offense, now it's starting to come together for her, let's hope it continues to do so as she faces tougher competition. MARK – HelSin over Chaos Supreme in 4:35 with the Exorcism PAUL – Chaos, a former main eventer, off to an 0-2 start as HelSin avoids elimination today MARK – Antonio Inoki over Konnan in 6:35 with an Enzuigiri PAUL – Antonio aggressive right from the opening bell, at some times almost hitting Konnan at will in victory. We're told Konnan may be injured, hopefully we'll know later MARK – Tanck over Koko B Ware at 4:13 with Tancked PAUL – The strongman Tanck on a tear in his first two weeks MARK – And with that it's time to head up to Amber Gertner for our first match
PENNY BANNER VS NICOLE MATTHEWS Penny dominates from beginning to end, allowing Nicole no offense whatsoever and scoring the win with a Small Cradle in 2:20 – 1 ½ stars
CHEERLEADER MELISSA VS LATASHA Melissa and Natasha battled to a time limit draw – 1 ½ stars
ALLISON DANGER VS MSCHIF This match ended up a double DQ after the referee disqualified both fighters for colliding with him – 1 star
US MALE VS ICARUS USM dominates from beginning to end, hitting SEIZE THE DAY, PEACEMAKER SLINGSHOT, and SEIZE THE DAY once more to win in 3:02 – 2 stars
CURT HENNIG VS MASSIF This match quickly became a Massif beatdown, yet at times Curt would escape only for Massif to take over again. Curt hung tough for over 10 minutes, suffering a deep cut on a piledriver. Curt would finally succumb to the VOLCANIC DROP at 12:24 – 3 stars
ABRAHAM LINCOLN VS BRODIE LEE Nice back and forth match. Abe would kick out of several BIG BOOTS and a hard corner whip. He had his best success, ironically, outside the ring, where a table smash and a guardrail whip served him well and helped even up the match. Abe takes the match with a THROAT LIFT SLAM for the come from behind victory at 4:52 – 3 stars
Steve Austin is in the ring
STEVE AUSTIN – If you've seen some great action gimme a hell yeah (Crowd responds)...Now then, it's time for the championship matches! (Crowd pop) Here's how it's gonna go! Your TV title matches will be a 20-minute time limit, and your World title matches will be a 30-minute time limit. For tonight, titles can be won by pin, submission, countout, knockout, or DQ. There MUST be a winner! If there is no winner, then that belt will be held up and contended for next week. That's how it's gonna go, and that's the bottom line!
C4! WORLD WOMEN'S TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP – DENISE STORM VS SHANN-RA A short, hard fought match. It started off fairly even and ended up out of the ring in a spirited brawl. Once back in the ring, the two fought evenly until Shann-Ra hit a charging Denise Storm with an elbow strike. The Huntress Claw weakened a stunned Storm, and Shann-Ra then hit the MACHETE for the pin and the championship at 3:42 – 1 ½ stars
C4! WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP – WOLF VS JOHN PESEK A short, brutal match that started with an eye gouge by Pesek, and ended up outside in a violent brawl. As Wolf seemed to be getting the better of the brawl, he was DQ'd for not following referee's instructions, giving the victory and the championship to John Pesek at 1:24 – ½ star – Before Wolf could do anything else, he was restrained by officials as Pesek ran out of the arena.
C4! WORLD WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP – TAICHI VS MERCEDES MARTINEZ Another short, brutal match that saw Taichi continue her incredible domination, as she dodged a leg sweep attempt by Mercedes, hurt her immediately with hammer fists, and took the match and the championship with the second of two ARM TRIANGLES at 1:32 – 1 star
C4! WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP – MINISTER OF WAR VS KING KONG BUNDY It started off as a King Kong Bundy beatdown, yet MOW slowly came back with high impact agility moves that caught Bundy off guard. Still, driven by the cheers of “King Kong Bundy”, Bundy would not quit. When he was able to corner MOW he was effective with power. It would be one mistake that would cost Bundy, as MOW dodged a bulldog and locked on a Torture Grip. KKB refused to submit and would end up blacking out to the point of convulsions. MOW takes the match and the championship at 13:21 – 3 ½ stars
MARK – What a night this has been – a draw, a double DQ, and two injuries, one in the World title match. Congratulations to Minister Of War PAUL – Bundy with nothing to be ashamed of, he's not used to hearing the fans' cheers, and I think that motivated him a little bit, as he was wrestling with purpose. MARK – Taichi just unstoppable right now, wouldn't you agree PAUL – Yes I would, I expected a longer match between her and Mercedes Martinez. She made sure that wouldn't happen. MARK – John Pesek using Wolf's aggression against him to great success PAUL – It worked like a charm, he drew Wolf outside the ring where his aggression and mean streak cost him the match MARK – And we can't leave out Shann-Ra PAUL – Short, brutal, and effective, what else can we say MARK – Gene Okerlund back from illness, and this Thursday the return of Blast Zone. We'll see you then with all the news on C4! Good Night Everybody!
