The crowd is electric for the introductions. Road Warrior Animal is in the corner of his partner and Morgan Dollar lets him stay. Savage breaks out a moonsault that shocks everyone in attendance and scores a huge near fall only seconds into the match (R6/P3). Savage follows with a piledriver and gets the three count (R3/P4) after only two moves!

There goes our chances for a Road Warrior vs Road Warrior matchup... So, now I'm hoping to see Hacksaw get past Animal... Getting close to the final!

Road Warrior Animal (11) v. Hacksaw Jim Duggan (19)
Road Warrior Hawk comes to the ring with Animal but Morgan Dollar sends him to the back. Handshake get the bout under way. Duggan goes into the ropes and Animal catches him with a charging clothesline on the rebound. Boot to the midsection is blocked and Duggan nails a spinning body slam. Animal is back with a blatant choke and Dollar lays in the count. Animal goes back to the blatant choke but Duggan counters and nails a vertical suplex for a one count (R10/P2). Duggan attacks with a back bodydrop and shoulder block that is countered. Three jumping elbow drops land but Duggan comes back with wild haymakers. Duggan sends Animal off the ropes and Duggan nails a wicked clothesline of his own. Duggan bounces Animal head first off the ringside table and nails a deathjump smash. FLYING SPEAR connects for a near fall (R7/P5). Duggan is on fire and takes to the top for a moonsault!!! The fans lose their minds! Animal is reeling. Duggan batters the Road Warrior in and out of the ring. FLYING SPEAR crushes Animal and gets the three count (R3/P6). Semi-Finals
Final Four Action is next . . . . Rob Van Dam (8) v. Pamero Firpo (21)

Really fun final four. I'd pick Savage against RVD but the way those dice are rolling could easily be Firpo vs Duggan.

Hacksaw Duggan executing a moonsault - That would be a glorious sight!
Upsets are groovy and all, but I'm going with RVD over Savage in the final... Loving it!

Semi-Finals
Rob Van Dam (8) v. Pamero Firpo (21) Firpo earns heat with a wild choke and takes the fight to the floor cracking Van Dam with a chair. A bloody Van Dam is nearly counted out (R8/P1). Back in the ring, Firpo gets caught on the top and tosses to the mat. Van Daminator connects and Firpo is also busted open. Van Dam quickly hooks the leg and advances to the finals (R4/P5)
