Rob Van Dam in the finals - awesome! No Animal vs. Hawk makes me sad. Even sadder was seeing Hawk job to Randy Savage via the piledriver in just two moves! The Hawk that I know would have popped up from that piledriver and went right at the "Macho Man". Oh well at least Animal had a better match against Hacksaw Jim Duggan. I am pulling for an RVD vs. Savage final but the way Duggan has been performing we could see him go all the way and take this thing.

“Macho Man” Randy Savage (2) v. Hacksaw Jim Duggan (19)
Savage sets the tone with a slap to the face that earns great heat. Back to back knee drops connects for a two count (R5/P3). Savage tosses Duggan to the floor and they tear it up risking disqualification. Duggan gets the best of the brawl. Savage comes back with a suplex and then a moonsault the lights up ringside. Savage steps up his attack with rope straddles and elbows to the head. Duggan gets rebounded into a huge back drop and the Macho Man goes to the top finishing Duggan with a FLYING ELBOW SMASH (R6/P7).
We started with thirty two and now there are just two left. Who will win the tournament?
Before tomorrow’s final encounter, I would just like to thank everyone who took the time to check out the action. The response once again this year has been awesome and the your feedback really keeps me coming back each year for another run.

A spectacular matchup on the way with two finalists that definitely deserve to be at the top... One thing I fear is that both of these men sometimes get carried away and it would not be unusual for this one to end in a disqualification... Going with the Whole F'n Show for the win... Can't wait!

Any chance for a No-DQ final? These two squared off in a tournament for me when I received the color set. RVD upended my reigning champion, Macho Man in an awesome match! Hope the match has the same amount of action and drama mine had.

Finals
“Macho Man” Randy Savage (2) v. Rob Van Dam (8)
The crowd is solidly behind Van Dam as the action gets underway but he struggles getting caught with an early tackle in the corner and elbow to the head. Running knee to back sends Van Dam outside where Savage cracks him across the back with a chair. Morgan Dollar only reaches a five count before Van Dam regains the ring (R7/P2). Vaulting neck snap looks impressive and sets up a running knee to the back that again spills Van Dam outside. Savage comes outside and attempts a piledriver but Van Dam backdrops Savage through the ringside table! Rolling Thunder in the ring. Savage reverses a whip to the corner. Savage tackles and slows the match with a grinding headlock. Quick jabs pick things up again and lead to a knee drop. Vaulting neck snap downs Van Dam and sets up a piledriver for a one count (R10/P4). Savage takes it to Van Dam on the floor and then tosses him outside for some more punishment. Van Dam has other ideas and clocks Savage with a chunk of the broken table. Van Dam goes to the top but gets tossed to the mat. Savage goes to the top and is joined by Van Dam. Van Dam gets pushed to the mat and Savage nails a deathjump smash. Vaulting neck snap and piledriver sends Van Dam to the floor. They trade blows on the floor. Savage slows the pace again with a grinding headlock. Van Dam’s punch to the head is blocked. Savage sends Van Dam into the corner and both men go for a clothesline and crash to the mat. Piledriver from Savage and Van Dam rolls to the floor. Savage comes outside and both men trade blows. Dollar comes outside and cannot regain control and calls for the bell. He has disqualified both men. The fight continues until security arrives to break things up. Morgan Dollar meets with the announcer and then Savage and Van Dam are declared co-winners of the tournament. Neither man is happy with the result.
Controversy!
Keep in mind that the match was contested with the level nine conclusive finish modifier from the Morgan Dollar Card. The disqualification rolls themselves were a “2” followed by a “3”. The dice had plans for the finish and I was not going to stand in their way.

Clearly the dice didn't want a winner in this tournament.

Co-winners!! Believe it or not, I like the finish. Sure would want a clear-cut winner but this seems like something from the wrestling realm, LOL. Good job with the tourney.
