Great card, Dustin. The whole Mutant bit was very entertaining. Enjoyed the write up and the new format. Looking forward to the next card. Thanks, Mondello. I hope I can deliver. You sure do!

GWF Friday Night Fury #7 Shrine of the Flaming Star
- Backstage, Wolf and Star Warrior enter Omega’s office. “We have to talk,” Omega says not-so-kindly.
1. Executioner defeated Vanity via HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE ~ There must have been something in the water at the Shrine of the Flaming Star; Vanity came out sluggish and quickly fell to the Executioner’s finishing maneuver, the HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE! After the match, Executioner proceeded to pound away at Vanity until officials charged the ring and pulled him off. Vanity, able to make it his feet, grabbed a microphone and burped, “Anybody have a drink ‘round here? HEY! What does a guy have to do to get a drink ‘round here?” As a result, Vanity was escorted out of the ring, apparently drunk out of his mind!
2. Commander Sam defeated Omega via Running Slingshot ~ The old GWF Fossils went at it pretty hard at first, but the crowd really couldn’t get into it at all, mainly because of Omega’s slow pace and series of botched moves that could have easily hurt Sam. However, Sam did everything to save the match, but he quickly realized he had to finish things up because Omega was about to have a damn heart attack!
3. Death Knight defeated Mutant via COSMIC LANCE ~ Mutant favored his leg throughout the match, probably due to the MASTERLOCK that nearly broke it last week! Mutant couldn’t get his game going, and his joy seemed to only turn to frustration. However, it was good to see Death Knight actually put on a good match and win for a change! Heck, Death Knight even did it without the help of his friends. Amazing!
- Backstage, Wolf and Star Warrior leave Omega’s office, eyeing each other down as they leave.
4. Star Warrior defeated Comrade Terror via NOVA LAUNCH ~ What a brutal, hard-hitting, fifteen minute match these two enemies put on. It got nasty quick, especially when the match spilled to the outside of the ring. However, Star Warrior took advantage of a lenient referee and smashed Terror’s face into the announcers’ table, breaking a computer monitor in the process! After that, Star Warrior rolled Terror back in the ring and finished him off with the most amazing finisher in the Galactic Wrestling Federation, the NOVA LAUNCH!
7. Space Croppers (Renegade) won the GWF Championship Battle Royal ~ What a battle royal the fans got to witness! Proteus charged at Invincible Krakan and was eliminated after a Backdrop sent him flying over the ropes! Exo-King eliminated Ghengis Khan with a Clothesline that sent him flying into the guardrail! Krakan tossed out Pulsar with ease! Krakan charged at Exo-King with a Spear, but King sidestepped and used Kraken’s momentum to throw him over the top rope! However, Wolf hit a Running Clothesline on King that sent him over! Wolf then went into a rage and hit a Vertical Suplex that dropped Beast Rider over the ropes! Killer Queen blasted Wolf with a Dropkick that sent him over the top! Renegade, sizing up Queen, charged and blasted him over the top! Finally, Pit Viper made it to his feet after being down most of the match. Both fighters got caught up in the ropes toward the end of the match. Pit Viper tried to hook his legs around Renegade’s neck to bring him over the top; however, Renegade lifted Pit Viper up by his torso dropped him over the ropes with a Powerbomb! Quickly, Beast Rider ran back to the ring and celebrated with his tag team partner as they were given the gold.
6. Thantos defeated Lord Nexus via Sleeper Hold ~ Lord Nexus opened the main event match like a derailed train, quickly dropping Thantos with a TITAN DROP. However, Thantos quickly jumped back, as he always does, and applied a Sleeper Hold. Lord Nexus tried to get to the ropes but failed. Nexus didn’t tap out, though! He fought the hold until he simply just passed out from lack of oxygen to his brain! After the match, Thantos took his belt and rubbed it in Lord Nexus’ face, working the crowd with all his evil heart. “Is their anybody in this federation that can beat me? Hahahahaha! I doubt it!” Thantos then closed the show by ripping up a Star Warrior sign that a small girl held in her hands.

The Space Croppers huh? Didn't expect that one, good for them. I've always been a bit of a Renegade mark.
I loved drunk Vanity!

I continue to be impressed by this fed. The format change is definitely working for you.
That last match was great stuff; I love to hate Thantos.
Hooray for Renegade! Renegade was my first GWF Champion, and I still enjoy cheering for the guy. Nice to see the Space Croppers get a little glory. May their reign be long!

glad to see that the space croppers won some gold in your federation. Hope they keep the titles longer than they did in my federation.
