Chuck Taylor with an impressive debut for the Assassin Team. The others not so much.

Maul delivered a solid close-out against Unlimited, though I got to give credit to Homage for surviving 5 MAULINGS before gong down.

Evil Dead destroyed Armageddon. Steele Freak almost saved his team again, but Leviathan shut him down.

Looking forward to seeing how Brodie Lee & Miss Black perform for Armageddon.

I like the interation between the athletes in the Press Conferences, it adds a depth of character. I know it can be a pain to write sometimes.

I really hope The Assassin's can pull it off. Nes Kincade is one of my top favorite COTG characters.

What can I say... Nes Kincade showed his team HOW TO GET IT DONE! I've always felt Nes was under-rated. He has always performed exceptionally well for me. Hence the reason he is my Avatar.

Scar made a statement as to whom is the best opener in the GBL with his second 6-0 run of the season; put some distance between him and Pandamonium.Sundragons are struggling and are free-falling; once the pre-season favorite to win it all - have now lost 3 in a row. Even a roster change at this point won't produce a playoff spot for them. Stick a fork in them cause they're done!

The Assassins are surging; have climbed three spots to #5! One step away from a playoff spot - did the Assassins make the change in time to grab one of the top four spots? These New Assassins have secured their jobs for the final weeks with a 3-1 start. Next week they get face the #3 ranked Marauders!

Bloodlust clinch the first playoff spot of Season 1 - no matter what happens the rest of the regular season they are locked in and will play for the GBL Championship!

Week 7
Danger did well in his return and Solstice has yet another dominate performance.

Bloodlust/Renegades was a very back and forth match. Dragonlord was correct, they shut Pandamonium down, and still couldn't get the job done.

In another surprise, Unlimited dominated the Marauders, with only two men entering the match.

DAMN! La Vuleta & Eddie Kingston kicked ass for their teams. Lavuleta nearly swept the Assassins on his own and Eddie turned around and did just that to Armageddon.


Week 8

Pandamonium was back in top form for this card taking out 5 guys before going down.

Not to be out done, Scar goes one better than Panadmonium this week, and totally sweeps the Renegades.

The Assassins are on a roll since the change over and score another victory. This should have been the team to start.
