Ring of Victory Battlefield episode 124: Mike Quackenbush & Eddie Kingston vs. The Young Bucks: The Young Bucks controlled the early goings but Kingston took over when Quackenbush made the hot tag. The end came when the referee lost control and disqualified the Young Bucks, awarding the match to Quackenbush & Kingston. Ricky Landell vs. Doctor Cube: Cube mauled Landell early on, hitting the Iconoclism twice. Landell made a meteoric comeback and beat Cube with the Fisherman's Buster. Chris Hero vs. Crossbones: Hero took a beating but managed to wear Crossbones down with the Rubick's Cube before getting the win with Hero's Welcome. It was announced that next week's card from Japan would feature Dustin lee vs. Jushin Liger as well as Drake Younger vs. The Sheik! Bryan Danielson vs. Erick Stevens: Danielson and Stevens wrestled a hard-hitting match. Stevens dumped Danielson on his head a number of times but the former Ring of Victory Grand Champion wouldn't give up. Danielson wore Stevens down and locked on the Cattle mutilation for the win. Brent Albright vs. Arik Cannon: Albright avenged his loss last week, mauling Cannon and getting the win with the Half Nelson Suplex. Curt Hennig vs. Tyler Black - Ring of Victory Grand Championship: Black wrestled the match of his career, wearing Hennig down with repeated use of the Paroxym, then hitting the Phoenix Splash twice. Black had Hennig defeated, only to have John Pesek leap from the crowd and drag him out of the ring as the referee was about to count three. Hennig recovered and hit the Hennig Plex for the win. next week from Japan: - Quackenbush & Kingston vs. The Young Bucks

Ouch Hennig was better then Black on that night, too bad Stevens lost to Danielson, excellent event none the less...

Ring of Victory Battlefield episode 125 (from Japan): Mike Quackenbush & Eddie Kingston vs. The Young Bucks: Quackenbush and Kingston were dominated by the Young Bucks. Matt hit More Bang for Your Buck on Kingston for the win. Claudio Castagnoli vs. Antonio Inoki: Claudio scored two near falls in the opening minutes with springboard European Uppercuts. Inoki bounced back, hitting the Enzuigiri for a near fall. Claudio regained control and hit the Ricola Bomb for a near fall. Inoki got to his feet, only to be nearly knocked unconscious with a roaring European uppercut. Inoki managed to get a foot on the ropes. Claudio hauled him to his feet and Inoki slapped on the Octopus Hold. Claudio made it to the ropes, only to be hit by another Enzuigiri. Inoki covered Claudio for the three count. After the match, Inoki helped Claudio to his feet and the two men shook hands to the delight of the crowd. Dustin Lee vs. Jushin Liger: Liger dominated Lee, getting the win with the Shooting Star Press. Drake Younger vs. The Sheik: Younger controlled most of the match, busting the Sheik open and getting a near fall with Drake's Landing. Younger threw the Sheik to the floor and the madman from Syria took over, opening a gruesome wound on Younger's forehead with a foreign object. The Sheik worked on Younger, hitting the elbowdrop. Younger struggled to his feet, only to get hit in the face with a fireball! Younger went down, clutching his face, and the Sheik rolled him up for the pin. Brent Albright vs. Giant Baba: Albright started the match as the agressor but his attacks had no affect on Baba. Baba went on teh offensive and scored near falls with the Russian Legsweep and the piledriver. Albright made a comeback and hit the exploder suplex for a near fall. Baba rebounded and nearly rendered Albright unconscious with the bear hug. Albright made a comeback but it was short-lived and Baba locked on the bear hug again. Baba whpped Albright to the buckles and charged. Albright moved out of the way and hit the Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Baba got to his feet and tried to clothesline Albright but Albright locked on the Crowbar! Baba reached for the ropes.... Baba couldn't reach the ropes and tapped out! Albright gets the win via the Crowbar on Giant Baba! Steve Williams & Erick Stevens vs. Rikidozan & Bryan Danielson: Stevens and Danielson started out. Stevens hit the Doctor Bomb and tagged in Williams. Williams mauled Danielson, hitting the lariat for a near fall and almost getting the win with the Oklahoma Stampede but Rikidozan made the save. Danielson made a comeback and knocked Williams senseless with the Yakuza kick. Rikidozan got the hot tag and busted Williams open with repeated THunderous chops. Rikidozan covered Williams but Stevens made the save. Williams made the tag and Stevens hit the Sarasota Screwdriver, only to have Rikidozan make a comeback and nearly knock him unconscious with the Thunderous chops. Williams made the save and even the odds, levelling Rikidozan with lariat. Stevens hit the Doctor Bomb on Rikidozan but Danielson made the save. Stevens tagged Williams back in and Rikdiozan chopped him down before making the hot tag to Danielson. Danielson locked the Cattle Mutilation on Williams but Williams got to the ropes. Williams threw Danielson out to the floor and tagged in Stevens. Stevens and Danielson brawled all over the ring area. Danielson took control and rolled in Stevens. Danielson locked on the Cattle Mutilation but Stevens refrused to tap. Danielson hit the Yakuza kick and locked on the Cattle Mutilation a second time for the win. The two teams shook hands and Stevens and Williams left ringside. The referee was raising Danielson and Rikidozan's hands when the lights went out. When they came back on, Tyler Black and the Ring of Victory Tag Team champions Jimmy Jacobs and Brodie Lee were standing over Danielson and Rikdozan, both men bleeding profusely from shots with the railroad spike. The normally subdued Japanese crowd was in shock. Jacobs got on the mic and said they deserved to be in the main event and dared Rikidozan and Danielson to face them next week! next week: - Quack & Kingston vs. Young Bucks for a shot at the RoV Tag belts

Ring of Victory Battlefield episode 126: Mike Quackenbush & Eddie Kingston vs. The Young Bucks: Quack and Kingston dominated the Young Bucks. Kingston got the win after nearly knocking Nick unconcsious. Quack and Kingston have secured another shot at the Ring of Victory tag team titles! Claudio Castagnoli vs. Drake Younger: Claudio mauled Younger, getting the win with a Ricola bomb followed by a crossbody from the top. Steve Williams & Eric Stevens vs. Steve Corino & Adam Pearce: These two teams wrestled a hard-hitting match. Williams hit the Backdrop Driver twice on Corino and Corino hit Williams with two brutal chairshots. Stevens hit Doctor Bombs on both Pearce and Corino. Williams got the win after an Oklahoma Stampede on Pearce. Brent Albright vs. Dustin Lee: Albright dominated Lee, hitting the Exploder followed by the Crowbar for the win. After the match, Albright got on the mic and challenged Curt Hennig to a title match. Hennig came out on the entranceway and said Albright wasn't in his league and he'd be dealt with the same way as Tyler Black. Tyler Black vs. John Pesek: Black and Pesek pulled out all the stops. Black got a near fall with the Paroxym and Pesek took over, tying Black into knots. Pesek wore Black down using the Double Wrist Lock and the Tiger Man Toe Hold. Black made a comeback and hit the Enzuigiri out of nowhere for the win. After the match, Black got on the mic and challenged Hennig to a rematch for the Ring of Victory Grand championship. Hennig came out on the entranceway once again and said the Perfect Trio would end Black's career one way or another. John Pesek got to his feet and attacked Black from behind. Black was on the verge of gaining the upperhand when the One Man Gang came from the crowd and attacked. Hennig ran down to ringside and the three men triple-teamed Black until Brent Albright ran down to the ring, carrying a steel chair. Albright sent the heels scurrying after pelting them with chairshots. Jimmy Jacobs & Brodie Lee vs. Rikidozan & Bryan Danielson - Ring of Victory Tag Team titles: Lee and Rikidozan started the match, knocking each other senseless with brutal strikes. Rikidozan busted Lee open with the Thunderous Chops while Lee nearly took Rikidozan's head off with Big Boots. Rikidozan tagged in Danielson and the former RoV Grand Champion went to work, locking on the Cattle Mutilation, only to have Jacobs make the save. Lee made the hot tag to Jacobs and Danielson mauled him, busting him open with a series of MMA strikes and locking on the Cattle Mutilation. Lee broke up the pin and the referee quickly lost control, disqualifying the tag team champions in their twelfth title defense, making Lee & Jacobs the longest reigning Ring of Victory Tag Team champions of all time. The four men continued battling as the show went off the air. next week: - Williams & Stevens vs. Young Bucks

The Perfect Trio....I like! Feel free to use it. I had the idea around the time Originals came out but it's taken me a while to work The Perfect Trio into the mix. Hennig choking when he came to RoV set it back a few months.

Ring of Victory Battlefield episode 127: Steve Williams & Erick Stevens vs. The Young Bucks: Williams and Stevens destroyed the Young Bucks. Williams hit four Backdrop Drivers on Matt before Stevens scored the win with the Samoan Drop. Larry Sweeney entered the ring and said Sweet and Sour International would be closing its doors... for restructuring. SSI would return in six to eight weeks, whenever he gets the talent he has his eyes on locked down. Delirious vs. Chuck Taylor: Delirious scored a much needed victory over Chuck Taylor, winning with Shadows Over Hell. Claudio Castagnoli vs. Dustin Lee: Castagnoli defeated Lee easily, wearing him down with European Uppercut variations before getting the win with the scissors kick. Bryan Danielson vs. J.D. Michaels: Danielson was en route to a victory over Michaels when Jimmy Jacobs showed up at ringside. Danielson and Jacobs got into a brawl, resulting in Danielson being counted out AND busted open with the railroad spike. Rikidozan vs. Brodie Lee: Lee dominated Rikidozan in the opening minutes, throwing the Father of Puroresu alll over the ring. Lee hit the Big Boot five times but couldn't keep Rikidozan down. Rikidozan pelted Lee with overhand chops and got the win with the Hiplock. After the match, Jacobs and Lee attacked Rikidozan until Danielson, forehead bandaged, ran them off. It was announced that when RoV returns to Japan in three weeks, Danielson & Rikidozan will meet Jacobs & Lee in a Texas Death match. If Lee & Jacobs are still champions, the title will be on the line! Tyler Black & Brent Albright vs. One Man Gang & John Pesek: The main event barely got underway before One Man Gang threw Brent Albright to the floor and gave him a face first suplex through a table. Abright couldn't return in time to break the count and was counted out. next week: - Tyler Black vs. One Man Gang
