Thanks for reading, guys. I'm really enjoying these last few shows too. Chris Hero is stepping up and Gotch-Hackenschmidt is going according to plan. I had the Hero-Claudio angle in mind months ago but the Kings of Wrestling wouldn't drop the belts.

Ring of Victory Battlefield Episode 50 - Victory or Death! The Armstrongs lost a heated match to Thunder & Lightning after Quackenbush pinned Bullet Bob following a tiltawhirl backbreaker to open the show. Delirious lost a brutal match to Ox Baker after two devastating heart punches. Delirious had to be stretchered out. Konnan beat Diamond Dallas Page by DQ after a brawl on the floor. Claudio Castagnoli lost to Chris Hero in a competitive match after Hero's fourth Hero's Welcome. After the match, Hero badmouthed Claudio until Claudio whipped him into the ropes and hit him with a scissor kick to the face. Frank Gotch beat George Hackenschmidt in their first RoV meeting with the Gotch Toe Hold. Hack started strong but Gotch took control after countering a neck crank, locking on the crossface with armbar before getting the win with his signature hold. Gotch nearly locked the Gotch Toe Hold on Jim Cornette after the match but Hackenschmidt dragged his manager out of the ring. As Hackenschmidt left the ring with Cornette, Gotch got on the mic and said they'd meet again soon. RoV Tag Team champions the James Gang beat the Heartbreak Express in a tables match with the spike piledriver. During the course of the match, B.G. went through one table and Phil Davis through three. In the main event, RoV Grand Champion Strangler Lewis beat Drake Younger with the Strangler's Headlock to retain. Younger once again couldn't keep the champion down. Lewis even gave Younger some of his own medicine on the floor when he choked him with a strand of barbed wire. The show faded to black as a bloody Strangler Lewis hoisted the RoV Grand Championship belt overhead. in three weeks Ring of Victory will return: - Which stars are leaving?
- What legendary tag team will be taking Ring of Victory by storm?
- Who will emerge as the next challenger for the RoV Grand Championship?

I can see DDP leaving, but will he leave behind his group... Legendary Tag Team, could be very interesting to see whom it is and if they can take the RoV by storm... I'm picking KONNAN to challenge for the Grand Title... Really excellent action from RoV!
