Three big title matches plus Generico and Steen take on SCUM in Kentucky!
Despite a losing effort against Bryan Danielson last time out, Homicide impressed the ROH World Champion Samoa Joe. So much so that the champion decided to give Homicide a shot at the World Championship. This is Homicide's first shot at the gold since Revolution: USA when he was defeated by the first ever champion Roderick Strong in Roddy's first ever defense. Can Homicide dethrone the Samoan Submission Machine?
En route to his ROH World Championship match, whenever that may be, Bryan Danielson is looking to pick up the ROH Pure Wrestling Championship from Eddie Edwards. Edwards has been champion for an incredible fifteen cards and amassed nine successful defenses making him by far the most successful Pure Wrestling Champion to date. However, in Louisville, "Die Hard" faces the man who claims to be the Best Wrestler in the World.
Caprice Coleman and Cedric Alexander have been building momentum not just in ROH, but around the wrestling world waiting for a second chance at Future Shock. Fortunately for them, they will get that second shot when they take on Future Shock in Louisville! This should be a big test for Coleman and Alexander as Future Shock are coming off an all time classic victory over The American Wolves.
El Generico and Kevin Steen have turned their past hatred for each other into an uneasy friendship with one goal in mind: Eliminating SCUM from Ring of Honor. Steve Corino hasn't been seen in months but in his place, Jimmy Jacobs has brought back Rhino. Last time out, El Generico was unmasked after he and Steen lost a first blood match. After that act of cowardice on the part of SCUM, Nigel McGuinness made a rematch for Louisville. Jacobs and Rhino vs. Steen and Generico and FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE!
Card #36: "Night of Champions": Louisville, KY: ROH World Championship: Samoa Joe (ch) vs. Homicide ROH Pure Wrestling Championship: Eddie Edwards (ch) vs. Bryan Danielson Third Anniversary Show Rematch for the ROH World Tag Team Championship: Kyle O'Reilly and Adam Cole (ch) vs. Caprice Coleman and Cedric Alexander Falls Count Anywhere Match: Kevin Steen and El Generico vs. S.C.U.M. of Jimmy Jacobs and Rhino

Three Matches Round Out Night of Champions in Louisville!
ROH returns to Louisville this weekend with a loaded card and we can now announce the final three matches for the show! In a huge singles match, former ROH World Tag Team Champion Jay Briscoe takes on one of the men he beat for the tag title, former ROH World Champion Davey Richards! Richards has had a less than winning record this year and is looking to take a big win here to get back in the title hunt, but Briscoe has also made mention to ROH officials about wanting a shot at Samoa Joe. This match could potentially determine who gets the next title shot at Joe!
The Young Bucks will return to ROH action in a special tag team match as they take on the team of Mike Mondo and Archibald Peck. Mondo and Peck recently beat the NWA Tag Team Champions The Tribe by countout and beat the Dynasty of Joey Ryan and Scorpio Sky, so they're no strangers to each other but neither are the Bucks! The Bucks just returned from a trip to Japan where they won the JWA Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Championship and have made it known that they want the next shot at the ROH World Tag Team Titles. Who gains the big win in Louisville?
Also signed for Louisville is a special Four Corner Survival where the winner will receive a future ROH World Championship shot. The winner will likely be first in line after Final Battle because Samoa Joe has challengers lined up through the end of the year! Who will get the first crack at the ROH World Champion as ROH enters its fifth year?
Card #36: "Night of Champions": Louisville, KY: ROH World Championship: Samoa Joe (ch) vs. Homicide ROH Pure Wrestling Championship: Eddie Edwards (ch) vs. Bryan Danielson Third Anniversary Show Rematch for the ROH World Tag Team Championship: Future Shock of Kyle O'Reilly and Adam Cole (ch) vs. Caprice Coleman and Cedric Alexander Falls Count Anywhere Match: Kevin Steen and El Generico vs. S.C.U.M. of Jimmy Jacobs and Rhino Jay Briscoe vs. Davey Richards The Young Bucks of Nick and Matt Jackson vs. Mike Mondo and Archibald Peck TJ Perkins vs. Michael Elgin vs. Mike Bennett with Maria and Brutal Bob vs. Roderick Strong

Card #36: "Night of Champions": Louisville, KY:
[PRESHOW] Samoa Joe is outside the building and says that tonight Homicide gets his second shot at the ROH World Title. Joe wonders why Homicide hasn't had a shot before now but says it doesn't matter. Homicide has the chance to become the World Champion, except he won't because tonight, Joe's Gonna Kill Him.
1.) The Young Bucks of Nick and Matt Jackson beat Mike Mondo and Archibald Peck in 2:14 with More Bang For Your Buck to Peck. [DUD] 2.) Davey Richards beat Jay Briscoe in 12:05 with the DR Driver. [***1/2] 3.) Roderick Strong beat TJ Perkins, Michael Elgin and Mike Bennett with Maria and Brutal Bob in 29:18 with the Sick Kick to Perkins. [***] 4.) Falls Count Anywhere Match: S.C.U.M. of Jimmy Jacobs and Rhino beat Kevin Steen and El Generico in 16:56 when Jacobs used a spear off the apron through a table on Steen. [****1/2]
[INTERMISSION] In his office, Nigel McGuinness announces that Kevin Steen has a separated shoulder and several other injuries from the Falls Count Anywhere match. Nigel says that Generico wants another go at S.C.U.M. and reluctantly, Generico will get that shot but only if he can find a tag team partner for the next show. Nigel says that Generico will have his wish and it will be a double dog collar match! [INTERMISSION] Roderick Strong is backstage and says that tonight he took a big step towards regaining the belt he never should have lost. Roderick says after he defeated Naoya Ogawa at Final Battle that he should have been given the first shot at Joe, but tonight Roddy proved that he's the best wrestler in ROH. Roddy ended the promo by sending a warning to whoever walked out of Final Battle as Champion, saying they would have the shortest ROH World Title reign ever. [INTERMISSION] A VTR plays announcing that at Glory By Honor IV, Katsuyori Shibata and Kazushi Sakuraba will return to ROH in singles action as Shibata takes on Adam Cole and in rematch from last year's Glory By Honor, Kazushi Sakuraba will once again take on Kyle O'Reilly! [INTERMISSION] A video plays for ROH's debut in Nashville for "Supercard of Honor" announcing that talent from TNA, New Japan Pro Wrestling, the WWF and ECW will be at the show before going to a promo from Rob Van Dam and Sabu which sees them challenge the American Wolves to a match on that show.
5.) Third Anniversary Show Rematch for the ROH World Tag Team Championship: Future Shock of Kyle O'Reilly and Adam Cole (ch) beat Caprice Coleman and Cedric Alexander in 16:29 when Cole used the Panama Sunrise on Alexander. [****] 6.) ROH Pure Wrestling Championship: Bryan Danielson beat Eddie Edwards (ch) via ref stoppage due to elbows at 28:17 to become the fourth champion. Edwards used all three rope breaks, Danielson used one. [****3/4]
[POST MATCH] Danielson gets the microphone and says ever since Survival of the Fittest, he's been asked when he was going to challenge for the World Championship. Danielson says he wants the World Title and he wants it on the biggest stage possible. Danielson announces his intention to challenge for the World Title at Final Battle IV and says he'll put his Pure Wrestling Championship on the line as well! Davey Richards makes his way out and tells Bryan he's not making it to Final Battle with that title. Richards challenges Bryan to a rematch of last year's Death Before Dishonor main event and Bryan agrees!
7.) ROH World Championship: Samoa Joe (ch) beat Homicide in 18:44 with the Muscle Buster. [****]
[POST MATCH] Joe waits around and says he's shocked that Kyle and Adam didn't come from the back like two scared little pussies and jump him like they have all year. Joe says that he's with Bryan on that challenge and that he wants the ROH World Tag Team Titles. Joe issues a challenge to Future Shock for the titles at Supercard of Honor in Nashville before the show ended.

Generico finds himself a Colt .45 to deal with SCUM, Danielson vs. Richards II is signed, Laughter7 to take on Future Shock in singles action and Joe will finally meet KENTA one-on-one on Long Island PLUS matches announced for Supercard of Honor and Unity II!For years it's been discussed as a dream match. Samoa Joe vs. KENTA. To this point, they've only met in three-way dances or in tag team matches but at Glory By Honor IV, as part of the biggest Triple Main Event in ROH history the two will wage war for the most prestigious belt in the business! Can the Samoan Submission Machine survive the originator of the Go 2 Sleep? El Generico requested another shot at SCUM after Kevin Steen was injured in Louisville and Nigel McGuinness told Generico he'd get his wish but ONLY if Generico could find a tag partner. Well, that's exactly what the Generic Luchador did! He took a trip to Halsted Street in Chicago, Illinois and found himself a tag team partner in "Classic" Colt Cabana and on Long Island the two will face Rhino and Jimmy Jacobs in a Double Dog Collar Match! Danielson vs. Richard was one of the classic matches last year that every fan wanted to see but unfortunately, had a less than honorable ending due to interference. This marked Bryan Danielson's second challenge for the ROH World Title and in the eyes of many fans, he had the match won. Since then, Bryan and Richards have both wanted a rematch and on Long Island, Davey has the chance to not only dash Danielson's dreams of a title for title match at Final Battle, but also to become the first triple crown champion in ROH history! For over a year, Laughter7 were easily the most dominant tag team in professional wrestling, taking out every team that stood in their path until Final Battle III: Joe vs. Richards. On that night, Katsuyori Shibata and Kazushi Sakuraba found themselves defeated by Kyle O'Reilly and Adam Cole, also known as Future Shock. Laughter7 then went on to lose to the American Wolves at the Anniversary Show and disappeared from ROH aside from Sakuraba challenging Eddie Edwards for the Pure Wrestling Championship. The duo will return to ROH, once again in singles action, as Shibata takes on Cole and in a rematch of last year's Glory By Honor event, Kyle O'Reilly takes on Kazushi Sakuraba! Card #37: "Glory By Honor IV": Long Island, NY:Triple Main Event III - ROH World Championship: Samoa Joe (ch) vs. KENTA Triple Main Event II - Double Dog Collar Match: El Generico and Colt Cabana vs. SCUM of Rhino and Jimmy Jacobs Triple Main Event I - ROH Pure Wrestling Championship: Bryan Danielson (ch) vs. Davey Richards Glory By Honor III Rematch: Kyle O'Reilly vs. Kazushi Sakuraba Adam Cole vs. Katsuyori Shibata Card #38: "Saturday Night's Main Event - Unity: WWF vs. ROH": Manhattan, NY:WWF Champion vs. ROH World Champion: Samoa Joe vs. "Macho Man" Randy Savage with Miss Elizabeth Mike Bennett with Maria and Brutal Bob vs. Ricky Steamboat with George "The Animal" Steele Roderick Strong vs. Tatanka Michael Elgin vs. Hercules Card #39: "Supercard of Honor": Nashville, TN:Double Main Event II - ROH World Tag Team Championship: Kyle O'Reilly and Adam Cole (if still champions, this will be a title match) vs. Samoa Joe and Bryan Danielson Double Main Event I - Tag Team Dream Match: The American Wolves of Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards vs. Rob Van Dam and Sabu Card #40: "Final Battle IV": Philadelphia, PA:ROH World Championship: Winner of Samoa Joe vs. KENTA at Card #37 (ch) vs. Bryan Danielson (if still champion, this will be a double title match)

The ANX feud continues, Die Hard will test the Unbreakable, Two top teams battle for a future title shot and a huge six man match signed for Glory By Honor IV!The Rhett Titus and Willie Mack feud has lasted for a year and spanned three different promotions but finally will come back to where it all started: ROH. Mack and Titus have battled inside of a cage, in a scaffold match and even in first blood matches but to this point nothing has been able to end this feud. On Long Island, the two meet in a street fight. Who will finally end this feud? Eddie Edwards and Michael Elgin are two men who have had roller coaster careers in ROH. Both have had incredible highs punctuated by big losses. This year, Elgin suffered two losses in World Title matches against Samoa Joe whereas Edwards recently lost the Pure Wrestling Championship to Bryan Danielson. At Glory By Honor IV, the two will do battle in a match that neither man wants to, nor can they afford to lose. Roderick Strong and Austin Aries reformed their successful Generation Next tag team at Death Before Dishonor IV in a losing effort against Jay and Mark Briscoe. Despite this loss, both men are adamant they should be in line for a tag team title match. Another team that feels this way are Nick and Matt Jackson, the Young Bucks. At Glory By Honor IV, both teams will do battle with a future tag team championship match on the line. With Roderick Strong already guaranteed the first crack at the winner at Final Battle, which team will gain this all important title shot? Also signed is a special six man scramble match where the winner will be automatically entered into next year's Survival of the Fittest tournament and given the first round match of his choice when the entrants have been decided! Card #37: "Glory By Honor IV": Long Island, NY:Triple Main Event III - ROH World Championship: Samoa Joe (ch) vs. KENTA Triple Main Event II - Double Dog Collar Match: El Generico and Colt Cabana vs. SCUM of Rhino and Jimmy Jacobs Triple Main Event I - ROH Pure Wrestling Championship: Bryan Danielson (ch) vs. Davey Richards Glory By Honor III Rematch: Kyle O'Reilly vs. Kazushi Sakuraba Adam Cole vs. Katsuyori Shibata Michael Elgin vs. Eddie Edwards The Young Bucks of Nick and Matt Jackson vs. Roderick Strong and Austin Aries Street Fight: Rhett Titus with Olivia vs. Willie Mack Jay Lethal vs. Homicide vs. Mike Mondo vs. Tommaso Ciampa vs. TJ Perkins vs. Mike Bennett with Maria and Brutal Bob Card #38: "Saturday Night's Main Event - Unity: WWF vs.

Future Shock finally face off with the Best in the World, The Wolves face one of the biggest challenges of their career and a major debut in Nashville!:The conflict between Future Shock and Bryan Danielson started when Bryan Danielson knocked out two years ago Kyle O'Reilly at Hell Freezes Over. At the Second Anniversary Show, Danielson would defeat O'Reilly in similar manner only to have that decision overturned when Danielson continued the attack after the match. Adam Cole took exception to the lack of respect that Bryan showed his former tag partner and attacked Danielson at All Out War, leading to a grudge match between the two at Glory By Honor III. Cole would defeat Danielson in that match, adding fuel to the fire. In Survival of the Fittest this year, Danielson returned that loss to Cole to win Survival of the Fittest and put himself in the main event of Final Battle. Since that time, Future Shock have attacked both Danielson and Joe, with the latter issuing a challenge for this major card in Nashville and since Future Shock defeated the Hart Foundation, this match will be for the ROH World Tag Team Championship! The American Wolves have essentially done it all in Ring of Honor, with both men having held two of the three championships in ROH. They approached ROH management with one task in mind: finding them the biggest challenge possible for our debut in Nashville and ROH officials rose to the occasion! In Nashville, Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards will square off with Rob Van Dam and Sabu in a huge tag team dream match! Michael Elgin hasn't had the best year, he'll admit to that. Elgin wants to be ROH World Champion but by his own admission, can't seem to reach the peak of the mountain. When rumors began to circulate about a major debut for ROH in Nashville, Elgin was the first to put his name in the hat as a potential challenger. The details have been finalized and in Nashville, Michael Elgin will serve as the one man welcoming committee of "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles! Stay tuned for more updates on this huge event! Card #39: "Supercard of Honor": Nashville, TN:Double Main Event II - ROH World Tag Team Championship: Kyle O'Reilly and Adam Cole (ch) vs. Samoa Joe and Bryan Danielson Double Main Event I - Tag Team Dream Match: The American Wolves of Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards vs. Rob Van Dam and Sabu Michael Elgin vs. AJ Styles
