JJ: You know last year at Final Battle 13' it was very important that Ring of Honor survive. At least it was very important to me and I know that it was equally important to the two men behind me. We love this company, probably too much. And for those people that find me saying that surprising then they haven't payed attention to me. Kevin and I broke away from Steve Corino because we differed on that very point. He literally wanted to burn this place to the ground - he wanted to dance in it's ashes. He became power crazed. But for all of us we see what we want and that's to prove to every fan, every smart mark, every wrestler in the back that we are the measuring stick in this company.

KS: Yeah and speaking of that you're looking at the guy that everybody wants - the world champion. I will continue to hold this title for as long as I want to and I want to hold it -forever. You know some people have dreams of going places in pro wrestling. Bigger and better places. If you are a pro wrestler, which I am then you want to compete against the best in pro wrestling and you will find no better pro wrestlers than right here. Not in the WWE. Not in TNA. What they do might make more money. What they do might draw more fans but they don't do what we do. And Chris Hero in case you haven't figured out yet we aren't excited that you've decided to grace us with your presence with your grand return. We will hound you until you leave our area and go somewhere, anywhere but here because this is our home.

By the way, Generico is dead! and I couldn't be more upset. Stay gone Sami. Stay gone if you know what's good for you.

BJ: I can't believe how some people were shocked that I helped Jimmy Jacobs. Sure we've had the bloodiest and most brutal battles that this company has ever seen. But out of that hatred comes mutual respect and after time passes you realize that you really aren't that different from the man across from you that you're trying to rip apart. My goal is clear. I'm back with a purpose and that purpose is to defend ROH to the last man. Who better to do it than us?

1) ACH defeated Kyle O'Reilly with TIGER MASK @ 7:55.

O'Reilly tried to keep the match on the mat but the high flier was always in motion. ACH hit a tremendous flipping splash to get the three count.

*Brudershaft des Kreuzes came out to the ring. Ares took the mic and claimed that their influence is growing and soon their followers will as well. But for now they have no match signed for tonight and therefore issues and open challenge to anyone in the back willing to step in the ring with the mighty Tursas.



2) Tursas (w/Ares) beat Necro Butcher with the SECOND ROPE DIVING CROSS BODY @ 11:25.

A wild and brutal brawl. The match went in and out of the ring with great frequency as the ref could hardly contain the two. Necro went for CHOOSE DEATH outside the ring but was distracted by Ares who clipped him in the knee. Tursas retook control and landed a huge dive that flattened the return of the Butcher.

3) Bobby Fish defeated Cedric Alexander with the FISH HOOK @ 9:24.

Fish controlled most of the match with kicks and a ground attack.

4) Incoherence (Delirious & Frightmare) defeated "Zombie Princess" Jimmy Jacobs & B.J. Whitmer when Frightmare pinned Whitmer with KNEECOLEPSY @ 14:51.

A big win for the masked duo but they got a little bit of help from Chris Hero. Hero made his way out to ringside and as the ref was escorting Jacobs back to his corner Hero landed a Roaring elbow that floored Whitmer and set up Frightmare's huge finish.

Jergs and Nigel McGuinness are in ring: MWJ: Ladies and gentlemen as many of you know the former Bryan Danielson was of great help to us in our battle against S.C.U.M. but his most recent behavior in regards to the know former El Generico has many here in R.O.H. upset. So I have been assured by our next guests that they are here to make amends. Daniel Bryan and Sami Zayn. (Fans boo loudly as both men walk to the ring.)

DB: Ok, ok. Maybe we deserve that a little bit. But please hear us out. We didn't want our last appearance in a R.O.H. ring to be one that so many people were so upset over. So on behalf of Sami Zayn I would like to say that we are sorry. We're sorry. We're sorry that so many people are jealous that we work on the world's biggest stage, make huge paychecks, and travel the world for the best sports entertainment company ever. (Fans boo louder - "Chants of you sold out".)

SZ: Silencio! Um, I mean quiet. Yes, I realize that for many of you it was a shock for me to remove my mask to reveal that I was not in fact a luchador from Mexico but instead a red-headed Canadian. I'm sure many of you had the same reaction when you found out that the Tooth Fairy wasn't real. To all the so-called smart fans out there I ask this question - Why are you booing? Is it because now in order to watch me you'll have to save up three paychecks? Is it because now I'll be able to provide a better life for my family as I travel the world? Who knows and frankly I don't care, you people are just as deluded as some of the boys in the back.

(Kevin Steen's music hits and he makes his way to the ring with his own microphone.)
KS: Hey. Listen guys. I have an idea for you. Why don't you leave the ring before you get hurt.

DB: You know Kevin I would think that you'd show a little more gratitude to a man who helped save your company. I am not your enemy. And the WWE happens to love Ring of Honor. I mean wrestlers like myself, Seth Rollins, Antonio Cesaro, and CM Punk all made stops here before they got the chance to fulfill their dreams. And Kevin I know that even though you are the Ring of Honor champion I'm sure it bothers you that you aren't standing with us right now.

KS: That's hilarious. See Bryan what you do isn't wrestling, in fact you don't even call it wrestling. Hell, you aren't even called a wrestler anymore. So what I have in my hand makes me one of the best wrestlers in the world and that still means a lot to some people.

By the way I'm not scheduled for a match so maybe you or the ginger boy want to try me right now.

5) "Hollywood Submission Machine" Joey Ryan (w/Truth Martini) beat Mark Briscoe with the WALK-OFF @ 17:01.

Martini factored in the finish as he slammed the Book of Truth into Briscoe's skull setting up the Superkick.

-Fatal Four Way - #1 Contenders Match-
6) Jay Briscoe defeated "Lone Wolf" Davey Richards (w/R.D. Evans), "Prodigy" Mike Bennett (w/Maria Kanellis) & Roderick Strong when Briscoe pinned Bennett with the JAY DRILLER @ 24:35.

A wild match that saw Briscoe take advantage of Richards softening up Bennett. Strong leveled Richards with a Sick Kick and Briscoe swooped in to drop the weakened Bennett on his head.

-ROH Television Title Match-
7) Adam Cole (w/Steve Corino)(c) defeated Matt Taven (w/Truth Martini) with the FLORIDA KEY @ 16:38.

Both managers got involved in this one. Corino proved to be more effective though as he hit Taven with a Foreign object setting up the pinfall.

-ROH World Tag Team Title Match-
8) Black Dynamite (Shelton Benjamin & Montel Vontavious Porter) (c) beat Tomasso Ciampa & "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin when Benjamin pinned Ciampa with PAYDIRT after Adam Cole interfered @ 31:23.

Ciampa and Elgin came so close to unseating the champions. Once again Adam Cole was a thorn in Ciampa's side as he and Steve Corino came out to ringside. Cole slammed his TV title into Ciampa's face as the ref was distracted. The champons took advantage and retained the belts.

JS: ROH fans, Joey Styles here with another ROH Newswire. A huge card is set for Dayton, Ohio on March 22nd. You'll see Kevin Steen defend his ROH World Title against Jay Briscoe in the main event. Briscoe won a huge four man bout to earn the chance at the gold. Will he be the man to unseat the two-time champion? Also the war between Adam Cole and Tomasso Ciampa takes the next step as they will square off in a Texas Death Match. Please note that Cole's manager Steve Corino was able to keep the Television title out of play for this encounter.

Another huge match with be a tag team war between the self-appointed guardians of Ring of Honor, Jimmy Jacobs and B.J. Whitmer as they take on Chris Hero and a mystery partner. Hero is standing by with these comments.

CH: Gentlemen. I understand why you don't like me and I understand why you seem to want run me right back out of Ring of Honor just as quickly as I returned. You look at me and you see your own failures. Your inability to advance in your chosen profession. Your shortcomings all personified in me. I took a chance and even though it didn't work out for me I will continue to push ahead. Because that's really what this sport is all about and it separates the winners from the losers. You have to be willing to get back up after you get knocked down.

1) Ares (w/Tursas) defeated Cedric Alexander with the TIGER DRIVER @ 5:15.

Tursas proved to be a decisive force on the outside. He slammed Alexander to the floor and then threw him back him to allow Ares to make short work of him.

2) Mark Briscoe pinned Kyle O'Reilly with the CUT THROAT DRIVER @ 9:35.

Briscoe was struggling early with O'Reilly strikes and suplexes. He used Red-Neck Kung Fu to rally and then dropped O'Reilly on his head for the victory.



3) The Hoopla (Joey Ryan & Matt Taven) (w/Truth Martini & The Hoopla Hotties) defeated Adrenaline Rush (Tadarius Thomas & ACH) when Taven pinned Thomas with THE CLIMAX @ 6:25.

Truth Martini made a grand entrance with new team of Taven and Ryan. They looked crisp in the ring too and overwhelmed Thomas in the corner to win this one easily.

4) Necro Butcher beat Roderick Strong by DISQUALIFICATION @ 8:35.

Necro and Strong fought on the outside and a wild brawl erupted. The official got too close to the action and disqualified Roderick. The battle raged on until Jimmy Jacobs and B.J. Whitmer attacked Butcher from behind to set up a three on one situation. Butcher was in deep trouble until Incoherence rushed the ring with chairs to chase everyone off.

5) "Lone Wolf" Davey Richards (w/R.D. Evans) beat Bobby Fish (w/Kyle O'Reilly) with the ANKLE LOCK @ 11:03.

O'Reilly chose to stay at ringside to help even the odds in this match. Richards was incredibly focused and continued his winning streak in impressive fashion.

6) "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin pinned "Prodigy" Mike Bennett (w/Maria Kanellis) with the SPINNING SIT-OUT DEADLIFT POWER BOMB @ 14:02.

A thrilling match between two top contenders. Maria saw that her man was in trouble and stepped up on the apron, unfortunately for her Bennett ran into her knocking her to the floor. Elgin took advantage and planted Bennett through the canvas.

Chris Hero made his way down the ramp with a mic. "You know it's become quite clear that if I want to stay in ROH I'm going to need some help. Now obviously some of my friends have gone on to much greener pastures. But I still do have some friends that want to help me in a fight so welcome back Adam."




7)"Scrap Daddy" Adam Pearce & Chris Hero defeated "Zombie Princess" Jimmy Jacobs & B.J. Whitmer when Pearce pinned Jacobs with a JUMPING PILEDRIVER @ 20:34.

A brutal match that saw a lot of time spent battling on the floor. The end saw some good teamwork as Hero hit a Rolling Elbow into Pearce's piledriver for the win.

-Texas Death Match-
8)Adam Cole (w/Steve Corino) beat Tommaso Ciampa with the FLORIDA KEY after Corino threw powder in Ciampa's face @ 11:45.

Ciampa was left frustrated again as he couldn't put the TV champion away. He administered a solid beating to Cole but Corino was able to give his man an opening after he tossed powder in Ciampa's eyes.

-R.O.H. World Title Match-
9) "Mr. Wrestling" Kevin Steen (c) beat Jay Briscoe by DISQUALIFICATION @ 21:55.

Steen appeared in control most of the match but Briscoe fought bravely back. A Jay Driller got a 2 1/2 count and then Steen rolled to the floor. Briscoe then saw red and used a chair continuously on Steen's skull. The offical called for the bell and then Jimmy Jacobs and B.J. Whitmer rushed to his aid. Mark Briscoe was out as well as Necro Butcher and a full scale war was on!

MWJ: Fans, a few announcements for you on today's newswire. First the next huge ROH card will be held April 5th in New Orleans and it will be a huge party entitled "SUPERCARD OF HONOR VII". The Main event for this huge extravaganza will be Kevin Steen defending his R.O.H. World Title and it will be against the R.O.H. Television champion Adam Cole. More matches will be announced soon.

Lastly I'd also like to take the opportunity to respond to the envelope that was handed to me by the former Bryan Danielson. I will divulge the contents of that envelope at Supercard of Honor so regrettably I have asked both the former Danielson and El Generico to appear in New Orleans as well. There has been plenty of speculation as to just what was inside, so instead of responding here I will do so in only a few short days. Tickets are still on sale. You won't want to miss it.

World tag team champions Black Dynamite will face off against Mark & Jay Briscoe. We also have a four team scramble with the winners to gain a future tag title match with the champions. Participating in that match will be Truth Martini's Hoopla of Joey Ryan and Matt Taven, ReDRagon consisting of Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly, Bruderschaft des Kreuzes and Adrenaline Rush. We also have a return match that was demanded by Jay Lethal as he wants Davey Richards back in the ring. The "Lone Wolf" has been on a crime spree since he enlisted the Barrister as his new representative and these two men in will engage in a Fight Without Honor!

But the most exciting match of the night should be when champions collide as Kevin Steen defends his World title against the current Television champion Adam Cole. Cole and his mentor Steve Corino are standing by with comments.

1) "Prodigy" Mike Bennett (w/Maria Kanellis) beat Cedric Alexander with PHOTO FINISH @ 12:35.

Alexander wrestled his best match to date and gave Bennett some anxious moments. He missed a flipping legdrop and that gave Bennett the opening he needed.

2) Incoherence (Frightmare & Delirious) & Necro Butcher beat "Zombie Princess" Jimmy Jacobs, Roderick Strong & B.J. Whitmer when Frightmare pinned Jacobs with FRIGHT CRUSHER 9:25.

A wild match between two teams that disliked each other. Butcher used his violent tactics to set up a pinfall from the quick Frightmare. After the match Whitmer leveled the masked man with a chair and left him laying.

3) Tommaso Ciampa beat "Knockout Artist" Chris Hero with RUNNING KNEES IN CORNER @ 10:10.

Ciampa gave Hero a dose of his own medicine and almost knocked him out with several knee strikes into the corner.

-4 Team Scramble for future ROH Tag Title Shot-
4) ReDRagon (Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly) beat Adrenaline Rush (ACH & Tadarius Thomas), The Hoopla (Joey Ryan & Matt Taven) (w/Truth Martini) & Bruderschaft des Kreuzes (Ares & Tursas) when Fish pinned ACH with CHASING THE DRAGON @ 19:30.

A lot of action to call in this one. Finally Fish and O'Reilly landed their tag finisher to put away the pesky ACH to win the shot.

5) "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin beat "Scrap Daddy" Adam Pearce by DISQUALIFICATION when he used a Whip @ 13:52.

Pearce was known for his underhanded tactics but Elgin was surely surprised when he produced a whip from under the ring. He gave Elgin several lashes before ROH security could break things up.

IN RING: M.W. Jergs and Nigel McGuinness are out to address the crowd.
MWJ: Fans, tonight I wanted to address this little package in my hand. The speculation has been running wild on the Internet and once again I must bring out the former Bryan Danielson - Daniel Bryan.

(Fans Boo loudly as Bryan makes his way out.)

MWJ: Now I need something from you before I can give your employer a proper answer. Would you mind witnessing this document?
DB: No of course not.

(Bryan pulls out a pen and signs a paper)

MWJ: Marvelous. So it's official. Ladies and gentlemen. Several weeks ago I was presented with an offer by World Wrestling Entertainment to purchase Ring of Honor. They would in theory use this company as it's farm system. And I'd like to let all of you know that I would never let that happen.

You see I love pro wrestling, not sports entertainment. It's why I bought this company in the first place. Secondly Daniel Bryan you are a paid flunky. If your boss wants to offer me something he knows where to find me. I take this entire affair as an insult to me and the men who toil in this ring.

(Bryan is shocked.)

DB: Wait. You aren't selling. So what did I sign?

MWJ: (Smiling widely) It seems that you will be wrestling, one night only on May 10th in Toronto at "BORDER WARS" against an opponent of our matchmaker's choosing.

DB: (furious) What?! I'm a superstar. I'm a superstar.

MWJ: And this is a binding contract. You really should read everything before you sign. Now get out of the ring we have a show to finish.

(Fans chant and mock Bryan as he leaves.)

6) Jay Lethal beat "Lone Wolf" Davey Richards (w/R.D. Evans) with LETHAL INJECTION @ 14:25.

A bloody affair on both sides. Lethal was able to overcome Evans' attempts at interference and finally put away Richards with his finisher.

-R.O.H. Tag Team Title Match-
7) Jay & Mark Briscoe beat Black Dynamite (Shelton Benjamin & Montel Vontavious Porter) by DISQUALIFICATION @ 18:15 when Porter hit the official.

The Briscoes appeared poised to add another title reign to their career but M.V.P. hit the ref with an elbow stopping the count and the match. The fans voiced their displeasure as the champs high tailed it to the locker room. Jay Briscoe was screaming to anyone who cared to listen and demanded a re-match.

-R.O.H. World Title Match-
8) "Mr. Wrestling" Kevin Steen (c) beat Adam Cole (w/Steve Corino) with PACKAGE PILEDRIVER @ 28:15.

A match that saw both men get interference from their allies. Cole had the Florida Key locked in until Jimmy Jacobs distracted the official enough to stave off a three count. Steve Corino attempted to toss powder in Steen's eyes but instead hit Cole. Steen then dropped Cole face-first for a hard fought victory.

JS: Fans plenty of news for you here today on the program. As we set up two huge cards. First, Ring of Honor will head back to Baltimore on April 25th for "Second to None" and then on May 10th we travel to Toronto for "Border Wars 14'". Of course the biggest news will be the apparent appearance of the former Bryan Danielson, now Daniel Bryan in the WWE on that card against an unnamed opponent.

In regards to that match, this video has been forwarded to Ring of Honor offices and you will be most interested to see it's contents. Let's watch.

VM: I would like to make a formal statement in regards to the underhanded business practices by those affiliated with the Ring of Honor wrestling brand. Daniel Bryan, who is currently contracted by World Wrestling Entertainment should not have to carry out a match he signed for unwillingly. However our law offices have reviewed the terms and Daniel Bryan will appear in Toronto to wrestle at Border Wars.

Now Triple H, you were the one that tried to sell me on this idea of acquiring ROH and it hasn't gone as well as you told me it would. Therefore you both will accompany Mr. Bryan to Toronto. You must look after Daniel Bryan and you could send another generous offer to ROH management. Now I have somewhere to be.
