(Joey Styles is in the ring. "Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Death Before Dishonor XI from beautiful, downtown, rustic, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania!" Crowd pops huge. "I'm Joey Styles and I am very excited about tonight's event mainly because I will get my hands on that fat, sloppy, disgusting whiner Kevin Kelly in this ring tonight. But-" Styles pauses and notices that sitting in the front row with a huge tub of popcorn is Kevin Steen.

"Is that - Kevin? What are you doing here?" Styles jumps out of the ring and interviews Steen. "Well, Joey as everyone knows I am "suspended" from S.C.U.M. so I will not be competing tonight. So I got a ticket and I'm here to enjoy some wrestling from the front row." Styles is a little confused. "Ok well enjoy then." Quickly Steve Corino and Rhino run out to ringside.

"Seriously?! You know Kevin if I didn't know better I would think that Nigel McGuinness made sure that you had a front row seat tonight? But no matter, let me just remind you that you look with your eyes and not with your hands. Enjoy the show."

Corino and Rhino leave after a few words with Steen. This distraction allows R.D. Evans to steal Styles' mic. Q.T. Marshall is close behind.

"Well, it seems as if Q.T. Marshall has scared the entire R.O.H. locker room. His victory over Tommaso Ciampa has sent shockwaves through the wrestling world. Therefore he is not booked tonight. So I have an open contract for anyone that wants to add their name to the growing list of the defeated. Anyone? Anyone?



1) Jay Lethal pinned "God's Gift" Q.T. Marshall with HAIL TO THE KING @ 8:25.

Lethal hit the ring and the match was on. He used quickness to frustrate the larger Marshall. Seeing that his charge was in trouble Evans jumped on the ring apron but was pushed to the floor by Lethal. At this point Tommaso Ciampa came out to ringside and chased the lanky Barrister to the back. In the ring Lethal put away Marshall with the Flying elbow drop for the three.

-Tag Team Gauntlet - Winner Gets Tag Title Shot-
2) Jay & Mark Briscoe defeated Charlie Haas & Rhett Titus (w/Steve Corino), C & C Wrestle Factory, & The Young Bucks (w/Truth Martini)

Match #1 - Jay & Mark Briscoe defeated Rhett Titus & Charlie Haas (w/Steve Corino) when Jay pinned Titus after SLINGSHOT LARIAT @ 9:55.
Match #2 - Jay & Mark Briscoe defeated C & C Wrestle Factory (Cedric Alexander & Caprice Coleman) when Jay pinned Coleman with a JAY DRILLER @ 13:45.
Match #3 - Jay & Mark Briscoe defeated The Young Bucks (w/ Truth Martini) when Mark pinned Matt Jackson with the DOUBLE FLAPJACK @ 11:51.

3) "The Prodigy" Mike Bennett (w/Maria Kanellis) beat "Unbreakable" Michel Elgin with the BOX OFFICE SMASH @ 13:25.

Bennett escaped with the win after distraction from Maria forced the official to stop his count after a Spinning power bomb.

4) Adrenaline Rush (ACH & Tadarius Thomas) beat Incoherence (Delirious & Frightmare) when ACH pinned Delirious @ 16:01 with the BIG BANG ATTACK

A very even and exciting tag match filled with big aerial moves and near falls. All four were in the ring for the finish when ACH caught the masked man with the cradle DDT to get the win.

5) "Die Hard" Eddie Edwards beat "Hollywood Submission Machine" Joey Ryan (w/Truth Martini) with DIE HARD @ 13:10.

Martini attempted to interfere but hit Ryan instead. This set up Edwards for his finish and the victory.

-ROH Television Title Match-
6) Adam Cole beat "Gold Standard" Shelton Benjamin with the FLORIDA KEY @ 18:35 to win the title.

Cole was able to use chairs and the guard rail from the outside to soften Benjamin up. After a he blocked a Paydirt attempt, Cole kicked Benjamin low and then locked in the German Suplex to recapture the title.

-Special Challenge Match- Fight Without Honor-
7) Tommy Dreamer (w/Joey Styles) beat Tursas (w/Kevin Kelly) @ 12:45 with the DREAMER DDT onto a ladder.

A brutal, bloody contest. The crowd popped huge when Dreamer was announced with Styles leading him to the ring. During the match the two fought in and out of the ring. Styles had a few other surprises as well with guest appearances from The Sandman who tossed Dreamer a Singapore cane during the match and Sabu who hit Tursas with a diving leap off the entranceway. In the end Dreamer got the duke after a DDT layed out the big man for the three.

After the match Kelly tried to make a run for it but was blocked by The Sandman. Styles had him in the corner and landed right hand. Soon after Rhino, Charlie Haas, Rhett Titus, and Steve Corino hit the ring to help Kelly to the back which left Styles and the ECW alumni to soak up the cheers of the fans.

-ROH World Tag Team TItle Match-
8) Homicide & Eddie Kingston (c) beat Jay & Mark Briscoe by DISQUALIFICATION @ 17:03 when Mark used a Steel Chair outside the ring and accidentally hit the ref.

A violent street fight between these two teams. The match went to the outside and the Briscoes went a bit too far when Mark failed to see ref Todd Sinclair behind him.

-ROH World Title Match-
9) "Icon" Matt Hardy (w/Steve Corino) beat Roderick Strong with the TWIST OF FATE @ 32:03.

A tremendous contest. It looked like Strong would finally end Hardy's reign but Corino placed his foot on the rope after his Death by Roderick maneuver. Hardy rallied and took the match outside where he tossed Strong into the rails where Steen was sitting. Steen was careful and tossed his popcorn at Hardy to blind him so Strong could get the advantage. The end saw Hardy blast Strong with brass knuckles while the ref was distracted. He then followed up with his finish to retain the belt.

NM: Hello R.O.H. fans another victory for honor as Joey Styles kept his job and slapped around Kevin Kelly to boot. It feels like it's only a matter of time before Matt Hardy drops the ROH World Title and we can finally begin the sweep S.C.U.M. out of ROH for good. The next card scheduled is in Baltimore, Maryland on October 5th and it's called "CHARM CITY CHALLENGE" and for that card I'd like to announce a few of the matches signed. First, the next challenger to Matt Hardy is a man that has had a tremendous year in Ring of Honor and with his most recent victory over Michael Elgin I can't think of a more deserving grappler than Mike Bennett. I may not always agree with his tactics but he's proven to have a champion's instinct to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Also, there will be a tag team title match set for Baltimore as Homicide & Eddie Kingston defend against the exciting style of Adrenaline Rush. It should be another geart evening of wrestling action at the Du Burns in October!

SC: Listen everyone. It seems that some people seem to think that our threat is not as potent as they first thought. We've had a few setbacks but as always the central focus has been the destruction of Ring of Honor. So like any good manager I will make some adjustments. First, Kevin Kelly. I was very excited when you decided to join our cause and with it you brought a force of nature with you in Tursas but it's clear that the future of this behemoth must be guided by my own devious hand. So I will be taking over managerial responsibility of Tursas for now.

KK: Oh um. Ah Steve, I can't really ---

SC: Express your gratitude. I know. You're welcome. Next Nigel McGuinness this card is called "Charm City Challenge" though I hardly understand how Baltimore and charming are used in the same sentence. So that means it's challenge time. Adam Cole I have a ton of respect for you. You are one of the great rising stars in this business and I'd hate to see you have such potential extinguished as a casualty of war. So I think that it's time for you to pick a side. You have a choice in Baltimore you can join S.C.U.M. or you can lose that Television title that you just regained to the Man-Beast Rhino! It should not be a difficult decision plus I have a shirt in your size right here.

Next up Briscoe brothers. You dirty inbreds are synonymous with this wretched company so how about you find two more partners. How about "Mr. ROH" himself Roddy Strong and that idiot Jay Lethal. My side will consist of Charlie Haas, Rhett Titus, Tursas, and myself and it will be an elimination match.

Jimmy Jacobs, you're feeling good right champ?

JJ: Well- yeah my shoulder is better it's just -

SC: Great! Jimmy you may be a small guy but you fight like a lion with his hair on fire so I say that you get back in the ring and take out another of R.O.H.'s darlings Michael Elgin. Now Kevin Steen I haven't forgotten about you. You will wrestle in Baltimore because someone has actually challenged you first. Eddie Edwards is apparently upset that his little wolf buddy Davey Richards got his neck busted up due to the Package Piledriver. So he says that he wants you in the ring. I figure that you don't have a problem with that.

KS: (Mocking) No sir.

SC: Good. Last but not least. Mr. Matthew Moore Hardy could you please shine some light on the grey little lives of these viewers. You are their champion anyway.

MH: Thank you. I don't often speak to the common folk or really anyone here in this place. But really I let my actions do my talking for me. I've knocked down everyone set before me so Mike Bennett what makes you think you're any different?

Year 1 - Card #16

1) "God's Gift" Q.T. Marshall (w/R.D. Evans) beat Frightmare with GOD'S GIFT @ 10:45

Marshall used his superior weight advantage most of the match. He had the smaller masked man in deep trouble but he rallied several times before Evans tripped him up and Marshall hit his finisher to take the victory.

2) Black Dynamite ("Gold Standard" Shelton Benjamin & Montel Vontavious Porter) defeated C & C Wrestle Factory (Cedric Alexander & Caprice Coleman) when Porter pinned Coleman with the DRIVE-BY @ 16:03.

Dynamite was simply too powerful and experienced. They used multiple double teams and high impact moves. A comeback by Coleman was stopped quickly as Benjamin hit a Superkick into Porter who blasted away with a kick of his own to gain the three.

<BACKSTAGE> Veda Scott interviews Eddie Edwards. "Die Hard" is fuming and ready to match up against Kevin Steen tonight. His partner Davey Richards isn't quite ready to return to action just yet and he holds Steen responsible. Surprisingly Bobby Fish interrupts the interview. Fish apologizes and shakes Edwards hand. He says that he's teamed with Edwards before in Japan and that he'd love to do it again once he's here full-time in ROH. He then blasts Richards as a lazy, glory hog. "You can do so much better Eddie. You can team with me. Think about it".

3) Kevin Steen beat "Die Hard" Eddie Edwards with the F-CINQ @ 18:35.

Steen ordered Steve Corino to the back and he complied with little argument. Edwards took the fight to the larger Steen and got several near falls. Once the match hit the floor it was all Steen. A Power Bomb to the apron had Edwards seeing stars and then back inside used the F-Cinq to cap off another victory.

4) Tommaso Ciampa beat "Hollywood Submission Machine" Joey Ryan (w/Truth Martini) with PROJECT CIAMPA @ 9:52.

Ciampa was on the warpath and overpowered Ryan. Martini attempted to distract him but got a right fist to the face. Ciampa then used his finisher to get back in the win column. But Ciampa wasn't finished as he hit three consecutive Knee strikes in the corner. Martini called in the Young Bucks to help out but the damage was done.

*JOEY RYAN IS OUT 1 CARD

-R.O.H. Television Title Match-
5) Adam Cole (c) defeated Rhino (w/Steve Corino) by DISQUALIFICATION @ 12:46 when he slammed Cole into the guardrail repeatedly.

Corino started by offering Cole and S.C.U.M. t-shirt in hopes to end the match prematurely. Cole paused and said that while he admires Corino and all that he's done in wrestling he's best on his own. Even if R.O.H. falls he said that he'll have no problem getting booked elsewhere due to his immense talent. Corino said - so be it. The match was on and Cole was able to outwrestle the behemoth. The match went to the floor and under Corino's direction he pushed the ref to the floor and threw Cole repeatedly into the rails. ROH security arrived and Rhino hit a GORE! on a staff member.

-Eight Man Elimination Match - R.O.H. vs. S.C.U.M.-
6) R.O.H. (Jay Lethal, Roderick Strong, Mark & Jay Briscoe) beat S.C.U.M. (Rhett Titus, Charlie Haas, Steve Corino, & Tursas) (w/Kevin Kelly)

Elimination #1 - Jay Brisco pinned Rhett Titus with the SLINGSHOT LARIAT @ 4:15
Elimination #2 - Mark Briscoe pinned Steve Corino with the CUT THROAT DRIVER @ 8:45
Elimination #3 - Roderick Strong pinned Tursas with a SICK KICK @ 13:45
Elimination #4 - Jay Lethal pinned Charlie Haas with HAIL TO THE KING @ 18:51.

It was a clean sweep as R.O.H. sent all members of S.C.U.M. packing. All four men soaked up the cheers when suddenly Eddie Kingston and Homicide hit the ring with steel chairs! They knocked out everyone and then double teamed Mark Briscoe. Homicide hit DA GRINGO KILLER onto a chair in the ring! Then both Kingston and Homicide lifted up their shirts to reveal S.C.U.M. t-shirts underneath. As they walked to the locker room and Steve Corino was there to greet them. A wide smile on his face all three looked at the camera and rubbed their fingers together showing that their union was based solely on money.

7) "Zombie Princess" Jimmy Jacobs (w/Kevin Steen) beat "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin with the RAILROAD SPIKE @ 12:03.

Corino did not lead Jacobs to the ring which seemed odd. Once the match began Kevin Steen made an appearance at ringside to help Jacobs since Elgin was overpowering him. Steen was instrumental in the win and he exchanged blows with Elgin and it allowed Jacobs to hit him full in the face with the spike as the ref held Steen back. A cut opened on Elgin's face as Steen helped Jacobs to the back.

-ROH World Tag Team TItle Match-
8) Homicide & Eddie Kingston (c) (w/ Steve Corino) defeated Adrenaline Rush (ACH & Tadarius Thomas) when Homicide pinned Thomas with the ACE CRUSHER @ 7:55.

The champions dominated the situation. Fans seemed stunned to see long time foes Homicide and Corino in the same side.

-R.O.H. World Title Match-
9) "The Prodigy" Mike Bennett (w/Maria Kanellis) beat "Icon" Matt Hardy (c) (w/Steve Corino) by COUNTOUT @ 27:45.

Bennett almost took home the gold. A piledriver on the apron sent both men to the floor. Bennet was able to beat the count as Corino tended to his champion who could not make it back in.

JS: ROH fans, I have big news about the next ROH card. It will take place on Saturday, October 26th in Chicago, Illinois at the Frontier Field House. It will be GLORY BY HONOR XII and it will feature the "Survival of the Fittest" where the winner will receive a ROH World title shot. I have the pairings for the Six Qualifying matches that will lead up to the Six-Man Elimination match that will determine the victor.

There is also a re-match for the R.O.H. World Title between Matt Hardy and Mike Bennett signed and it will be a Fight Without Honor due to Bennett's Count-out victory in Baltimore. I also have been told by R.O.H. management that Rhino of S.C.U.M. has been suspended indefinitely for his recent actions and regardless of what Steve Corino says that decision will stand until further notice. Rhino attempted to permanently injure Adam Cole and then attacked a staff member at ringside. These actions can not be and will not be tolerated.

"SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST"

-Qualifying Matches-

1) "Zombie Princess" Jimmy Jacobs (w/ Kevin Steen) defeated Roderick Strong with a DIVING SENTON @ 13:45.

Steen tripped up Strong after a whip off the ropes giving Jacobs the advantage he needed.

2) "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin pinned Rhett Titus (w/Steve Corino) with a TOP ROPE FLYING SHOULDER @ 16:02

Corino provided the difference to keep Titus in the match. His distractions and interference had Elgin in trouble. A late rally gave him momentum and Elgin soared off the top as Titus crumpled to the mat.

3) "God's Gift" Q.T. Marshall (w/R.D. Evans) beat Mark Briscoe by DISQUALIFICATION @ 8:55 when Briscoe used a Chair!

Briscoe hit a brutal suplex and went for the cover. Evans jumped in the ring and then on Briscoe's back! Briscoe deposited him to the outside and then tossed Marshall to the floor. Briscoe was so enraged he scooped up a chair and swung at anything that moved. He clocked Evans, Marshall, and then ref Todd Sinclair. A disqualification soon followed.

4) Jay Briscoe defeated Tursas (w/ Steve Corino & Kevin Kelly) by DISQUALIFICATION @ 6:15.

Briscoe was on the attack and Corino soon was nervous. During a pin attempt Corino jumped in the ring and caused an immediate disqualification by producing brass knuckles and nailing Briscoe in the face. The bell sounded and Tursas landed a Kruez Bomb before Mark Briscoe hit the scene with a chair. He cleared the ring and tended to his fallen brother.

5) Jay Lethal pinned Tommaso Ciampa with the LETHAL INJECTION @ 18:25.

A fantastic match that could have gone either way. Lethal finally hit his finisher to stun Ciampa for the win.

6) "Die Hard" Eddie Edwards beat El Generico with a CHIN CHECKER @ 17:45.

Great athletic contest. Edwards got an unexpected assist from Bobby Fish who came down to ringside. Both Edwards and Generico hurled themselves to the floor knocking themselves and the ref out. Fish then hit a Piledriver on the outside and helped wake the official up. Edwards came to and hit his high risk move to get the three.

-R.O.H. World Tag Team Title Match-
7) Black Dynamite ("Gold Standard" Shelton Benjamin & Montel Vontavious Porter) beat Homicide & Eddie Kingston (c) (w/Steve Corino) when Benjamin pinned Homicide with PAYDIRT @ 22:51.

Corino got involved too much and it backfired. He went to go to his brass knuckles and nailed Homicide instead setting him up for the Paydirt and the three count. Fans went wild as Benjamin and Porter grabbed the straps. Corino attempted to explain himself to a furious tag team. Homicide pretended to play it off but landed Da Gringo Killer on Corino instead.

-R.O.H. World Title Match - Fight Without Honor-
8) "Icon" Matt Hardy (c) beat "The Prodigy" Mike Bennett (w/Maria Kanellis) with the TWIST OF FATE @ 26:09.

Hardy once again slipped out of a possible title loss and surprised Bennett with his patented move to retain the belt once more.

-Survival of the Fittest Elimination Final-
9) "Zombie Princess" Jimmy Jacobs (w/Kevin Steen) beat Q.T. Marshall (w/ R.D. Evans), "Die Hard" Eddie Edwards, "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin, Jay Lethal & Jay Briscoe to win a R.O.H. World Title Shot whenever he wants.

Elimination #1 - Elgin pinned Edwards with the DEADLIFT POWERBOMB @ 8:25
Elimination #2 - Marshall pinned Lethal with a RUNNING POWERSLAM and tights pull @ 13:02.
Elimination #3 - Briscoe pinned Marshall with a DEATH VALLEY DRIVER @ 13:53
Elimination #4 - Elgin pinned Briscoe with SPINNING SIT-OUT POWERBOMB @ 21:43.
Elimination #5 - Jacobs beat Elgin with the RAILROAD SPIKE @ 28:12.

Steen figured in the outcome again helping his friend Jacobs set up for landing his Spike to get the win. Steve Corino ran out from the back estatic at the turn of events. Nigel McGuinness joined them all in the ring with the mic. He congratulated Jacobs and Corino stepped in.

"Ha Ha Ha. Nice try Nigel. This title shot will wither and die just like this company. Way to win this for S.C.U.M. Jimmy. Way to go man."

Jacobs got a wry smile on his face and asked for the mic. "Nigel. According to the terms of this victory I'm allowed to do whatever I want with this title shot right? Could I give my shot to someone else?" McGuinness thought and then shook his head. " Well, in that case I'd like to instead allow my good friend Kevin Steen to take my place."

Corino went berserk! "No, No, No, No. I won't allow it. I won't. I own you Kevin. I own you. You will not get that shot. McGuinness smiled and then took the mic.

"Steve, you're going to give yourself a heart attack. Look I'll make a deal with you. At Final Battle if you give Kevin Steen his shot against Matt Hardy for the R.O.H. World Title then I will give you what you want and that's a match for my job. You pick 5 of your best and I'll pick 5 of my best and whomever is left standing gets the prize. If you win you get my job, but if I win S.C.U.M. must disband. Oh and by the way this match will be inside a Steel Cage.

Corino thought about it and then shook his head in agreement. At Final Battle the fate of R.O.H. hangs in the balance.

JS: ROH fans if you saw what happened at GLORY BY HONOR then you know that the fate of R.O.H. hangs in the balance at Final Battle in New York City on December 13th. It will be not only a title match for Kevin Steen against Matt Hardy inside a Steel Cage but also a five on five elimination match between teams of both Steve Corino and Nigel McGuinness' choosing. More on who those wrestlers will be in the coming weeks.

But even though all eyes are on New York we still have one more event planned before NYC and that's "THE GOLDEN DREAM" in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 2nd.

There are a few matches already signed. The first will determine who will face ROH Television champion Adam Cole at Final Battle '13. As Jay Lethal takes on "Prodigy" Mike Bennett who will face Mark Briscoe who also takes on "Hollywood Submission Machine" Joey Ryan. The winner is whomever gets the pinfall or submission first.

There will also be a special challenge tag team match pitting Kevin Steen and Jimmy Jacobs against Steve Corino and Matt Hardy which is sure to be a wild affair considering all the hatred that has developed between these men.

More matches will be signed for these final two huge cards to close out 2013. Don't miss it!

SC: Finally. Finally. I have the chance that I need to make my dreams reality. Nigel McGuinness I really can't thank you enough for handing me Ring of Honor on a platter. There is no way that my team loses that match against any five you want to throw together Nigel. And once I get complete control of this company I'll strike the match and watch it all burn.

Now some of you might think that S.C.U.M. is a bit wounded and perhaps at our weakest right now since I had a few in our fold show their true colors at Glory by Honor.

Kingston and Homicide. I knew that I was taking a risk trying to bring them in and it's clear that they aren't team players. I battled Homicide for years and I know what he's made of but some wounds just run too deep I guess.

Of course I'd be lying if I didn't say how betrayed and disappointed I feel at both Kevin Steen and Jimmy Jacobs right now. My former brothers in arms have stabbed me in the back at our most crucial time. I understand how both men became jealous of me, jealous of Matt Hardy. Especially you Steen. You became obsessed with being the champion and now I give you your chance to prove something not only to yourself but to R.O.H. And even if by some miracle you beat Matthew Hardy it won't matter. None of it will matter because you'll be a titleholder without a home. After Final Battle - THERE WILL BE NO RING OF HONOR!

However in the meantime both Mr. Hardy and myself would love to give both of you a bit of a wrestling lesson in Cincinnati. A chance to physically punish you both for not having the vision that we have. For not sticking to the principles that I founded S.C.U.M. upon and for worrying more about yourselves and your own egos.

Don't forget that I am a very resourceful man with many friends across the wrestling world and even though I lost four, I could have four hundred in their place within the week. So I want everyone to realize that after a long road the end is finally almost at hand. The end will be beautiful and it will be complete. The demise of R.O.H. will happen in New York City - make no mistake.

Year 1 - Card #18

1) "Gold Standard" Shelton Benjamin beat "War King" Eddie Kingston with a SUPERKICK @ 13:45.

A hard fought and intense match. Near falls for both as the action spilled out and around the ring. Finally Benjamin ducked a dive into the corner and caught Kingston flush in the chin for the victory.

2) Rhett Titus & Charlie Haas (w/Steve Corino) defeated Incoherence when Titus pinned Frightmare with the MUFF DRIVER @ 7:03.

Corino distracted the official and allowed Haas to blast the youngster with a small chain wrapped around his fist. Titus cleaned up the scraps on got the pinfall.

3) Jay Briscoe beat "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin with a SOMERSAULT PLANCHA @ 17:25.

Briscoe's quickness gave the stronger Elgin trouble throughout the entire match. He reversed a whip on the ropes and then caught him in a spine shattering piledriver. He then went quickly to the top rope and sprung off knocking him to the mat for the win.

4) C & C Wrestle Factory defeated Adrenaline Rush when Cedric Alexander pinned Tadarius Thomas with a SPRINGBOARD CLOTHESLINE @ 15:45.

Alexander and Coleman used a variety of combo moves to frustrate the young team. Alexander was able to score the pin after being able to land several high impact moves.

5) Homicide pinned Montel Vontavious Porter with a LARIAT @ 18:35.

Homicide used a fork hidden in his trunks to bloody M.V.P. and this move also brought out his partner Shelton Benjamin to point out the infraction. Kingston alos came to ringside to even the odds as the match continued. Late in the match Kingston tripped Porter up while the ref was distracted and Homicide blasted him with the Lariat for a quick three. Soon a pier six brawl broke down between all four as they had to be separated by ROH security.

6) Roderick Strong beat "American Wolf" Davey Richards with the STRONG HOLD @ 25:15.

A thrilling match up that had all the features of a pure classic. In the end Strong was able to lock in his patented Crab hold on the weakened back of Richards and he was forced to tap. After the match Richards asked for the mic and said that this would be his final match in Ring of Honor and that his most recent injury gave him plenty of time to think. He thanked everyone and turned to leave. Eddie Edwards quickly came out and questioned where Richards has been these past few months. He's tried to get in touch with him but he didn't return calls, texts, or e-mails. Richards brushed him off and said he was done. At this point Bobby Fish came out as well. Fish mocked Richards and told Edwards that he had a chance to team with someone who would never let him down but for some reason he put his trust in a guy that's always been jealous of him and has never really been there for him when he's needed it.

"Too bad you're going to pay for that bad decision."

And like that Kyle O'Reilly hit the ring and smashed a chair over Edwards' head while Fish rushed Richards. He and O'Reilly double teamed Davey and then O'Reilly snapped on his version of the Ankle Lock. Officials came out to break things up as Richards and Edwards lay in a heap in the ring.

-Fatal Four Way #1 TV Contenders Match-
7) Jay Lethal defeated Mark Briscoe, "Hollywood Submission Machine" Joey Ryan (w/Truth Martini) & "The Prodigy" Mike Bennett (w/Maria Kannellis) when Lethal pinned Bennett with the LETHAL INJECTION @ 33:51.

Great match to determine the #1 Contender at Final Battle 13'. Briscoe and Ryan both went flying over the top rope after Bennett hit a double clothesline. He spun around and was immediately clocked with Lethal's finisher to let the title shot slip from his grasp.

-Main Event Tag Grudge Match-
8) "Mr. Wrestling" Kevin Steen & "Zombie Princess" Jimmy Jacobs and "King of Old School" Steve Corino & "Icon" Matt Hardy fought to a DOUBLE-DISQUALIFICATION @ 18:01.

All hell brooke loose after Steen hit the F-Cinq on Corino and Hardy broke up the pin attempt. Soon all four men were in the ring and then members of S.C.U.M. poured into the ring as well. Michael Elgin, C & C Wrestle Factory and Jay Lethal helped even the odds and turned into a wild melee. Things may finally get settled at Final Battle!

ROH NEWSWIRE 11/16/13

(Nigel McGuinness is on the phone in his office scrambling around when he realizes that the camera is on.)

NM: Okay. Sounds good. (Hangs up) ROH fans as you can imagine our next card in New York City will be the most important event in this company's history. It may very well decide the fate of not only myself but of countless others who have worked so hard to make Ring of Honor a success. I've spent the past several days working on choosing my team that will represent ROH in the War Games Main Event. And I'd like to make an announcement during this Newswire as to whom I've selected. Now --

(Owner MW Jergs walks into frame. His twin bodyguards are in tow behind him.)

MWJ: Ok. Ok. McGuinness you have time to talk to everyone else under the sun but you can't return one simple text message? So I figured I'd fine you here.

NM: Oh so I have your undivided attention?

MWJ: Listen. I have interests all over the globe. I pay you to handle the day to day duties of this wrestling organization and now I hear that Steve Corino might be the new matchmaker after Final Battle. No way. Lest anyone forget this place is mine and I make the important decisions that affect my bottom line. I have a good mind to pull the plug on this entire fiasco before you further embarrass yourself and my brand.

NM: Now wait a minute. This has been a tough year for all of us and I know that my team can force SCUM out of here forever. Then finally, finally we can get back to normal around here but you have to allow me to finish things my way.

MWJ: I figured you'd say that. So I came to help and I've brought you someone to help in our great struggle. Bring him in.

(The bodyguards leave and open the door. McGuinness is stunned as he sees who walks in the door.)



NM: Bryan Danielson?! How? What are you doing here?

DB: Hello Nigel, good to see you again and it's Daniel Bryan now. Ring of Honor is important to a lot of people including myself. We were able to work something out and for one night only I am at your disposal. I guess old Vince isn't as heartless as people say, eh?

NM: (Looking at Jergs) How did you do this?

MWJ: Never mind. It's all been taken care of. Just go out there and uphold our good name in New York.

NM: Well OK then. So let me address you directly Steve Corino. Before I announce my team I'd like to let you know that Rhino has been reinstated. I don't want to hear any complaints from you after we whip your asses next month. I'd also like to add that the teams are now six men teams. Representing Ring of Honor will be - Jay Briscoe, Mark Briscoe, "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin, "Mr.ROH" Roderick Strong, Bryan Danielson and myself Nigel McGuinness!

DB: That's Daniel Bryan.

NM: That's right. I'm ready to risk permanent injury to fight for what I believe in Corino, will you do the same? The ball is in your court sunshine.
