* At CZW's 15th Anniversary Show, Sami Callihan defeated AR Fox to earn the right to challenge Greg Excellent for the Wired TV Championship. That contest will take place at CZW's next show on March 8th. Excellent has come to embrace the title, while Callihan appears disinterested in the opportunity as his aim seems to be the CZW World Heavyweight Championship.

* Before Best of the Best, however, Strickland has another huge opportunity as he will compete with MASADA at High Stakes to name the next challenger for the CZW World Heavyweight title! CZW officials are pleased with MASADA, who apparently shut Drew Gulak up at the 15th anniversary show.

* Last week, it was announced that Shane Hollister will challenge Adam Cole for the CZW World Heavyweight Championship at High Stakes. In response to Mia Yim's repeated interference in Cole's matches, CZW management has banned her from ringside for the match. Also, Christina Von Eerie has accepted the challenge that Mia issued to her at CZW's 15th Anniversary Show. Who will be the Queen of CZW?!

* CZW officials have confirmed that Matt Tremont will return to the Combat Zone at High Stakes. Tremont hasn't competed for CZW since he was suspended for attacking Adam Cole with his fork during their World Heavyweight Championship tournament match at Answering the Challenge. While Matt's opponent at High Stakes hasn't been announced yet, the rumor is that CZW has found someone with an equally vicious reputation to take on the Bulldozer!

* Styles will clash at High Stakes as the boss, DJ Hyde, has just been signed to meet A...R Fox! Fox will undoubtedly be looking to rebound after his tough loss to Sami Callihan at CZW's 15th Anniversary Show, while Hyde hopes to build on his momentum after defeating former CZW World Heavyweight Champion, Drake Younger.

* We have learned the identity of Matt Tremont's opponent at High Stakes. Last week, CZW officials were confident that they had found someone to match, possibly even exceed, Tremont's violence & brutality. As frightful as that is to ponder, we can confirm that Jimmy Jacobs is slated to collide with the Bulldozer at High Stakes. We haven't received any news pertaining to any special stipulations for this match, but fans are surely aware of both men's capabilities!

* BLKOUT (Ruckus, BLK Jeez, Joker, & Alex Colon) come to the ring. BLK Jeez takes the microphone & berates CZW officials for using a CZW World Tag Team title match as leverage to make him & Ruckus fight each other. Ruckus then takes the mic & refuses compete against BLK Jeez, even if it means that they won't get the title match. Danny Havoc interrupts Ruckus & states that he & the rest of the locker room are tired of BLKOUT's complaining. Havoc continues to say that if Ruckus refuses to wrestle Jeez, then he'll take on Ruckus instead.

* BLK Jeez, Joker, & Alex Colon didn't get involved physically, but they certainly served as a big enough distraction for Havoc, allowing their teammate to pick up the win. The Briscoes, however, decline & are still committed to earning the right to challenge for the tag team titles.

Likewise, Adam Cole successfully defended the CZW World Heavyweight title against Shane Hollister without any aid from Mia Yim, proving that Cole is, in fact, a credible champion. CZW officials, committed to assembling the most competitive card for the WrestleCon audience, have scheduled that title bout as the main event of CZW's show!

* CZW owner DJ Hyde has named the Briscoe Brothers as the top contenders for the CZW World Tag Team Championship. CZW management, however, are unable to announce when they will get their title match until they are cleared to return to in-ring action after BLKOUT's brutal assault against the Briscoes at High Stakes.
